Love my nails, I thought it was little too much with extra cost I was charged for length, then extra for nail design but at the end, "you get what you pay for." I left VERY pleased! Staff is very friendly, professional and when a bail broke, I was not charged for repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My design was the date of my twins birth and their initials.

1: I LOVED MY SERVICE/EXPERIENCE WITH LILI & KI ❤️ THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND AND PROFESSIONAL ❤️ continue to read for details on 1 star. 2: I unfortunately spent 2.5 hours under the impression that Kim would provide me with lash extensions. (Per usual), I came in and let the front desk know All services I'd like. Kim looked up, displeased but continued to service others. After completing my services. The nail tech servicing me asked Kim about my lashes and she refused to service me. I do not understand why she'd refuse me service. I overheard her yelling she's not doing my lashes. I felt horrible, I did not fret or fuss but I will not return to her for service and I'm leaving this review as a WARNING! Kim has a bad attitude and doesn't care who is in the salon when she's rude. 3: To whom it may concern, use this review to encourage further coaching on customer experience for all customers.

Unfortunately my second time coming around wasn’t great, they didn’t really understand what I wanted and the nail tech didn’t put enough gel on my natural nails so it ended up breaking within the first week! I won’t be coming back :/

Horrible experience. Getting a pedicure while the lady kept coughing with no mask on. They do not honor their pricing. Their gel polish and dip doesn't match. The person doing my nails did not understand my requests. Just horrible.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon, they are racially biased and they tend to the needs of people with lighter skin rather than those with darker skin, I waited patiently in their waiting area for about 30 minutes. A Caucasian woman came in without an appointment and she sat in the chair for a full set upon arrival, I still was not helped for another 20 minutes after this.

I seriously did not want to put a star but to post this you have to at least put one Worst place ever I been to went to do a fill the lady tells me that I couldn’t do a fill with the nails i had on so she dose my nails good then I tell her that one of my nail was cricked she wants to tell me do sit somewhere else I refuse to do your nails so I get up and wait for someone else to do my nails this guy tells me your doing a fill I say yes so I told him my nails are fine I just want to fix the one that was cricked yes he did fix it but made the other nails worse the what they were this place is terrible and so disrespectful I will never be going there again

Worst mani pedi I have ever had. Painted over the old polish, hurt, my nails are uneven. I asked her to fix these items and others. She just didn’t. I’m not picky this was not good at all.

Took me and my man, as walk-ins. Staff was SUPER friendly, the service was fabulous, and the establishment was clean. I wish my salon looked and treated like this!!!! KUDOS TO THE STAFF:))))))))))))))))

Worst nails I've ever had in my life. Completely destroyed my real nail and the most unsanitary process. Immediately, I came home and filed them off. I wanted clean and sophisticated, and my nails looked botched. Did not prep the nail, clean it up, the dip was super thick, and it looked like I had wad of gum stuck to each one. Not to be rude, I do not think the guy I had was even certified. Each nail was crooked and missshaped, couldn't understand what I asked, I even showed pictures. And it was like he was in a rush, for what I don't know. I am not one to make a scene. As most wouldn't either. I paid and tipped because I have morals. But I will not be returning to this location, unfortunately.
