Been here a couple times and they’ve done an okay job however I went on Saturday for my birthday and got dip for the first time and by Tuesday my nails are chipping and coming off.

I found your place online and decided while I was here on vacation that I would come in for a gel pedicure and basic manicure. I was surprised when I got to the counter and was charged $25 for my finger nails to be clipped and painted. There was no other attention paid to my nails. Not even lotion on my hands. BASIC MANICURE....... ....................................$18 Includes cut down with preferred shaping, cuticle grooming, massage and polish color of choice. LOUNGE MANICURE.... ...$25 Includes all the Basic Manicure treatments in addition to a soothing exfoliating scrub and relaxing hot towel. What’s even more interesting is that the lady at the counter when I arrived was also surprised at what she was charged when she left. Looks like someone might be overcharging for services that they aren’t providing.

The guy that did my toe nails filed every 3 seconds and they filed my skin more then they filed my toe nails so when I got home my skin around my toes where about to bleed….. other then that it was ok

Horrible the guy couldn’t do a simple French tip and a heart didn’t even cut cuticles he was in such a hurry for idk what reason he didn’t have anymore clients and didn’t even care to ask what color acrylic color I wanted, horrible place don’t recommend super expensive for horrible work

One word. Horrible. Worst manicure of my life. I should have known when walking in to employees smoking right outside the front door and not even a glance. Go down the block to be polished. Better services, atmosphere, and technicians. I should have walked out as soon as I sat down. If I could give it a zero I would.

Service here has seriously declined. I used to go here. After being gone, I stopped by for dip nails. Without a doubt it was the worst I've ever had. After 8 days, every one of my nails had the top coat pealing off. Underneath, the dip was not even covering my whole nails. I'm done. I don't have money to waste

I love this place but it seems like the last couple of times I have gotten an older lady and she is horrible with painting nails!! I always do gel nails and the polish was all over my fingers when I left!! She is probably the sloppiest nail tech I have ever had!! I was supposed to get a manicure and am i wrong they put lotion on your arms and hands and massage them? She put a couple of drops of cuticle oil on my arm and rubbed it in!!! lol I was very surprised but it’s not the first time that’s happened to me there!!

The guy I had wasn't very patient and wanted to get my pedicure over with. I think his name was Danny but I'm not sure. He was very sloppy with what he was doing and he got color and the gel clear coat all over my skin.

Went here on a Sunday just before their closing hour as a walk in and loved their ambiance. Great selection of music, clean space, my service took less than an hour. 1st visit and I have a feeling I’ll be back again

so i went to the nail place in walmart in lehigh, they put one nail on completely crooked. my nails were pulling off at a week and a half in! they were cute, but not up close. today i visited here again, 1st time was also amazing! and Annie was my nail tech, she listened to everything i said, and asked how we could fix it, she was so helpful! she did exactly what i asked and asked me if she ever hurt me with tools to let her know. she did not. ❤️ she took her time, to replace the two nails, and was very patient! i made sure to tip well, and i will be back to see her!! her work is beautiful! thank you to her and william, for helping and teaching! ill be back again soon!

Finally a nail salon that I never have to wait at because they are very adequately staffed. They do a high quality job and I have never had an issue with my nails. It’s also very clean and offers a nice relaxing environment.

I have never had a good experience here. I’ve gone 3 times in the past 2 years, hoping each time would be better but if anything it’s been worse. My nails are never cut and filed evenly, the gel has peeled off not even a week later, and my acrylics have been ripped off removing many layers of my nails. I’m not one to complain about things but I even called after my last nail service and instead of being helped, the staff continued to talk to each other, most likely negatively about me, until I gave up and hung up. It’s unfortunate that they provide such lack of quality services.

I told myself I would never come back here because it’s just terrible but I went yesterday evening because it’s so close to my house to get a full set. I sat down and the guy didn’t understand what I was saying he was trying to convince me to get just a fill so it was less work for him… I told him no I wanted a full set. Then he proceeds to rip off my old nails vs soaking the old ones off like they usually do. He ripped off my pinky nail and it was bleeding. I then to him I wanted someone else to do my nails. I had another guy do the rest of my nail he started off fine but ones I got to doing a simple French tip he didn’t understand and was extremely rude and started throwing my hand around. Not to mention employees are just sitting the in the waiting chairs eating peanuts and laughing. Very unprofessional and I will NEVER come back here.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over a couple of years. Great customer service. Love that I can call and make an appointment ahead of time. Ruby is amazing and does such an amazing job with my nails. Would recommend them 100%.

So disappointed overall. When we arrived (and I had booked for my sons gf and I) we felt like no one wanted to take us, about 3-4 minutes of seeming "negotiation" on who was going to do our nails. So akward. During the pedicure the 2 technicians were far more focused on talking to each other than what they were doing and lastly today, less than 24hrs later, my one nail has peeled off completely. Don’t waste your money here

Wow, first time there. My daughter recommended them because she’s gone there a while now. I had a technician named Annie. Very nice place, clean and friendly plus Annie did an amazing job on my toes. I will be going back.

I just went to do a manicure and pedicure (WITHOUT GEL)……. I had just the $60 dollar price from their menu, and went I finished go pay, the guy charge me $80, “I asked him if the tip was included and he said -NO” …… that was very pathetic, rude… they charge me more when I had choose for a different thing…. Disgusting behavior and scamming people!!! I will never go back.

Terrible, had 4 nails break within 10 days. When I went in to get them fixed the tech was very rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Then I was charged to fix the nails. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here I called and asked for my money back and was told I’d get a call back when the owner was in and no one ever called me! We spend way to much money on our nails to be treated this way!!
