I honestly wish there was an option for no stars. There were several things wrong with our visit, we should have known when they weren’t busy when we called to get a pedicure last minute over a weekend. 1. Prices advertised online do not match their prices in the salon. 2. They hand you a paper to select which pedicure you want, the paper then includes what services you would receive. I selected the deluxe pedicure which included callus removal and a hot stone massage. After starting the pedicure, the lady looks at my feet and proceeds to tell me callus remover will be an additional $10. I tried to tell her the one I selected included that, and she was persistent that it didn’t. The lady then told me I should bump my pedicure down to the basic level and add the callus remover and it would be the same price as the deluxe. The pedicure was so basic, I’m not sure exactly what it was that I received. 3. I booked 2 pedicures to start at 2:30, they started on my feet and my guest sat in her chair and waited at least 15 minutes before they even started on her feet (again, they were not busy). 4. At checkout the lady told me $43, so I handed her my card. She puts the receipt on the counter and tells me where to sign, before signing I noticed my card was ran for $53. I immediately asked her why she ran it for $53. She stated the shellac was $10 extra, this was never brought to my attention. Will never go back to this place!

Great place to get pedicure and manicure! Been there several times. The staff take their time and don’t rush. They use good product like OPI and CDN Shellac. The staff is friendly and is a relaxing environment. Would recommend!!

I enjoy the ladies here they are very nice but sometimes they have rushed services. I don't like getting the pedicures here they whip through it quickly, manicure is fine not fantastic not bad by any means but again depends if they're in a hurry. Nice location, clean as well.

Used to go to Nails Today and although they did a good job for awhile, quality has gone down. The Nail Lounge is much more relaxing, customer focused and sooooo worth the money. Although I dont have the prettiest toes and fingers, photos of The Nail Lounge & Spas excellent work. Another good visit. Can't complain, if something seems amiss while I'm there, they're quick to correct it and brought more ladies in as it got busier. Also, should rub along with manicure!

I went in on Sunday for a pedicure and got the shellac polish and it’s already peeling off on several of my toenails. Very disappointed

Loved our first time there. Went there based on a recommendation, and they did not disappoint. While we were waiting,they did a quick little massage of my hands and shoulders. Very gentle for someone with disabilities and frail and elderly. Definitely will be back. Thanks ladies for a phenomenal experience!!

I have been going to this salon for years because I lived so close. I have sense moved and still drive across town to come get my nails done here. The location is so peaceful and the employees are so kind. Helen will make sure your experience is enjoyable.

I went in for a simple pedicure and dip. My nails were made so short, they had to grind the dip powder off my skin and my fingers were literally bleeding. They tried to fix it, which took an extra hour I didn’t have. I paid full price for my service in the end and will not be going back. I hate how my nails look.

This was honestly hands down the worst fill job I have ever had done. The acrylic extends beyond my nail bed onto the skin. On other nails it is going up over my cuticle. They are bulbous and incredibly thick.

I absolutely love this place, they are always super friendly and do an amazing job! I definitely recommend coming here for a mani/pedi or even just getting your nails done!

I tried the s place out for the first time ,It was horrible they didn't take care of my cuticles nd said it was an extra 10$ .I also got a flower design that was horrible !!! Never again will I go to this place!

Lovely atmosphere with friendly and talented nail technicians. Went in with my daughter to have a mother daughter day and get our nails done they did a phenomenal job on both of our nails definitely recommend and will definitely be returning :) thanks again

My mom and I both came and got our nails done. She got a pedicure and massage and said the lady wasn’t even massaging her and rushed through her service. Her feet were rough afterwards and she was not satisfied. I got a full set and had to ask the lady to fix my nails multiple times and even after showing her the photo for reference and multiple others, she still did not do a good job. The shape was horrible and the polish was messy and chunky, and the service overall was very expensive. When I asked her to remove the polish so I could leave she left gritty acrylic residue on my hands and polish all over my fingers and underneath my nails, then just applied oil over top of all the grit and polish. I was very upset by the end of the service

We have been here twice now and they have done an absolute terrible job 2 times now.. Then we ask them to fix it and they make them worse and talk bad about you being picky.. Will not ever ever go back to them ... They are in such a hurry they don't care at all .. F+++ Save your TIME and MONEY ...

They were able to get me right away. The guy I had was so sweet (had one earring in left ear). Highly recommended. I love my nails. I went in a little over a month ago and my nails are staying strong.

I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life!!! I almost fell asleep in my chair lol I’ve been here 3 times now and and every time I’ve gone my experience had always been pleasant. The lady’s are very nice and TAKE THEIR TIME! They do not rush any of their services! I will absolutely be going here from now on 💖

They were super nice but didn't listen to what my daughter or I wanted for our nails. And the price was ridiculously high. Definitely won't be going back.
