OMG!!!! I was referred to Anna after my other nail salon kept messing up my nails. This was the best nail job I have had in over 8 years!!!!!! My natural nails are on the longer side with an overlay, needless to say I am very serious about my nails and Anna was just as serious and did an absolute amazing job!!!!!!! The space was clean and very inviting. I love it!!! ❤️ ** I never get polish or a design by choice because of my work so don't judge my photo lol 😆

AMAZINGG. It's always such a pleasure coming here because I know I'll not only get the best service, but also the creativity that Anna (the owner) has is always a delight. Had yet another great experience while getting a christmas set done for this year. 1000/10 recommend :)

My review is based on my first impression. I wasn't able to actually get my nails done here. The parking at the salon is atrocious. There is only one spot directly in front of the salon. Everything else is further down and even though there were minimal customers in the salon I did have to park around the corner to be able to go here. The other businesses in the area were busy and the parking lot is not convenient. There were delivery drivers blocking my ability to safely pass. I know that traffic isn't within their control, but the location and lack of parking are awful. I walked in, without an appointment, on a Wednesday morning before 10:00 a.m. When I walked in there were many employees but none at the front counter. Someone sitting at a nail chair asked what I needed from across the room. I told them that I was looking to get a pedicure. He didn't say anything to me from then on, and I stood at the counter waiting a bit confused for a couple of minutes until someone else came up. While waiting I did notice that they have additional fees for using credit cards. It's always a turn off for me. In 2024 that should just be built into your pricing. The next person that came up to the counter asked me again what I was looking for and I told her that I wanted to get a pedicure. I asked to see a list of the pedicure packages. The prices seemed reasonable until she told me that it's an additional $18 for gel. I've had my nails done at more than a dozen other salons in the area and none of them charge more than $10 for gel. The least expensive pedicure package would have been $50 before any kind of tip and tax and fees when getting gel polish. The exorbitant fees at the salon and poor customer service made me ultimately decide to go somewhere else. After reading the response from the salon, I'm even more glad that I didn't go here. Certainly I can "afford" to get my nails done here, I just choose not to go to one with poor customer service and such high fees. The fact that they only addressed what I could afford and didn't mention the paragraphs of other issues solidified that this wasn't the salon for me. Thanks for the response, but I don't need to travel out of state for lower fees. Other nail salons in Lexington can accommodate just fine and they didn't need to insinuate that I can't afford their services to get my business.

My mother and I went and got our nails done today and I'm absolutely loving them. The lady was so nice and did absolutely amazing. I took my son with me and had him in his car seat and they said I could take him out, they ended up letting my son run around the salon. They were ALL so nice and VERY family friendly. Left hand has the tattoo. I also got my toes done in black nail polish.

I read reviews before I go somewhere, so I came across the nail room & seen lots of wonderful reviews about Anna. I decided to make an appointment for a manicure/pedicure with Anna & let’s just say she did not disappoint! She did exactly what I wanted. She took her time & made sure all my nails were even. I’m sure there are other great techs there but Anna did amazing!

Absolutely terrible! I had a younger girl with bang remove my old acrylics and put a fresh full set on. She did very poor. She was super aggressive and so rude. I asked for another coat of paint due to me picking a light pink it was very see through. She told me she wouldn’t do that because I already had enough while I could still see through it and the paint being spotty. She lacked attention to detail and hospitality. I will not be going back!

First me and my sister walked in very polite we sat for about 10 min waiting on a pedicure chair to come available. We sat in the chairs for over an hour with ice cold water. even other people that got here after us were taken care of before us. granite the acrylics lasted a while their hospitality was just aweful.

For the past six going on 7 months now, I've been coming to the nail room . First couple times they did amazing on my nails and on my waxing. Since Christmas people I have not been satisfied with the outcome on my nails. granted they tell me that they fix it the way I want it, But I just sat 2 and 1/2 hours with a screwed up back and I don't feel like sitting another half hour doing my nails they should have done my nails the way I wanted them done in the first place.

The Nail Room did not make a good first impression. A man who appeared to be in charge, gave me 10% off, a punch card, and told me he would personally take care of my nails next time. It was a nice gesture, but his professionalism unfortunately did not entice me to return given my experience. First, I had a gel pedicure done. The gel polish the nail tech used came off as he was applying lotion. He immediately suggested we start over and use a different polish. No problem. But as he begins to drill the remaining gel off, he drilled too hard and the nail of my big toe is now thin to the point of being painful. I paid extra for a massage which ended up being nothing more than a second lotion application. Following this, I was asked to wait until someone became available for my manicure. After 15 minutes, I almost left but someone became available. Her station was far from tidy and she worked incredibly fast, too fast in my opinion. My cuticles were not trimmed and the gel is much too thick. Have a look at the picture and see for yourself. Hours later, my fingernails are throbbing in pain. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but based on the two hours I spent there, I will not be returning.

Very kind & helpful . The vibe was really nice here . However it was more $ than what I'm use to ... totally was worth it to get the hideous nails gone off my nails from OMG NAIL SALON . TOTALLY RECOMMEND THE NAIL ROOM TO ANYONE WANTING TO GET THEIR NAILS ECT DONE ... ❤️🥰

Went here for a pedicure on a Saturday morning to try them out before committing to more pricey nail services. The one positive is that the place is clean. I was sat quite soon with my feet in water, but by the time someone actually got to me, it was almost cold! I was not offered even a water, the person doing my pedicure barely spoke to me, she hurried through and only applied one coat of paint on my nails very hurriedly. While waiting for my toes to dry only a few minutes, she rushed me to leave and pay! Not a relaxing or pleasant experience for a Saturday morning…I felt more like a nuisance than a welcome customer, sadly.

I have been coming for over 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences, I even got my nails done for my wedding here. I absolutely love Tom the owner, who was not in today when I went to show them what my nails had been doing. I recently got my nails done to go on my babymoon in Mexico and they started peeling the NEXT DAY. I just returned into town and went in today and they told me I would have to pay to get what’s left removed or pay $35 to get it redone. I’m so angry that they tried to blame it on me even though they started peeling the next day into my babymoon. I had to cut the gel polish off as it peeled on my vacation as it kept getting caught in my hair. This truly was my favorite place to get my nails done, but I will not be returning after this recent upset. Whenever Tom and another girl do my nails they’re great, but whoever did my nails this past time really messed up. Now I’m stuck having to peel off what’s left myself because they’re wouldn’t even take it off for me without paying $15.

Just had an amazing pedicure done by wheat!! (Hope I have his name correct) My family and I just loved to Lexington and I previously had a bad experience at another salon nearby and needed some TLC badly. The service were prompt and friendly. Wheat was sweet and caring. I have found my new salon!! Thank you!!

There are too many better choices in Lexington. I decided to give this business a shot. I am sorry that I did. A $42 pedicure, before tip, lasted 10 minutes. It was a the most rushed pedicure I have ever had. Cuticles were not done, nails were not filed, she spent 30 seconds removing calluses. Terrible experience.

My mother just moved to the area last week. I came to visit with my grandmother and the entire salon was wonderfully attentive and friendly. They were super gentle with my grandmother and my nails were done in a decently fast time but look BEAUTIFUL! He didn’t rush at all they just all know what they’re doing and do it well. Will definitely be coming back and recommending.
