Every time I get my nails or pedicure they go above and beyond , always very friendly . Mimi is amazing , design that I ask , design that she gives me . I know it is not going to exact as the picture yet she always delivers.

This place sucks lol. My family was visiting from Arizona for my brothers wedding. My grandma had made an appt for 3 of us ladies to get mani/pedis for my brothers wedding a week in advance. As we got there on time, we waited 45 minutes to be seen for our appointment and we had rehearsal dinner that night. When we were finally called up, I was immediately rushed by the girl working on my feet. Immediately. She also tried convincing me to get the more expensive pedi, but I just wanted to classic, yet she was so persistent about it. I still went with the classic, which came with a hot towel massage and the pedi and whatnot. Well, she starts my toes, and literally is rushing at a million miles per hour to do my toes. So much so, my toes literally started bleeding from cuts she made because of her rushing. As she started painting my nails, I still didn’t receive my massage that was included. And usually places do the massage before you paint the nails, so I reminded her of the massage, she did it, VERY FAST, maybe spent 30 seconds MAX on it, slapped a little lotion on and just full fledged 0/10 30 second massage that I could’ve just gone without for how pathetic it was. Whatever. As I was shooed off to the mani girl, my friend who was also waiting for a pedi from the same girl FINALLY was seen. As I got my nails done now, the girl had some stank energy immediately lmao. Once again, started rushing on my nails, cut my fingers up, MADE A HANGNAIL that wasnt there before. Slapped the nail polish on, told me to put my hand under this blue light thing but it started BURNING my hand. Like burning. Felt like my hand was touching the lightbulb. She got mad and forced my hand back underneath when I instinctively moved my hand out bc of the pain, said I needed to leave it under. After she was done, she sent me off the pay, but there was nail polish ALL OVER MY FINGERS LOL. Didn’t take time to remove any. Just forced me out after rushing my mani. I even complained to her and said there was nail polish all over my hand. She seemed upset and grabbed my hand back and started using a tool to pick skin off around my hand instead of just removing it with nail polish remover. After she sent me off again, and my friend that just got her pedi done went to see her next, and after she was done, my grandma paid for all of us, then we left. My friend told me the exact same thing that happened to me, with the rushing, the rudeness, the burning hand under the blue light and she got mad and forced her hand back under, new hangnail, etc. horrible experience. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve hardly been to any bc I usually don’t get it done. So this was a mega disappointment. The color was beautiful that I chose. The staff was crap. Unprofessional, untalented, rude, sloppy and messy. Except the guy there, he gave my OTHER friend a decent experience. Def took care of her more than the other 2 girls took care of me and my friend. The place was understaffed and rushed us even tho we were the only ones there with an appointment compared to the walk ins. Yet they only had 3 people on staff, so they all rushed and were late and overall the worst experience I’ve ever had the displeasure of having at a nail place. and I say this as a girl who went to cosmetology school and learned nail salon basics. This was awful lol. Fix your staff, go back to school, organize your time better, learn patience and don’t rush your clients. Especially ones with appts booked a week ahead. this place sucks. Close it down.

My mother & I both got pedicures and I additionally got a fill and I all I have to say is, WOW! The service, the nails, the environment was all amazing. Such nice people working there! Definitely will be returning!!😊

Horrible work. Shellac Manicure pealing within a couple of days. Man who performed service seemed disinterested and rushed. No mix-up. I was there Saturday morning. Early today manicure started pealing. Application uneven and splotchy. Looks awful. Ruined a nice morning with Mom.

I went this past Friday the 21st I had a guy name Jim he kept complaining about how tired he was, I paid not get all the dead skin removed he kept rushing into it, its been only 4 days and my pedicure it’s already falling apart, when the job is good my pedicure can last up to 2 months this is just 4 days.

I am very disappointed with yesterday’s service. I drove all the way from the lower valley, which I didn’t mind since they usually do a good job. I went in for a pedicure and all around it was just horribly work. First of all, none of my dead skin around the big toes were removed or even touched to be honest. In general, my feet were hardly worked on. The massage felt like a two year old was doing it for about 2 minutes. My feet still felt so rough. I got an acrylic on my big toes and it’s soooo visible where the acrylic was placed. The nail color was bad. So bad that when I got home I removed it and colored my own toes and removed any dead skin that was left. Basically I redid the pedicure back at home. They rushed the service horribly and they didn’t even have many clients at the time. I even regret leaving a small tip when I walked out so disappointed.

I got so lucky finding this place not knowing El Paso much, my daughter had prom coming up we were in the area and I just picked it and it was the best choice, Lee was polite made conversation the whole vibe was just amazing we didn’t feel like there were going to be hidden fees as other places. We felt relax. The prices is not so expensive like other place Example the fountain nails place. They will ripp you off 100$ and up nails for same thing the nail shop can do. The Nail shop also offers drinks like water soda etc. Overall my nails 💅 came out amazing ! They have la michoacana ice cream next door have your boyfriend buy you a snack while you get your pedi/mani best experience great customer service, relaxing. some nail places don’t make it relaxing anymore its a lot about the money.

Mimi is an incredible nail artist. Truly, I have never been to anyone else that I’ve been happier with. I came in today without a picture and told her that I was uninspired and just wanted something that would look nice for a party this weekend. She always comes through. I get compliments all the time on my nails. Definitely come here and ask for Mimi.

Came in for a pedicure for myself and a simple polish in my daughters toes and they charges me 35 for my 4 year old daughter. All they did was soak her feet and put polish I think that’s a little over priced..Don’t come bring your daughters here for pedicures or manicures overpriced for kids and adults was ok I guess

I’ve had Lee do my nails twice and I can tell you that he does amazing work. Very clean and sleek. I will definitely keep coming back but next time for both nail and pedicure. I’ve seen the other nail techs work and they are just as beautiful.

Took my daughter in for acrylic set. The nail tech was really rough on her nails and made her bleed. She was rude and insulting when my daughter complained. The quality of the work she did was not worth the price. I knew I should have trusted my gut. I will NEVER recommend this business.
