I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over a year now. The owners Vikki & Scott are always so great and pay attention to detail. My nails come out perfect every time!! Seriously love her work and get so many compliments often. I prefer dip, which Vikki is an artist with, but if you are an acrylic girl her husband Scott works wonders with Acrylic. Definitely recommend this spa to anyone wanting consistent beautiful work, from friendly staff.

I am new to the area and just can't seem to find this place easily which is why I went elsewhere after my first visit. Vicky did my nails the first time and Scott did my nails the second time when I returned. I was using soft gel and I like it. I went somewhere else and they put on acrylic, not good. Scott fixed my nails and they are in great shape. Though I saw them take walk-ins, I recommend an appointment for fills, etc.

I cannot recommend this wonderful nail salon more. I’ve been coming here for years. When I lived in Scottsdale I was here every couple weeks. I’ve moved out of state and every time I come to town, this is one of my favorite places I make sure to come to. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, the salon is spotless, calming and beautiful, their chairs are super comfortable and their customer service is exceptional. 100/10 recommend.

Scott and Vicky are amazing nail techs! Scott was very detail oriented and Vicky helped shape my mom’s nails perfectly. My nails almost look fake because of how perfect they look. I am so impressed! They have done the best job so far and for a really good price in the Scottsdale area, their color options were amazing too. But honestly, how detail oriented they are is something hard to find. Super friendly as well.

I was in a panic yesterday, my nails were an absolute mess. I had gone to Prestige nails in Scottsdale about 3 weeks ago and had my nails done. I can’t believe how badly they had cracked and chipped, it was a complete disaster. I called The Nail Spa yesterday afternoon praying that they had an opening at 6:00 pm for me. When I was told that they did, I was thrilled!! When I arrived I was politely welcomed and was taken right away. They did a fabulous job on my nails and they looked beautiful when I left there. I have been a client for five years and I have never been disappointed. Professional and quality service every time. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend my favorite pedicure, the Deluxe Spa pedicure.

I have been coming here consistently for the last couple of months, but after the last couple visits, I will never visit again. I like to support local family owned husband and wife salon, but they are so rough your natural nails. They file so aggressively and don’t take care of the actual health of your nail and their work is never consistent. The final straw was when the owner was removing my acrylics she did not notice one of the finger nails had broken and ended up cutting my actual finger. It was SO painful and would not stop bleeding and she proceeded to put acetone on it … I paid even though I really should not have and will never come back. do not come here especially if you care about the health of your nails. Mine are so damaged, thin and ruined. So sad

One of my fingers got cut Due to the guy pushing way too hard With a nail file then I go to pay for a fill which according to their price list a fill with gel polish is 45 and they want to charge me $75 because they upgraded to glitter powder instead of the glitter polish that I picked out also there's lumps in several of my nails

Stumbled upon The Nail Spa when I was looking for a new nail place and haven't looked back! They have a smaller staff but everyone is wonderful and friendly. They always fit me in and do such a great job! Would highly recommend!

Vicky did my pedicure and her husband did my manicure. I had such a nice experience at this salon. Prices are very reasonable!!! Everyone was so friendly! They even honored the 20% off that was still posted on their website for customer appreciation even though it ended in March. So I left an extra tip for both! Thank you! I will definitely be back! I found a Master at work! It's really hard to find someone who knows how to do nails that are all gel. I had been getting gel nails for almost 20 years so I know how many people claim to know what they are doing but do not. Dealing poker for a living made it a requirement to have beautiful nails! Since semi-retirement and moving to Arizona from San Diego I gave up getting my nails done. Today I decided to make it my mission to find a true artist, Scott is so amazing I had a full set done and oh my goodness I could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and see the difference. Gel nails (without any acrylic) last longer look so natural and can take lots of abuse without breaking. The thing is very, very few know how to apply it properly to get awesome results. It takes commitment time and natural talent. I feel super blessed to have found Scott he definitely knows what he is doing. My nails turned out perfect. I feel so fortunate to have found the person I was looking for to get the results I desired. Stunning Job! I am so excited to have gorgeous hands again. Brides should definitely see him to have the french, natural look. Nobody will do this better🙂

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came here with my sister and my mother in law, we were the first people there, it started okay but people started coming in and instead of telling them there was a wait because there was only two people working they kept telling them to come in and started switching between everyone and putting us last. We were there for 2.5 hours and they rushed on my nails.
