I had an amazing experience at The Natural Nails! Annie was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Annie was meticulous and took the time to ensure my nails were perfect. The salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I got a fill in and it turned out better than I imagined! I appreciated their attention to detail and use of high-quality products. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent nail care!

We were on our way to brunch when we stumbled across this hidden gem. Great service, and very nice staff. We had a very relaxing time, the $60 premium comes with everything and was very satisfactory / relaxing. Will be coming here again!

You won’t regret coming here! In town for work & needed my nails cut down; she took me as a walk in & did a GREAT job! I will be back next time I’m in Portland 😊

Annie did my nails, and she did an amazing job! She knew to apply three coats with darker colors to avoid any streaks, which I really appreciated. She took her time, was very efficient, and incredibly friendly throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning for her services!

Very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with when I called on phone. $35 acrylic fill with regular polish, $45 for fill with gel polish. Thank you, I look forward to visiting soon!

I called at the last minute to try an get an appointment and they were so nice and even stayed open past their closing time so I could get both a manicure and pedicure. Super friendly and did a great job, I’ll definitely be back!

Annie provided me with a delightful spa pedicure and manicure. I especially enjoyed the hot stone massage as i had been walking 5 miles for 5 days so i was in dire need of relaxation. Will return.

My husband and I made a last minute apt for our anniversary with Annie, we both got pedicures. I have to say our time with Annie made our whole anniversary! She was so sweet and funny, and I got the best pedicure I’ve ever received in my whole life! She really took her time and was thorough and we were really impressed with her services. We felt like we walked out with a new friend! We would highly reccomend going and seeing her!

Annie, tlady who owns this salon is AMAZING. She opened her doors for 2 tired nurses on Thanksgiving day to give us incredible pedicures and excellent service! I’ve never been so relaxed and grateful 🥰 will definitely be coming back here.

I am so thankful for Annie I got off work she was cleaning and she stayed just to do my feet after a long week of 78hrs I couldn’t be anymore thankful!! They closed at 7pm and I got them done at 8:30p I definitely recommend her she comes in at 11am-7pm Monday-Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday! Sunday 11a-6pm 👈🙌🏽

I was in town visiting Portland so I called for an appointment. My daughter and I both got a spa pedicure that was amazing. She got a manicure and her nails painted and I got a nail dip. The two ladies there were wonderful.

Nails w/ graphics are advertised in the marketing for this shop. A friend & I visited last Saturday based on these photos. We called to ensure that minimal graphics could be executed and was told yes. Our experience was the total opposite. I am not sure if the technicians didn’t want to execute the work because we were men requesting these specifics services or if they just didn’t want it all. We were to to select specific polish for the graphics, of course it was more $, we choose it and it wasn’t necessary. Up-change was clearly their goal. I also chose a regular pedicure and was charge for a spa pedicure AFTER my card was given to the technician.

My nails were on uneven as well as the wrong size not even covering my nails were put on by a man . I kept telling him to stop that I did not like them and that I would go somewhere else but I would still pay for his services and he demanded I paid $65 even though he was not even halfway done then continue to scream at me and ask me if I wanted him to be unfair with me. By then I was in tears and I told him I was not trying to rip him off I would pay for what he did but I was not paying $65 for acrylic nails that were not even finished nor were they put on right he tried grabbing my debit card out of my hand as he talked to some lady that did not speak English. when I agreed which I think is more than fair to pay $40 for the services that were done which I should not have had to pay at all he went ahead and charged my card 55 without my permission. I left their bawling and feel so taken advantage of. Other actions are being taken but I tell anyone who reads this DO NOT GO HERE! SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Staff was nice and friendly, however; I had never experienced such bad quality nails as these. I’m not trying to be rude but they were absolutely ugly. They were nothing like the ones I asked for and yet they charged $60. A week hasn’t even gone by and one nail already fell off. The shape was inconsistent and the nail was so thin it felt as they could break any minute. They were so thick from the bottom and out of shape, it was completely unbelievable. Definitely going to ask for a refund!
