The staff here is nice and happy to serve you. The pedicures are full and thoroughly enjoyable. She did such a good job i tipped her the same amount the manicure cost. I will be back. The prices are reasonable and I felt good leaving.

The customer service skills and general attitude towards clients/potential clients is severely lacking, to say the least. I have personally observed with my own two eyes (on multiple occasions) the supervisory staff here using race and gender as parameters for whether they will accept a customer or not. Particularly despicable, considering that their business is located in HARLEM, for Heaven's sake. I would advise the African-American community to be very selective and NOT give your hard-earned money to businesses like this one which overtly look down on you!

It's a neighborhood thing that you grow up with. I've known the owner for many years and I trust her. Without this pre-existing relationship, I probably would not venture enter this location. They have been good to me and I generally leave quite satisfied

They are very racist towards black women and they talk about them in Spanish all day I know because I am Latino and The stuff they were saying about the black girls in there make me never want to return. it’s disgusting because most of their customers are black and you treat them like that

I been going to here since I was a teenager. AMELIA the owner is the best. I even went to her when she opened a salon in the bronx. She is a beautiful person her children are beautiful and she is very good with her hands. Your hair will grow, haven't been in awhile since I moved but this is my go to when I'm in Nyc.

I waited for hourssss to get a head full of black gel! She forgot to do baby hairs and ripped my hair from the front after dried because of her mistake.. I couldn’t move for days due to how tight the pony tail was and the headache was outta this world . When taking the pony tail out 2 days later after paying 65 . I had no hair !! Hand fulls of my hair came out! The pictures are from a day later and hair is still falling out ... I wish I took photos when I first washed smh ! Don’t do here if u want to have hair after
