She pays attention to detail, she's professional and cares about you having healthy hair. She gets you in and out in a timely manner. Frankie does my hair every 6 weeks for relaxers and trims and has done highlights for me. I never have to worry about my hair. I just tell her what I want and she takes care of It all. She also recommends shampoos and otherwise products that are best for my hair type/ texture. I have been with her through salon changes and will keep going back because she takes great care of my hair.
