10/10 amazing service & Massage! The studio was clean, pleasant ambiance, soft music, nice lighting, was given a complimentary glass of wine. Kiesha was simply amazing, professional, she had a beautiful spirit and was soooo personable. Kiesha’s hands are blessed by god lol Like literally the best massage I’ve ever gotten, she’s really the best. Would definitely recommend her, the entire experience was amazing.

I went on Groupon and got a couples massage for my mom and I. It was very easy to book an appointment and the whole process a breeze. This was my first time ever going to get a massage and they were very helpful. It was the most relaxed I have ever been. Giselle and Keisha were incredibly kind. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to everyone!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had! Giselle and Keisha were absolutely amazing as our massage therapists. They made sure to customize the experience to our needs, leaving both my husband and I feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was so calming, and they both had such a healing touch. A huge thank you to Porsche, the owner, as well! She went above and beyond by accommodating us with a same-day appointment to help us celebrate our 9-year anniversary. Her kindness and willingness to make everything work on such short notice truly made our day special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. Thank you, Giselle, Keisha, and Porsche, for making our anniversary celebration so memorable!

I went in for a couples massage and it was everything. We were greeted by all the staff. We had a glass of wine upon arrival while they got the room together. Our massage was done by Keisha and Angel. They both did an amazing job. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks ladies.

STAY AWAY!! You are only given a hotel sized TOWEL to cover up, not a blanket or sheet. The towel is not an appropriate size to cover yourself or have any modesty when you turn over. I kept hearing and feeling vibrating from the therapist getting text messages and was concerned with what the therapist was doing with the phone near my feet while I was exposed with only a towel. The pressure was extremely light even when I asked for harder pressure, and the the therapist was not skilled at using the "hot" stones. The stones were also only lukewarm. The massage was supposed to have aromatherapy, but no aromatherapy was used. The massage was also supposed to be 90 minutes. The therapist stopped at 50 minutes or before and I had to explain that this was scheduled for a 90 minute massage. She agreed to continue the massage. However, she only did about 17 more minutes. In total, I got 70 minutes or less of my 90 minute massage. This is also the only massage place that did not utilize a leg support pillow. Update: Following the massage, I reached out to the business owner to get the last name of the woman who did my massage and to inquire whether the person who did my massage held a valid massage license. The owner informed me that the person who did the massage was a contractor named Angelique. However, the business owner REFUSED to provide me with the last name of the woman who did the massage.

The was hands down the best experience I have ever had! The massage was just what I needed after working out! The Tiger balm helped heighten my experience. Porsche definitely has helped me reclaim and recharge my energy! The hot towels we're a must along with the intuitive stretches. She helped me discover that I have had tension in my left shoulder. The massage helped me so much! This was a truly amazing, luxurious experience and I cannot wait to come back!

Our experience with Newriu was very unprofessional. We booked a couples massage and when we arrived at the merchant after a 45-minute drive, we were told one of the masseuses didn’t show up. We were told we had to rebook or wait for 3-hours to get what we paid for. Won’t be back.

I had the pleasure to experience a massage from Newriu today! When walked in I was very impressed with how welcoming the environment was. I was greeted by a very nice lady who explained how my experience would begin. I was immediately transitioned into my room where I met my massage therapist, Nia. Nia was professional, skilled, and very attentive. My 90 minute massage experience was exactly that! I left feeling like a new person! I highly recommend Newriu and will be returning for another massage experience!

I just experienced the worse customer service with this business. I purchased two full massages with add ons at this business for my mother and from Groupon. I called right away to schedule the massages for the next Saturday. There was a voicemail message saying to text a different number to request a massage, so I did. The first few times there was no way to leave a message. I never received a reply to the text so I ended up calling for several days. This morning (the Friday before the desired appt date) there was still no answer, but I was finally able to leave a message. I called again around Noon and again around 4:00 PM and someonefinally answered. I told her I had sent a text for an appointment as requested and had left a voicemail message , and that I was trying to schedule two massages for tomorrow. She was rude, snappy, and argumentative. She asked if this was a Groupon and when I said yes she said they were booked up like they always are and I should just cancel it. I am definitely canceling this. Just the opposite of the relaxing, positive experience that I wanted for my Mother and myself.

I came here for couples massage and you get what you paid for. My honest review. The staff was friendly but it seemed like my masseuse was little inexperienced. I've done massages before and have gone to school for it. They didn't do half the techniques. They had a towel to cover up my whole body. It should of been a sheet covor; more than half my body was exposed. My lady had her phone one the table and all i could feel was her phone vibrating. Ontop of us trying to relax and listen to the relaxing masic all i kept hearing was a faint talking like someone had ear buds in and was watching a video. We had hot stones as add on and I felt wet the whole time between the oil and the partial heat from the stone. I also had hot towels and it was hot at first but they rung it out what I kept hearing and like wiped the oil off ... in other words it felt like I was getting a sponge bath. ... I had a Groupon and I wanted to try someplace new in the area and other than then honoring the price from the voucher, they didn't have wine which the Groupon offered it. I'm sorry if you know you ran out from the "last couple" why not quickly run to get more before your next appointment instead of being on your phone?!?! Like I said friendly people but I'll pass on this next time.

I recently visited Newriu Massage with my fiancé for a couples massage, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Here’s a summary of our visit: **Uncomfortable Tables:** The massage tables were far from comfortable, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. **Unprofessional Staff:** The woman who was assigned to give me a massage coughed throughout the entire session, which was both distracting and concerning. Additionally, her technique was subpar, consisting mostly of a rub and pat rather than a proper massage. To add to the unprofessionalism, she was dressed in spandex, which did not give a professional appearance at all. **False Promises:** We purchased a Groupon that advertised a glass of wine with our massage. However, upon arrival, we were told that they didn’t have any wine available. This was a significant letdown as it was one of the perks that attracted us to the offer. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend Newriu Massage to anyone. There are likely better options out there that offer a more professional and comfortable experience.

I was in desperate need of a massage. Crystal fit me in same day. She gave me an amazing 90 minute massage with complimentary hot stone. Crystal is professional, warm and friendly. I look forward to my next session. I definitely recommend this company.
