My mom and I came here for massages when she was in town for the holidays, and the therapists Tiffany and Catherine were great! The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming. I will definitely return for another massage soon!

I’ve been a regular at this location and always enjoyed it, but something seems to have changed recently. Looked like they had a new manager. My appointment started 10 minutes late with no sincere apology, and I then waited another 10 minutes in the room before the therapist arrived. The massage itself felt off—I left feeling needing another massage to recover from that one. The checkout process was also awkward. When I tried to leave a gratuity, the system didn’t work, and the staff member got visibly frustrated, even pushing the computer in anger. It’s disappointing to see a place I loved fall short like this. I hope they address these issues soon.

Received the Now massage. Felt like a little more than a cold lotion massage. Ocean sound was overwhelmingly loud and room was cold. Also massage was only 35 minutes vs 50 minutes. Definitely not returning.

Tiffany was great. It can be so hard to find a massage therapist who will actually apply firm pressure, but she had the perfect touch and communicated clearly. Great value for the service. Definitely considering membership.

I loved my massage by Jamal he was very careful and attentive to the areas i told him i needed the most work on. The Now is very clean and calming as soon as you walk in! I will be coming back !

I received a deep tissue massage as a gift. The massage was amazing. 80 minutes of bliss. The atmosphere is great. Soft music with ocean sounds in the background. I am so relaxed and my body feels so good. Monique did an incredible job. They also validate parking which is a plus. I'm definitely coming back.
