I got the 50-minute healer massage with a scalp renewal add-on. The place is really nice, the staff was helpful, and I loved the ocean sounds they played in the massage space. I didn't really think the scalp renewal massage was worth it as an add-on. My masseuse did a great job, but I would recommend trying a different add-on or booking a longer massage! When I made my initial appointment, I requested a female massage therapist, and was surprised when I was greeted by a male therapist. It wasn't a big deal, and he did a great job, but just something to keep in mind if you have a strong preference.

Was gifted a massage by a friend so I decided to try out The Now. The lobby was cute and smelled amazing. I wanted to purchase one of their scented candles so bad!!!! I arrived early and completed my paper work and was seen right on time. The space is beautiful wood themed and so fragrant. My massage therapist was great asked some initial questions to get started and we were off. Fox the front desk attendant was sooo nice and I ended up having a great conversation at the end. Thank you Fox for being so warm and welcoming. I am eager to go back for another massage to try it again!

I was super excited to try this place out. However, the woman made me wait 10 mins in the room, she came back and apologized for keeping me, claiming her manager needed her to move stock. She also claimed I wouldn’t lose time. Well, not only did I lose time (around 5-6 minutes) it was basically someone rubbing me with lotion. Needless to say I was super disappointed and feel jipped off.

this was my first massage ever and it was so fabulous! nick (nicholas) was excellent in ensuring my comfort and was excellent during my service. i will definitely be back!

Have been going to the Now for a while and have always loved and recommended it to others. I finally had a day off work and was able to arrange my schedule and secure childcare so I could get a massage. An hour and a half before my appointment they called and cancelled on me. They require a guest to cancel at least 12 hours in advance or they will be charged but I guess it doesn’t apply the other way around. Super disappointing and unprofessional!

I was visiting from out of town and experiencing very debilitating back spasms that were making it difficult to do pretty much anything. I booked an appointment with Rhiannon. She listened to my concerns and then proceeded to unwind all of the tension that was causing my problems over the next hour. I wish I could have brought her home with me. I highly recommend Rhiannon and The NOW Massage. Best massage money I have spent in decades.

Adam is hands-down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! He listens to what I say I need and also to what my body needs. He always seems to find the my points of tension and his style of massage fits what I am looking for! Thank you!

Kayla was extremely helpful! I came in for a Healer Massage and she encouraged me to add on the Hemp Calm Balm and I am so glad she did. I had the best massage ever and the balm smells so good :)

Called in to schedule a massage for my girlfriend I had one request and it was that the masseuse would be a male, that way my girlfriend would receive the deep tissue massage she was searching for. they were able to schedule me about a week in the future when the male masseuse/ would be available. When I dropped her off she was greeted by a female masseuse who I'm sure it was very nice but was unable to provide the deep tissue relief that we were looking for specifically given the reason for waiting the extra week I was surprised to myself that the availability had change for the masseuse as a matter of fact they didn't even mention it to her while there and she is non-confrontational so it didn't say anything in regards to why it is that she wasn't informed or rescheduled oh no I spent about $250 and I do feel as if I was not provided the service I paid for or given any sort of courtesy for rescheduling when an unforeseen scheduling conflict arose I would have to suggest to use this massage business that you confirm details the day of as it would appear that they do not

Had a wonderful mother’s day massage here and was treated like an absolute queen 👑 Melay was my massage therapist and she was awesome - very communicative about what kind of pressure i wanted and if she needed to make any adjustments. the back area is very nice - lots of dimly lit lanterns and a cozy set up that includes a warmed table if you want. sounds of waves crashing allowed me to absolutely zone out and forget the world. highly recommend the NOW and in particular Melay for an awesome therapeutic experience.

A wonderful experience that I will surely repeat! From the moment you enter the place they welcome you with a smile and in the most attentive way, my masseuse Natsu was incredible, her massage was what I needed, attentive and took into account all my ailments to leave me feeling like new. My boyfriend went with me to get a massage and we agreed that these people completely know what they are doing, they are detailed, attentive and will take into account everything you tell them. The atmosphere is fabulous, an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life... we only have good things to say!

I don’t normally leave reviews but i could not find an east way ro reach owner from their web page. 1) there was teeth flossing utensil that fell of the table when i got up 2) when i went to the restroom and returned to the lobby, i was almost hit in the face with the door, twice! Hurried therapists not careful combined with large doors. 3) the massage was so bad, I asked to have it stopped after 8-10 minutes into it. The staff seems to be fresh out of massage school or maybe never completed it. 4) denver has too many quality therapists for this to be even a consideration.

I had such a relaxing time at The NOW massage. Skye was my massage therapist, and they did a phenomenal job. I felt as if I was walking on a cloud after I was done. The atmosphere here promotes relaxation and clarity. I felt instantly calm entering here.

It was okay. I specifically told the therapist that I had severe pain in my ankles and to please give my feet some attention and he never even touched them. I also paid extra for deep tissue, and had a massage so gentle that I fell asleep. It was relaxing but not what I wanted, needed, or even paid for.

After an 80 minute session with him, you’ll be so blissfully relaxed, that you’ll already be mentally planning your next appointment with him as you’re walking out the door. The dreamy ambience, combined with the sound of crashing waves… instantly transports you to a luxurious getaway vacation… right here in Cherry Creek. The first time I saw Jayme T, I got their signature Swedish inspired massage. On my second visit, I had The Healer, which is their energy balancing massage. I highly suggest both of them, and can’t wait for my next one. Jayme T. has such a calming presence, and thorough understanding/intuitiveness of what needs to be done, that going to The NOW will be a monthly ritual I must have in my life. Thank you, Jayme!

The manager is very responsive and cares about her clients. She reached out to me and offered assistance with an issue I was having with my billing, and she got it sorted out in a timely manner and went to extra mile to make sure I felt taken care of!

Yessss please!! This spot checks all the boxes for me - zen ambiance, incredible massage and convenient location. I immediately signed up for their membership after my massage which is such an incredible deal. So glad I finally gave them a try!!! Ryan gave the best massage I’ve had in denver since my favorite masseuse moved in 2020. Crazy thankful.
