⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just had the most amazing prenatal massage with Elizabeth, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming personality. The atmosphere was so calming and cozy—perfect for relaxation. The massage itself was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. She knew exactly how to relieve tension while making sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was such a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed in this place. My girlfriend suffers from chronic back pain so I got her a deep tissue massage to provide her with a little relief. Obviously we’re aware that she wouldn’t be cured in one session but she came home almost in tears because she said that it was not deep tissue in the slightest more of a gentle rub, when she was very clear with the massage therapist before going in that she was there for back pain and was looking to get those spots worked out. I called and asked about it and apparently they didn’t even apply the deep tissue add on like we specifically requested. All the receptionist had to say was to book a longer massage next time. Absolutely not. Giant waste of money.

Gorgeous inside. However, they cannot keep massage therapists. I find someone I like and then they don’t work there the next month when I go back. Veronica, the general manager, talks over you and will not let you speak with you have a conversation with her. I canceled my membership and let 10 credits go to nowhere because I don’t want to deal with them anymore. Update 5 months later. No one from their team ever reached out in any way…

Best massage I’ve ever had! I am not usually a massage person. I carry a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders and massages usually are incredibly painful and I feel like a walking bruise days later. I told Kevin my concerns and he has COMPLETELY changed my perspective. Not only did he apply the perfect amount of pressure, but he was also able to work out my knots and tension in a way that was still perfectly relaxing. You will not regret booking a massage here. It is the ultimate self-care.

I've had multiple massages here with many different massages therapists, and they were all fantastic! Front desk staff is helpful and accommodating, and massage therapists are knowledgeable and skilled.

Second visit to The NOW and now the second time I have had the same massage therapist, Kat. Kat crushed it again! She was beyond welcoming and actually remembered me despite almost a year in between being here. Kat did an outstanding job. Best massage I have ever had, besides the first one she gave me. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great communication with the appointment. Amazing atmosphere. Beyond clean. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a massage and will send them to Kat.

The environment is very calming with low light and ocean sounds. My therapist Jake was wonderful, tailoring the pressure and areas of concentration to my needs. Will definitely be returning.

175$ down the drain. If you’re sensitive to strong smells, don’t go here. Overpowering smell of citronella. I left this place with a headache. Massage wasn’t more than light rubbing, and seemed rushed. Scalp massage was more of a scalp scrub and didn’t use correct scent (peppermint). And I’ll echo what others have said- massage was more like 40 or 45 mins. I won’t be returning. There are too many other businesses with talented therapists, for less money. I am so perplexed still. Are they trained, licensed therapists? I’ve got better massages at the school of massage on Fillmore. If this page responds to this review saying I will be contacted shortly, I already sent an email last night & haven’t been contacted.

I had a friend that came up from NM and treated her to a massage at NOW. To pay 250.00 plus tip here is what I expect, if its an hour long I expect an hour not 45 minutes. I shouldnt have to ask the masseuse 4 times to add more pressure. Also there is no privacy since the walls are made of curtains so you can hear the person next to you. I could have gone to Massage Envy for half the price and got a better massage and privacy. Dlaney

I made an appt online for a massage… I drive all the way north for a massage and the receptionist said they had no record of my reservation… funny though because I gave them my credit card info to hold my spot… The receptionist did not offer to help in any way… WON’T BE BACK

WARNING, WARNING, Buyer beware!!! If I could give this company a negative rating I would but its not available. Extremely disappointed with the l ack ofcustomer service at The Now Colorado Springs. I live in New Mexico, and purchased a gift card for a family member's birthday online. Shortly after, the family member moved out of state. I contacted The Now, explained my situation, and was assured the manager would return my call and discuss the process for a refund. I called The Now 8 times over the last 2 weeks, always the manager had just stepped out, wasn't working that day, etc., and no one has never return any of my calls, especially management. I contacted via email, no response. In an effort to resolve the situation, I stopped by The Now in route to Denver for the holidays, and spoke to Veronica, the manager. She stated she would have to speak to corporate, and the owners, to see what could be done. She would call when she had an answer. Five days go by, no phone call. I stopped again on my way back to NM and Veronica and told me that it was not customary to give refunds on gift cards. I spent $300.00 and they kept it, THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Here is the kicker, there is no location in NM for my family to go to to use it.

I can’t thank NOW massage enough for coming to the rescue after Elements Briargate failed to book my much-anticipated appointment. I was feeling so disappointed, but they turned my day around. Not only were they able to accommodate me on such short notice, but the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. The therapist was attentive and skilled, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Not worth it. It was relaxing and a unique space with friendly staff; however, I paid an extra $20 to have deep tissue pressure added on to only receive the lightest touch of massage possible. It was relaxing, but not worth the extra money

This was my very first massage, at 56! Cheyenne did such an amazing, professional, gentle job. My soreness is gone. The quiet, peaceful, dim atmosphere with the ocean waves sound just made the whole experience better. I'm so glad I finally got a massage.
