Deja provided an excellent massage experience. She was thorough, attentive and since it was a sports/deep tissue massage, used sufficient pressure. I enjoyed it immensely. I recommend her highly.

First massage I've had in years, and rating it the best massage experience I've ever had. The atmosphere provided my mind with an escape to the sea. My therapist, Daphne, provided excellent care from starting with a brief session to really assess what was needed. She also asked about pressure for deep tissue on a scale of 1-10. We use comparative scales in my line of work and it was very helpful. She then continued to assess my comfort throughout the massage. Not all therapists provide this assessment. No adjustments were needed, but appreciated the continuity of care. I am now a committed client. Daphne, thank you for your excellent care.

I had the most incredible experience here. Samarr greeted you with a friendly smile and demeanor and offered water once you were checked in. Star did my massage (The Now 80) and she really listened to my problem areas and actually spent dedicated time working where she felt tension. I feel like people usually just set a timer per body part and move on when the time is up. But Star could feel that the right side needed more attention than the left and treated it accordingly. We even had a debrief afterwards to discuss what was worked on and where the problem areas were. I've been to a few different massage places, including The Umstead Spa, and this was the first time I felt like I found a place I wanted to return to. I look forward to returning in the future!

Wonderful experience. It was my first visit and I will be back. I love how they designed the studio. Once you enter the back area it is dark and Quiet and so relaxing. Star was great!

Diamond did a wonderful job. She was able to have chronically tight muscles/areas release with just enough pressure to be both relaxed and reduce pain levels.

I had my massage with Star today and she was absolutely amazing! She was very tranquil and fluid throughout our whole massage and acted on all of my concerns that I addressed beforehand. She also checked in a couple times to make sure everything was to my liking. Afterwards, she gave me an overview on my “tight spots” and ways to combat it. I’ll definitely be going back to her!

Fare pricing. LOVE the ambience, so relaxing with dim lighting & wave sounds. All the therapists have been great. Listens to your requests & concerns. Friendly front desk staff as well. Free covered parking in parking deck right next door.

Healer!! Best massage I’ve ever gotten. Star is so in tune with the body’s energy and response points, my senses were overturned. She illuminated places I didn’t even know were needing attention. She brought ultimate comfort and unlocked blockages so simply. I was positively and refreshingly reeling for two days after her graceful touch. This woman is operating way above her field. I recently had a message session with Deja F., and it was amazing! I had a terrible headache because I hadn't gotten enough sleep, so I added a scalp massage to my treatment. She did such a great job that as soon as the massage ended, my headache disappeared. I was so relaxed that I didn’t even notice how quickly time flew by until she gently woke me up to let me know the session was over. Thank you so much, Deja! You are the best!

I am so lucky to have the now massage literally in the building where I live. Every time I go down there is just an A+ experience. Each one of their massage therapist has their own unique style, and every time it's just truly a joy. Whether you're looking for some relaxation and escape or something therapeutic and focused, they do just a great job. It's part of my routine now, and it's making me happier as a person in addition to feeling better physically. Thank you!

The masseuse (Brenda) has refused service because I had an allergic cough, that I mentioned to her as I arrived (made worse from my brisk walk). She told me once I am fully ready and on thr table and she had to travel to Costa Rica in a few days so she wouldn’t give a massage. I offered that I would wear a mask and she told that they don’t have any. We are not in a pandemic anymore, so the refusal of service is just unprofessional. As a teacher refusing to be in a classroom if a child coughs, or people being sent out from a library because they cough…
