I had a 50 minute massage with Nadi. She first asked me what areas I would like her to focus on. She gave a brief description of what she would do. The Massage was amazing. I asked for deep tissue hard pressure and she worked out my knots. Would highly recommend this location and Nadi is outstanding. Keep up the excellent work. I will be returning to recieve another massage with Nadi. Receptionist was very nice as well. “I forgot here name”

My boyfriend gifted me a 50min massage. From the packaging I hoped for an unforgettable experience but what I got left me a bit bummed out. The place was aesthetically pleasing but my therapist made me uncomfortable. The receptionist was pleasant, but I think she thought I was a boy and my name was spelled wrong. I gave that the benefit of the doubt because I have a foreign name and was wearing baggy clothes. So I wasn’t offended. It was my interaction with the therapist whom I believe name was Maria, that soured the experience. The massage itself was fine but there was little to no bedside manner or customer service. I did not feel welcome in her care. I thought maybe since it was so early that maybe she needed to warm up, but that never happened. I left her a tip with the remaining balance on my gift card Instead of booking another appointment. The place is nice for sure, however, that alone is not worth paying for an unwelcoming environment.

I had Laura, who is newer to this establishment, but clearly knows what she is doing. I get massages monthly from all over the U.S. but this one was special because it's my birthday. I have never had a massage from The Now Massage Downtown. I was able to book my appointment online very easily. I was also able to book the same day, which is awesome. I walked in and was greeted by Francesca, who was very professional. I was given a tablet after being checked in to provide any info that would be relevant to my massage. I selected the Now with 3 enhancements that were worth every penny. I was immediately introduced to Laura, who brought me to a side room to discuss what I filled out and my comfort level regarding massage pressure and any focus areas. I was then brought to the room where I was given privacy to change and lay face down. There is a hanger, basket and small table for your personal belongings. I would have literally paid double for how great the experience was. There is a fine line with a massage that knocks you out and messes up your timeframe vs. a truly relaxing experience that allows you to enjoy every moment. This was one I was completely awake and able to relax. What an awesome birthday gift. After it was done, I was given time to get dressed and given water. I was asked how my experience was and was able to add gratuity to the tab. I will 1000% be back next time I'm in Orlando.

Beautiful place, very very clean, relaxing atmosphere and water sounds are so peaceful🤗 my Massage Therapist Rafael was phenomenal with Deep Tissue on my neck back and shoulders.

wow, wow, wow. my cousin gifted me a massage here for my birthday & I finally came. the staff is phenomenal. I was greeted with a warm smile from Jasmine upon arrival. she had amazing energy that is magnetic. I filled out a quick form & I was then met by Emily, my masseuse. she asked if I had any problem areas or allergies before leading me to the back. once we got into the back, we entered an oasis. the entire back room is filled with the relaxing sounds of waves crashing. it’s so quiet & peaceful! Emily would whisper to let me know when to take deep breaths. I literally didn’t hear any voices at all throughout my massage. Emily is BOMB! she took her time with ever single area of the massage. I did not want it to end. overall this was the best massage I ever got & I will be returning for Emily’s magical touch & care! highly, highly recommend.

A beautiful relaxing experience! I was short on time but my therapist got right to work where I needed relief! Professional, caring, calming and positive staff at the front desk and during the massage was a great experience. The Aesthetic is powerful, balanced, peaceful.

Edit: The company's response doesn't make sense... of course a 50 minute massage fits into an 80 minute opening. I was trying to book an 80 minute massage, but was then called and told only 50 minutes was actually available and that the online booking system was allowing guests to book 80 minute appointments in 50 minute time slots because it couldn't differentiate the time needed for each service. And to that extent, your system should allow you to assign the length of time to each service to avoid this issue. So it's likely your 80 minute massage was/is marked as only 50 minutes, which would cause the error. According to the rep, the online system can’t differentiate between 60 and 90-minute time slots, so the time I booked wasn’t actually available. I find it really hard to believe that Calendly and Google Calendar can manage this, but a wellness booking software can’t. As a database administrator, I can almost guarantee someone didn’t set their system up correctly.

Long story short The now massage checks all the boxes. It’s a welcome escape into a serene atmosphere that feels very much like a retreat or a resort. My therapist, KARINA was absolutely fantastic 😱🙌🏽 She was attentive, knowledgeable, experienced, and had great pacing through each Muscle group. THIS IS A MUST TRY in Orlando!

Bronson did a fantastic job! I was a little nervous about my first cup gliding experience and when I saw that my masseuse was male, I was also worried about how intense the deep tissue massage would be (since I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis) but I was pleasantly impressed with how careful & attentive he was during the service. 10/10 will be back again! I came in for intense neck and back pain and I already feel so much better only one day later. Thank you Bronson!

This is my first time having a massage. I was so looking forward to it. Once you first walk in the staff welcomes you with warmth and inviting arms. The place itself is a getaway oasis. It is ascetically pleasing. The sounds of the ocean waves just takes away to another place. I had Karina as my massage therapist. She took her time with me and explained everything to me. She asked where is my most pain is at? She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She sets you at ease. Karina did beyond amazing job. She listened and she hit the right pressure points. I had a lot of tension on my upper body. She is fabulous. It was so worthwhile! It was unforgettable experience!!!!! I highly recommend this beautiful place. I’m so happy that it was mentioned to me it came highly talked about. I will definitely come back for sure!!!! Thank you so much THE NOW. When I left I felt so light floating in air.

Where do I begin? I came here as a birthday/self care treat to myself to relieve some stress, & balance my energy. I think I was divinely led to choose this place. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was treated with care. The atmosphere was inviting, & so was the receptionist. She explained everything to me, listened to my problem areas, then recommend the best treatment options. I had an 80 min THE HEALER massage, with the hemp enhancement. Then Liysa came out to take me back for my massage. She also listened to my problem areas, & addressed them well. It was relaxing, calming, & had an uplifting spiritual vibe which is just what I needed! Some aromatherapy/breathing exercises were incorporated. Liysa was empathetic to my needs & was aligned with my energy. This was a spiritual girlie's dream!! This is a long review which I promise I don't do often but I feel the need to HIGHLY recommend The Now. Honest review here!! Just book your session asap.....you won't regret it! ~Hawa~
