After trying several places and different massage therapists I have to say I have found a great one here! Maurice has the technique down perfect. He was very professional, addressed my problem areas as asked, and had the right pressure. Already booked for my next massage. Thank you so much!

All the 5 star reviews are baffling to me. They don’t even have private rooms, just one giant room with curtains separating the “rooms” and a ton of white noise. I could hear the person next to me undressing, talking with their therapist, and the jingle of keys over and over. Everything looks like it was slapped together. The lobby is very bare and looks like a Temu ad. No soft seating, just a hard bench. The bathroom doesn’t even have flooring, TP holder hanging on by a thread, and not very clean. The staff were nice and the massage wasn’t terrible, but there are nicer places in town at their price point.

Beware of this NOW Massage – Dishonest and unethical practices! I had a terrible experience with this business and want to warn others. I initially subscribed to one of their services and later requested to freeze my account due to travel. Despite this, they continued charging me. When I noticed the charges and inquired, I was told they were made by mistake and that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, no refunds ever came, and my requests to cancel the service were ignored. I followed up multiple times, but the receptionist claimed to have no information and promised the owner would contact me. That never happened. Out of frustration, I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Despite the dispute, the business managed to claim an active subscription to keep the charges valid. To stop further unauthorized charges, I had to place a merchant block. Shockingly, they circumvented this by changing their merchant ID and resumed charging me. This is outright deceit and theft! I am now pursuing legal action against this business. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this fraudulent operation. I would rate them negative but there is no option here for that!

I’ve had hundreds of massages. Many crappy here in Jax. Jimmy was incredible and not only did ACTUAL deep tissue but he also educated me on why I was having pain and how to prevent it and my tension. Massage wasn’t a full hour like I thought but the quality was worth it and would still give it 5 stars for that reason. Atmosphere was also incredible and chill and different. I truly felt like I could relax, unwind, and take steps towards healing my hurting body.

I love the Now and have been a member for a few months! You are getting great service for a great cost, and the environment is so peaceful. I always walk out feeling so much better than when I walked in. However, today I walked out feeling like a NEW HUMAN! Walter is magic - by far the greatest massage I have ever received! If you can book with Walter, I HIGHLY recommend. Everyone has been amazing, so you can't go wrong, but Walter is over the top incredible!!

I visited the NOW for the first time and absolutely loved my experience! Everyone was so welcoming from the front desk, to my masseuse. The atmosphere was extremely calming. John did my massage today and he really focused on the areas I needed worked on most and provided an amazing service. I did the 80 minute HEALER massage with the gliding cupping enhancement and I feel so much better walking out than I did when I walked in!

I’ve been getting massages for 10 years now and I’ve always gotten deep tissue and never felt truly satisfied. Today, I truly feel like I got what I paid for. My therapist was Christopher and OH MY GOD. I truly feel like I’m living on a cloud right now after our appointment. I walked out of that room so in a blissful daze, I confused another therapist with mine and also the new receptionist with the one who signed me in 🤣 I 1000% recommend and 1000000% recommend Christopher if you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage. I will be returning often.

My first time at ‘The Now’ and man!!! Beautiful atmosphere and ambience. So cozy and sets you in the tone to decompress. What I loved the most was the ocean sounds throughout the entire session. Christopher was so amazing and intentional with every knot melting away. I added deep tissue and cupping to my Healer session. His flow and rhythm felt so relaxing. I will definitely be back and I recommend Christopher to be your masseuse!!! Thank you again Christopher!

This massage place is the TRUTH! Best massage I’ve ever gotten by far! The therapist that I was Maurice and he was AMAZING. The main reason I wanted to try him was because I’ve heard nothing but great things about him and he lived up to EVERY complement. He was very attentive to my needs and pains in my back. At the end he was also informative and gave great feed back on how to help with the back problems I was having with at home care back stretches. He was massaging bones and muscles I never knew existed! Lol. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend and I can’t wait to try the other massage therapist there as well! I’m too relaxed to even leave the parking lot. I’m still in front of the spa as we speak😂

I had Amber as my massage therapist and I left feeling absolutely renewed. I have never had a massage that was so expertly executed like this one. She got every stressed area and made suggestions for my next visit. 10/10 easily ❤️
