Daniel made me feel like a new person today. I was so tight and stressed due to the cold weather and not stretching/ moving enough. It was a bit intense at time but the result is 💯 worth it!

Jordyn at the Lakeview location did a spectacular job focusing on my joint pain and balanced a relaxing experience with some much needed muscle work. He asked throughout about comfort level and would adjust if necessary. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend!

I usually have a good experience with this place, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing… I specifically asked at the start that the therapist work on my back and legs, as i get massages for injury prevention and I know my legs need worked on. He instead spent the entire 50 minutes on my shoulders. That is not the experience I paid for nor wanted. Extremely disappointed and am now questioning whether my membership is worth it going forward.

Vivian at this location is outstanding! She is so soothing and knows exactly what you need. Her attention to detail is incredible. She really listens to you and your needs, then delivers beyond expectations! I always leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and refreshed. She is truly so talented!

Decided to have a nice massage treat with my Fiancé today & WOW the NOW have mastered relaxation like no other! The massage therapists are so intuitive about the way they find knots & tension throughout the body in ways that made me realize do I even know what’s going on with me? Will be back again in no time!

Front staff is very nice. Massage was fine. Only odd thing was that I paid for an 80 minute massage. It started at 10am, I arrived early. Didn’t get brought back for massage until a little after 10, at which point I went over areas to work on with therapist. Then changed, and therapist took forever to come back to the room. So probably didn’t get started until like 10:07 at the earliest. Massage ended promptly at 11:20 though. I asked front desk if that was normal, for the 80 minutes to be inclusive of changing and prep and was told, yes? I’ve never been to a massage that had this approach. That the 80 minute massage I’m paying for is actually just 80 minutes in the room. The ambiance is good but it’s not THAT good. It’s especially annoying since it was on them that it started late. Then was immediately asked if I wanted sign up for a membership. Like, nah.

I have had three massages here…two normal deep tissue & recently a prenatal massage. All 3 were amazing experiences & i left feeling so light and relaxed. I definitely recommend you check this place out & also recommend getting the scalp massage add on ! Its incredible :))

I received a massage here and it was absolutely delightful and refreshing! The front desk staff are extremely nice and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

I went in on Sunday at 330 pm receptionist was an African American girl I believe. She was extremely loud at time of checkout and almost demanded tip either on my gift card or credit card didn’t even hand over to me the machine for me to make that decision almost like putting me on the spot about the tip. Massage was okay and def overpriced.

¡I highly recommend The Now Lakeview! I have been coming to this location for over a year and a half and love the consistent top tier experience. I feel so taken care of for the entire experience. I get an 80 min deep tissue massage and sometimes add the hemp calm balm. Every massage therapist has been so good! Today I worked with Javier! Javier’s work is so intuitive, individualized, and effective. Must experience his wonderful healing touch. Now I’m so ready to take care of my clients.

I wanted to move to another location and I was told I would be charged for 50% of the visit even if I moved to another location. I am not cancelling I simply want to come earlier and another location had an earlier time. Ridiculous! I can't wait to enjoy my forced massage tonight!

It was very ok. Left feeling I need to book another massage at a different place. I just did the 25 mins to try it out, but probably got a total of a 10-15 min message and ended before my time was up. Some of it was on me for being five mins late but it’s no reason to end early too. Pretty expensive for what it is.

Nik was amazing. Walked in for a massage with no intention of signing up for a membership, but the massage was spot on! Listened to my needs, was super an accommodating and I walked out feeling completely refreshed !

Great, great, great experience - I would give more than five stars if I could! The person at the reception desk (unfortunately, I did not catch their name), was very welcoming and personable. They really set the scene for a great, relaxing experience. I got the Healer 80 massage with Fresh Eyes and Herbal Heat Therapy add ons. My therapist was Maki, who was absolutely incredible. I didn’t realize how tight and honestly painful my body had been feeling until Maki worked her magic. By the time I left, I felt like a zen cloud - days later, my body still feels better than it has ever felt before! Both add ons I got were amazing, but the Fresh Eyes was my favorite BY FAR. It felt SO relaxing and luxurious to be getting a massage with the eye mask on while listening to the ocean waves music they play in the background. Herbal heat therapy was also amazing (and I consider it a must have for myself), but trust me, DO NOT SKIP Fresh Eyes. I will definitely be back (and am seriously considering one of their memberships so I can come on a monthly basis!).

I highly recommend Nikelda Cave as Massage Therapist at the Now Massage location on Broadway. Her professional mannerism and experience is worth the money. My body felt so good after my full body massage. Looking forward to my next visit.

Positively speaking I like the atmosphere of this location and feel that the front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. As far as massages, I am certain there are good massage therapists here as there are very positive reviews however the last 3 massages I have had by different therapists have been either bad or fair, none have been great. I have had a lot of massages and I just haven’t felt like the technique has been very good and I haven’t left feeling any better, despite the expense. I also feel like you can frequently hear a lot of noise from other rooms, which isn’t very relaxing. I’d like to keep going here as I love massages and there is often availability but I keep hoping for a better experience and am left a little disappointed.

Really great place -- a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. I went once and knew I'd be back frequently, so became a member for lower rates. Lobby staff is friendly, welcoming and professional and the massage professionals take their work seriously. Shelley does particularly fantastic work. She has great intuition as to appropriate pressure and attentively addresses any issues you may bring up in the pre-massage conversation.
