I've gone to doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists and none of them have been able to alleviate the pain in my back or the knots in my legs... not sure if Alex has some kind of x-ray vision or is just THAT SMART but he has found every single problem, talked me through it in a manner I understand, has been patient with my questions and even recommended post-care, on top of a fantastic massage and experience that leaves me feeling good like I can conquer the world, after a good nights sleep since I leave completely relaxed. Whatever he gets paid, it's not enough and I'm so appreciative that he plays such a major role in my self care. Thank you!!!

Not only is this place beautiful and clean, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Lee was so helpful and knowledgeable of which massage and enhancements would best fit my needs as I was unsure of which to get. I’m just so happy I chose this establishment. It’s extremely important for me to feel welcomed by experts soon as I walk in a business. Gia was also extremely helpful and attentive in the process. Thank you 😊 I will definitely be telling my friends of this place and will be coming back!

I’ve been coming to The Now for about 5 years now with a monthly membership and I can’t recommend it more! Carlos is incredible and is always very thorough! He takes his time and is always careful of a previous injury I have which I greatly appreciate! Maia at the front desk is also very kind and helpful!

The massage therapists are fantastic. However, the front desk / customer service needs to be improved. They did not honor my appointment time and I had to pay full price for a shortened massage. Even though I confirmed my appointment the day before, they called me multiple times the night before asking me to move my appointment up by 30 minutes. I clearly stated on the phone that I could not do that but would try to show up early. When I showed up 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time I was told I was late and would not receive the full massage I paid for. I was not given any sort of refund or discount. Is this how you normally treat your customers and members?

Loved my massage with Carlos! He really worked hard on my knots and I loved the questions he asked before my massage to make sure I was comfortable. The place is very aesthetic and you don’t even sense that it’s a shared place other than the whispering. I signed up for membership so will be back monthly!

This was my first professional massage ever, and it was a delightful experience. My shoulders get tight from all the time I spend sitting at a desk and shivering in the Chicago cold. Emmanuel was so calming and put me right at ease when I told him it was my first massage. Things I loved about my massage with Emmanuel: - Took time to understand what I was looking for (focus area, pressure, etc.) and gave suggestions based on what I wanted (targeting tech neck) - He knew exactly how to release the tension in my shoulders, arms, and hands from sitting and staring at a screen - He is very communicative and his voice is so calming. He consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was right. I felt so comfortable throughout and almost was lulled to sleep at the end! I actually added on the cupping, just to try it out, and I asked Emmanuel to go back to the massage because he is SO talented and his massage felt so much better.

Absolutely outstanding massage place. i saw Jakab for a long overdue deep tissue massage and he helped with my chronic back pain and other issues. The staff is super sweet and it’s all about the massage. Go NOW!

Never had a bad massage at The Now but Emmanuel’s was one of my favorite. I asked to focus on a few specific areas and he understood the assignment. Plus went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the session and gave me some stretches to try after. The front desk staff is always so friendly and accommodating too.
