Wow! What an amazing place. The customer service, ambience, massage therapists, and membership prices are exactly what you should look for when you want a little getaway. I always feel happily welcomed when I walk through the door. I have had a membership for several months now. Best decision my husband and I ever made. I love how clean and refreshing the place smells. It has very calming and relaxing vibes. Having a membership where I get two massages a month plus the credits I don’t use rolled over to the next month is awesome. It is an absolute no brainer to get a membership. Keeps me stress free and able to enjoy a little me time every once in a while. My massage experiences have always been good. I’ve seen Lisa and Lewis. Both have their strengths and things they do that make the experience overall good. But this time with Arianna was excellent! She really listened to what I needed and worked her magic! She gives really great pressure and asks if she needs to apply more or less. I felt my tension and stress melt away with her. She is the best! Very pleased with my massage and experience :)

Amazing massage! I was in need of a massage and spontaneously scheduled one with this location without having been and got an appointment the same day. Joey was great and massaged the area where I really needed relief. I love the ambiance- the dimmed lights, white noise, and theming were awesome. To no fault of The Now, massages are expensive. So, I wish I could go more often, but when I am in need of a massage, I’ll be back.

Lisa is an outstanding therapist. I enjoyed my session, and actually fell asleep during the massage, I felt like I had a new body once I woke up. I was so comfortable and trusted her hands to heal my achy body.She has a welcoming warm touch, and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Thank you, so much!

I booked a massage with Lewis based on prior reviews recommending him and I’m so glad I took that advice. I struggle with severe anxiety which leads to extreme tension in my whole body. Lewis was phenomenal. He had regular check ins with me and was able to fix a misalignment in my shoulder blades that I’ve been dealing with months, to the point it gave me migraines. I felt so much better after my session that I got a membership and booked my next massage with Lewis already. Definitely recommend this place and Lewis!

This was my first visit to this place. There was plenty of parking in front, and although it was a little cold inside, there was no wait, and they got to me at my appointment time. The massage was good, but I could barely hear the young lady who gave it to me. She never asked if the pressure was good. At one point, she said something, and I had to ask if I was supposed to turn over, to which she replied yes. But that's the worst thing I could say about this place. It was clean, and everybody was friendly

A WONDERFUL experience! I had a Swedish massage with herbal heat therapy, eye mask and extra attention to my tight shoulder. I had Lewis and he was awesome!! Highly recommend The Now!

I had a fantastic experience with Lewis at NOW Massage. He listened carefully to my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. His technique was highly effective, alleviating a lot of tension in my back and providing much-needed relief. I left feeling so much better and truly cared for. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this establishment from the ambience, staff, location, massage options, etc. I had a few massages around Dallas before trying the now and no massage compares. Eboni is the absolute best!!! You won’t find a better masseuse in Dallas.

I recently booked with a massage at this location and got Lewis as my massage therapist. It was a fantastic massage. Lewis kept checking in with me on pressure and comfort and kept reminding me to breath. My back can get really tense due to stress, it is really painful. So breathing along with the right pressure helped open up my back and feel relaxed. Definetly booking with Lewis again! I completely recommended booking with him!

The atmosphere first off is soooo relaxing. Didn't know what to expect and was transported to a relaxing beach in Bali. Lisa was fantastic. I had so much pain in my neck and back and she did a great job pressing on the deep points but also balancing with a swedeish style. First timer, but bought a membership because i found a place to go again!

As a woman I was nervous to get a male massage therapist for the first time but Lewis from The Now made me feel comfortable and safe. He also made sure to verbally check in with me during the message to make sure I was comfortable. Would definitely go back to Lewis again.

Came here Saturday maybe my expectations were too high. I would say for the price this is not worth it at all. I’ve had a $40 Thai massage that feels way better than this. We spent a total of $300 for 2 massages. The massages just didn’t feel good.

His skill and intuition go far beyond a typical massage—he truly understands the body and tailors each session to address specific needs and areas of tension. It’s taken me a decade to find the right massage therapist. I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years but none as good as the massages I’ve have with Eboni! She is patient, understanding and is always wanting to know what the long term goal is. She has a very functional approach to massage, and she has MAGIC hands. She recommend different techniques and massages tailored to my needs. My neck has never felt better. My breathing is more intentional. And my overall wellness has improved. 1000000/5 thank you!

They have amazing customer service! I’ve been seeing Misty for several months now and there isn’t an appointment where I don’t fall asleep at least once because it’s so relaxing. I definitely recommend the subscription for those looking for a nice way to do self care. The credits never expire!

book with yolanda!! i have been to this location as well as the Preston location many many times but i will continue to book at the lower greenville to book with her. she is amazing! i work a corporate 8-5 desk job where i’m on the computer all day so that has led to a lot of neck & back pain. i told her that was my reason for coming in & she reassured me that 95% of her clients are people that work on computers all day. she was amazing! she used hot towels & lavender massage oil & really spent a lot of time on my neck, traps & shoulders rubbing the knots out. she’s truly amazing! i will be rebooking with her and recommending her!

I have been to 2 locations here in Dallas but I’ve been consistently going to lower Greenville. I have tried 4 different masseuse and I have found a home with Eboni. She takes instructions at consultation and during the massage very well, I so appreciate it. She has great techniques of a healer and I always feel like a new woman when I walk out of there. I am a monthly subscriber and it’s a great investment to my health and well being.

I was able to get a same-day, 80-minute massage with Lewis on Monday, October 7 and I MUST say how glad I am that it worked out. From the moment I walked in, the young ladies working the reception desk were friendly and knowledgeable and answered my barrage of questions! They kindly explained everything about the spa and were absolutely delightful. Then I met my massage therapist! LEWIS WAS PHENOMENAL. We started with a great conversation about what I felt were my needs and then, of course, my expectations. In that short time, I could immediately tell that Lewis was not only a strong professional who cared very much for his clients, but he also wanted to make sure he addressed what I felt were my most important physical issues. Once the massage began, it was if he could read my mind! He built up to the intensity of the massage allowing me to relax and be accepting of additional pressure to address a number of trigger points in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I was especially grateful for the amount of modesty I was able to maintain yet still allowing Lewis to complete the important skin-on-skin massage. He was very careful to keep me covered all the while addressing all the muscle issues he assessed. It was relaxing as much as it was truly therapeutic. In the end, not only did I join as a member of their many spas in the DFW area, I also set another appointment with Lewis for next Monday. I highly recommend NOW as your go-to for professional and fulfilling massage therapy needs!

Both individuals were professional in demeanor, checked in to ensure my comfort, and left me feeling better than before my appointment. I enjoyed the calming atmosphere provided by all the staff from check-in and throughout the experience.

I’m a member of The NOW Massage and go to multiple locations but I was less than impressed with the massage I received. I kept asking for more pressure and the pressure never changed. I really want to give this location another chance, but I’m not willing to waste one of my massages on it.

Lewis is A-MAAAAAAA-ZING. Among other serious issues I am experiencing, I also have degenerative disc disease. He listened to my physical needs and made some adaptations to my positioning that had been causing me pain. Well, pain during a massage defeats the purpose of the massage! Anyway, he made some change, mindful of my modesty and his professional demeanor and it was PERFECT. I want to have a massage every day now!
