This location seemed a bit off compared to other locations I’ve visited across the country. For the price I expect the professionalism and the ambiance to be on point. It was lacking. Loud talking in the lobby, lots of chatter between the therapist and the front office ladies. The massage was subpar. It was almost like having my 83 year old granny giving me a pat on the back. Wildly frustrating and couldn’t wait to get off the table. When a massage tickles because it’s such light pressure…. That’s a problem.

I received a gift card from my daughter last April for my birthday. I finally called last weed to schedule my appointment. The appointment was schedule for Jan 29 at 10:00 am. Now, from the time I made the appoint until the day before I received several message for me to confirm. If it was a no show or if I was late 15 min my appt would he cancelled with a 100% charge. So I arrived 15 min early per their request. The reception after about 10 min later informs me the gentleman doing my message was running late. First off when I called for the appointment I ask for a women not a man. When I told her that she requested I come back later. UGH! No, I can’t come back later. She saiid I’m sorry but since I didn’t specify male or female they took the liberty of changing it for me. Which was wrong I DID specify they even gave me the name of the lady that would be doing my message. I will go back to use my card but I can assure you I will not be going back.

My husband had a wonderful experience at The Now. My massage therapist Adrian was amazing. He listened to my areas of concern and worked through all my tension. I came out of the massage feeling blissfully relaxed. I highly recommend Adrian for your next visit!

Overpriced for the massage you get. The set up and design of the place is nice. The actual massage was medium. I couldn’t get them after trying two different Massage Therapist to do a sports massage where they work on one muscle at a time with mostly fingers. It was a lot of broad, sweeping movements like foam rolling with Ian.

Coming back to give BERTHA a huge shout out. I’ve been coming here for 9 months and she’s the first therapist to offer me a breast pillow. As a large breasted woman this elevated my massage experience tremendously!! Thank you Bertha!! This was my first time trying NOW and it was an amazing experience. The staff was super professional and nice. I was checked in by the manager and my massage was by Devin. SHE. IS. AMAZING! I highly recommend giving it a try.

This has been one of the best decisions I've made this year to help myself "pour into me". The membership is a great price for a quality massage. I love the ambiance and ease of booking. Devin at Oak Lawn is money every-time!!

I can not recommend The Now enough! It was my first time there and I enjoyed a fantastic experience. From the time I called to book the appointment with Sabrina, who was so incredibly kind and nice. 5 stars!!! Sabrina assisted us with the check in and out process. As well as informed us about all the products they have for sale. She knows customer service! My MT was Jasmine, let me tell you… book her NOW! She is amazing!!! 5 stars ⭐️ for Jasmine as well. I indulged in an 80 minute message and it was AMAZING. I walked out of there in a massage coma and slept so well. She knows what she is doing. Thank @ The Now for making my Mother/Daughter day so nice! The environment is very cool as well, inspired from Tulum, Mexico. It is very clean, smells great and is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!!!!!

UPDATING to include Jasmine! She's my go-to therapist and is always so intentional with her movements, checks in several times during each session, and leaves me feeling amazing. She's the best! Original review: Dev was amazing! Just what I needed to recharge for a busy week! She made sure I was 100% comfortable at all times and the scalp massage was incredible.

Good massage therapists but the manager charged my card without authorization or telling me the amount because one of her employees messed up. That’s illegal.

This review is in no way directed to the massage therapists or front desk staff, but the manager. Very uncouth woman who has no consideration for guests as they’re checking in. I came in for a massage last week and could barely hear the girl who was checking me in because the manager was in the office speaking so loudly, and her language was quite crass. Even the front desk associate had to get up and close the door because she was so loud. Overall experience was fine, but her demeanor was just so off putting that I wouldn’t want to come back…

Absolutely loved my massage! It was very relaxing and exactly what I needed. It threw me off a bit that the receptionist mentioned that the was no availability for the 20 minutes massage option. How is there availability for a longer massage (50 minutes) but not for one shorter? That didn’t quite make sense to me! I wanted to do the 20 minutes option since I’m on a time crunch today and wanted to check them out. It seemed like they were pushing for the 50 minutes option given that it was pricier. I ended up going for it because I was in desperate need of a massage but that felt a bit off and transactional, so took off 1 star for that. Otherwise, the location was super clean and my massage was 10/10.

Go see Chandler for an amazing deep tissue massage! She’s awesome! She has really been helping me with migraines and tension throughout my whole body. It’s a central nervous system reset for me. I feel so much better and my pain has subsided. She’s super professional and very kind. I highly recommend her!

The location in Frisco is amazing, the location on Lemmon Avenue i Staff are NOT top tier and employees are not trained well and they are not trust worthy. I booked 2 massages for same time via phone call and drove all the way there and they mentioned that at first they only hand one massage and then after 10 minutes the receptionist and back and said one of the staff members “ a man” was in a car accident lol “ I swear” then she said she called the manager who gave me 100.00 off next message. I called to book and of course no notes on my file AND my last appointment was DELETED not cancelled lol . To top it off the manager tells me that a staff member said that I cancelled because my male friend wanted a Women and not a male ( maybe the one that was in a car accident) “ remember” lol . The manager says really it’s nothing they can do but offer an enhancement. I am a re-occurring customer and it seemed that NOTHING that happened mattered really. It’s really comical but in a very sad way so I just canceled . I really have no other words. Maybe they thought I made this all up😂😂😂 shame on them! I usually go to Frisco and that was my first time at oak lawn since I was in the area. I HATE I ever went there because now I’m never going back to this establishment.
