I got the healer 25 minute massage by Audra and it was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. The environment is extremely relaxing and welcoming. Perfect place to treat yourself.

I wanted to like this place but so disappointed by the cold and unhelpful customer service that lacks hospitality you would expect at a spa. I need a regular massage and hoped this place would be it. First massage was good, so I signed up for a monthly membership. Unfortunately after frustrating experiences at the front desk at following appointments, I gave up and decided to cancel. One time, after I checked in, they forgot about me and left me waiting at the reception for 15 minutes until I said something even though I was the only person there. Be aware, they don’t just let you cancel the membership. You have to email and speak to the manager. Then I was charged another month after I canceled. I tried to use the credit, only to be told it expired after 90 days. When I said I was not aware of that, the person I spoke to told me to email the manager myself. Very low customer service experience not conducive for relaxing. I do not recommend this place.

The front desk gentleman was friendly and attentive. The vibe and ambiance were beautiful and relaxing, with calming sounds, soothing lighting, and crystals placed throughout the space. The heated bed and overall cleanliness created a very relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the massage itself was underwhelming—probably my least favorite experience so far. The therapist’s touch was far too gentle, with barely any pressure, at one point, she lightly held her thumb on my neck for about 10 minutes, which left me feeling confused. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Found it odd that there was no hot towel provided to remove the oil afterward.

Gorgeous space & every detail was well thought out. My worries about being in the same room with other folks and only being separated by a curtain were QUICKLY forgotten. The space is incredibly tranquil and I felt totally comfortable. Every staff member was kind and patient with my questions. My therapist listened to exactly what my concerns were and I felt so much better when I walked out. I can't wait to come back!

I went for a massage and specifically asked the therapist to focus on my upper back. She agreed, and spent about 15 minutes on my back and legs in total. Then she asked me to turn over, saying she would do a scalp massage followed by a meditation, during which I was supposed to fall asleep. She massaged my head and shoulders for about 5 minutes, then sat on a chair and held my legs. She was sitting like that holding my legs for about 10 minutes, but I kept wondering when this "meditation" would be over. It didn’t end until I finally said, "I don’t need the meditation." I spent $120 for a 50-minute massage, and I wanted a massage! If I wanted to meditate, I could do it for free at home. After I expressed my discomfort, she seemed disappointed and started massaging my legs, then my hands, and then my legs again—it felt like she had a different plan in mind and I couldn’t feel relaxed anymore. I didn’t want to write this review here, but no one reads the "tell me about your experience" emails.

It was a great experience. I got the massage with deep tissue and scalp massage and I was money well spent. If I come back to Portland, I will definitely be booking again.

My fiancé and I each had absolutely wonderful sessions. It was also really nice to be able to book appointments at the same time in the same place. We wanted our own experiences, but it can be tough to find a non-couple's massage. The space was so beautiful and filled with warm light and grounding energy. The intake forms were easy to fill out and both my fiancé and I had a seamless check-in experience with our super kind intake team. The massage area was relaxing and we loved the comforting sounds of the ocean waves, dim warm light, and inviting spa-like space. We both really appreciated our practitioners as well! They knew just what to do - super kind, expert, thoughtful, and intuitive massages. We will be back for sure!

I was desperate for a same-day appointment to relieve neck pain, and Now delivered. Amazing, soothing atmosphere; good price; trauma-informed approach; and my pain level was so much better after I left. I'm afraid I'm in love with this place!

I've been to both the Hawthorne and Pearl District locations and enjoyed both visits very much. My massage with Cameron was one of the best. Great place!
