I had my first experience of getting a massage here and I would highly recommend this spot! The environment as soon as you walk in the door is calming and friendly. The massage therapists themselves are wondering at what they do, continuously checking in to make sure their clients are comfortable. They brief with you before and after the session to ask about any questions or specific needs you may have. The heated beds, blankets, and attention to detail in massages is above and beyond my expectations

Truly such a relaxing environment. I do 80-minutes with Riley and the gliding cupping, a nice balance between relaxation and deep body work. Riley is very intuitive and knows exactly what’s she’s doing! The front desk is always attentive and makes me feel right at home! Cannot go wrong with a massage at The Now RiNo!

The membership to this chain is a scam. You purchase monthly credits but once you cancel the membership your credits expire. I would have been better off just getting individual massages as opposed to wasting over $300 on credits that I never got to use. There are better places to spend your money in Denver.

This was my first time at Now, but that's definitely what a massage should be! Justin was able to make my lower back feel SO much better. And the rest of the massage left me wonderfully relaxed. It's a great space and everyone was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely book with Justin again. Highly recommend.

Riley’s massage technique is absolutely amazing. I felt relaxed the entire time but she did a great job of making the massage effective. My neck and shoulders were so tight and her technique was perfect for relieving the tension. I loved the atmosphere and all of the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend the Jet Lag Massage if you are traveling. Great experience overall!

Wow. That was incredible. I was having a terrible day and what got me through it was knowing that the massage was at the end of my long day. It was my first professional massage, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The entire space is so beautiful. I didn't realize how much space there was in the back, it looks so tiny from the front. Nic was absolutely incredible and paid attention to my problem areas. He immediately made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process with ease. By the end of the 25 minutes, I was so relaxed that I had trouble speaking. I was so zen and relaxed I swear I gained a couple years back of my life. Thank you so much! I'll be back for a longer session next time.

Nic was AMAZING! If you need a deep tissue massage or sports massage, he is the guy. He really put in some work into my sore muscles! He is very knowledgeable of the human body. He made sure I was comfortable through out the session. :)

I used to love this place but unfortunately it is too hit or miss. I used to have a really amazing masseuse here but he (Nick) recently left the NOW. After he left, I tried a different masseuse and unfortunately it was the worst massage I have had. It felt like she was just touching my skin and not even applying any pressure or even massaging me. I asked her to use more pressure but it didn’t get better. Additionally, I felt like she was not even massaging the proper spots (my muscles). Overall I was super disappointed in my last massage here - I have had unprofessional massages that were better than that. I’m upset I spent so much money on the service I received. Given that it is so hit or miss, I have to give it a 3 stars :/

She shared amazing information about different massage techniques, ensured that the massage cared for my technique and provided such a luxury experience. I've been coming to this location for quite some time to see Nic who is amazing, I always sleep like a baby for days after seeing him! I usually use my wife's left over credits because she travels so much and they make it so easy to do that. I think they hired a new guy and he is hands down the friendliest and most polite receptionist I've interacted with, plus his skin was literally glowing and flawless I immediately went home and washed my face and moisturized as if doing that once would help lol. I don't know his name sadly I didn't ask (I know I'm the worst) But the whole vibe from walking in, to the massage, to the room and the smell makes it a place I look forward to going back each time!

Ugh hate to do this :( had my first massage here and left not feeling great. The front desk had amazing customer service and made me feel welcomed but it’s too bad it wasn’t the same for masseuse. She was not friendly at all - I had lots of questions I wanted to ask but I guess she couldn’t care to stick around or talk to me? I hope she was just having an off day and no one else has this experience!

I absolutely love this place. I've been looking for a new massage place for years. I even got a membership (never thought I would), which had great pricing options. As soon as you head back, you feel completely transformed to a sense of absolute calmness!!! Absolutely recommend.

I got a membership to The NOW two months ago. The ambiance is relaxing and inviting. The prices are reasonable and it’s in a great location right in the heart of RINO. Just got a massage with one of the newer massage therapists. It was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Nic’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness of how the body works together is incredible. I am pretty sure he got knots out of my back that has been there for my whole life. His communication was on point and made me relaxed throughout the whole massage. I can’t wait to come back and get another massage with Nic!!! PSA: ask for Nic Barreto to be your massage therapist if you want your life to change for the better!

Not friendly, or helpful. The staff was actually pretty rude. In fact, they said they had no appointments at all today didn’t offer to book in the future. Didn’t even ask what we were looking for. Didn’t want to answer any questions. Even though I didn’t try the service after the way I was treated there is no way I would ever use this place.

This is a really great place. The set up is kind of like being in the bow of a ship or in a tent during evening time at the beach as the sounds of the waves fill the space. The walls are thick cloth and offer a deep sense of privacy. Marcelino, my therapist, is an exceptional body work - very intuitive, firm, yet gentle and promotes a sense of well being that is both comforting and reassuring.

Wonderful energy, I really needed help after a long, hard day of work. They fit me in last minute, and now I feel much better. Although the massage was fantastic, I will say I’ve paid half the price for twice the amount of time in previous experiences. Massage therapy is highly underrated, but I do feel like this location takes advantage with their steep prices.
