I was ready to cancel my membership at The Now South Loop because I just couldn’t seem to find the right fit—until I had a session with Makayla. She was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she took the time to sit down with me to discuss my concerns and the areas I wanted to focus on, especially given my broken arm, which has made me anxious about massages in the past. Makayla's professionalism, gentle tone, and genuine kindness immediately put me at ease. She listened carefully to my concerns, and her attention to detail made all the difference. The pressure was absolutely perfect, and she was incredibly mindful to avoid rolling over my bones, something I had an issue with in a previous session. I felt completely safe and cared for in her hands. This was, without a doubt, the best massage I’ve had at this location—and the second best massage of my entire life! For the first time, I was able to fully relax and enjoy the session without any discomfort or anxiety. Makayla’s skill and attentiveness were exceptional, and I truly believe I’ve found the right person to work with moving forward. I’m so happy I decided to give The Now another chance. Best massage since moving to Chicago. Robyn was amazing at hitting not just the knots but finding the muscles that were really causing the issues. Joined as a member right after so I can keep my tension away while in law school! Facilities are clean, quiet and tranquil!

I had the BEST massage with Robyn last week. I came in because I could feel my trap knotting up and she fully worked it out in 50 minutes. Last time it had felt similar I was in pain for almost two full weeks; her massage meant I woke up the next day feeling pretty much back to normal, I couldn’t believe it! Would strongly recommend and was sure to book with her again.

Someone here stole my $400 gold Tiffany chain after it was removed from my body during a massage. I called and they said they would get in touch with the masseuse to see if they knew what was going on or where my necklace was. They called back and said they could not get in touch with her. I then went up there To see if I can get answers in person and they told me they would look for the necklace after someone session was done and give me a call back. I never got a call so I filed a police report and I’m waiting to work it out with the police. I cannot recommend this place.

The women at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They anticipated my needs, exhibited the best customer service, and made sure they thoroughly explained all of the services. Lasandra was an awesome therapist that was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She had great customer service as well! You can tell she cares about her clients and improving their quality of life! Hats off ladies you all rock!!!!!!

Amazing 80min session with Shaiyla and it felt like the best massage I ever had. My tension, the pressure, and the focus areas just aligned and it just aligned in all the best ways. Been going to the Now for over a year and it’s just always getting better. Recommend people to try it out at least once even if you won’t do the subscription!

I had a full body massage by Robyn and it was absolutely magical. The amount of pressure on my neck and shoulders was perfect since I hold a lot of tension there. But at the end she massaged my scalp and the nape of my neck…omg, it released tension on an entirely new level. I felt a level of relaxation I hadn’t felt in decades. I definitely recommend Robyn and I hope to be back soon!

I had the most amazing prenatal massage experience with Robyn! She was so attentive to my needs, cared about what I wanted to get out of the massage, and made me feel so comfortable. I left truly feeling so refreshed and received much relief from my pregnancy back pain.

Robyn did a great job. The deep tissue felt amazing; she was able to work through a lot of knots and tension without causing any pain or applying too much pressure. I felt very relaxed during the massage and appreciated her reminders to be mindful of my breathing throughout the experience.

I have been going to The NOW Massage for awhile but this is my first time going for a pre-natal and the South Loop Location. I had the pleasure of getting my massage from Robyn who was super informative regarding the benefits of a prenatal massage and very knowledgeable. I specified my needs (firmness level specifically) and she listened and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process - so comfortable I ended up falling asleep for a bit of it! I will definitely be going back to this location and hopefully continue seeing Robyn! If you're thinking about trying, give it a go!

UPDATE: I continued to see Robyn once or twice a month all the way up until the week I moved out of state a couple months ago. She is really really good. She has in depth knowledge and understanding of the body and how to assist healing. Plus she enjoys what she does. That makes a difference. I can’t recommend her enough and am so bummed to have moved so far away!!! Robyn was absolutely fantastic today. She listened to what I said was sore and uncomfortable and approached each area perfectly. The muscles between my back ribs get sticky and painful. She methodically and slowly attended to each muscle and I’ve never had a therapist take their time like that on my ribs. I haven’t fallen asleep during a massage in maybe 15 years. I was drooling and nodding in and out and I loved it. Highly recommend Robyn. I’ll be seeing her again for sure

It had been a few years since I had a massage and thankfully my first experience back was with Robyn. She is popular and I totally understand why, she heard my needs on where to focus, the pressure to do and comfort I need to be totally relaxed. Robyn was absolutely amazing! I unfortunately showed up late to my appointment and she stayed past her shift to service me. She allowed me the FULL massage timeframe. I am grateful for this as I traveled almost 2 hours to my appointment. The massage was honestly one of the best I have had, and that says a-lot because I indulge in massages very often. She took her time placing emphasis on my focus areas, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience!! Robyn surpassed my expectations. Thank you Robyn and The NOW.
