The woman answering the phone for scheduling at this location is extremely rude! Wednesday, January 29 around 10:45 AM. just simply called to try and find a spot for scheduling I’m a member. I do this all the time between the locations and usually everybody’s very nice like a normal human being picking up the phone for scheduling She gave a ton of attitude as if she couldn’t be bothered or maybe I woke her up from nap or something - very disrespectful The south Loop location team is really nice and courteous, but honestly, this makes me consider canceling my membership. It’s not worth it. There are so many massage options in the city.

Came in yesterday and what a great experience! Staff is friendly and welcoming, environment is relaxing, and the boutique is maintained well. Alondra did a phenomenal job relieving tension, primarily in my neck and lower back, leaving me feeling refreshed. I will definitely be back at this location and couldn't recommend it more! I've had several massages and this is by far among the best to date.

The Now West Loop is my new go-to place for relaxation. Everyone is wonderful from the front desk (Maria) to the therapists. Everyone I have seen is highly skilled, though Kate has got to be my favorite. It’s no frills, but very clean, calming and zen with the ocean beach waves. I’m considering upping my membership because once a month isn’t enough!

I came in for a massage at the Lincoln Park location and saw Angel. His massage was amazing and was truly a deep tissue massage. There are people who advertise deep tissue, but don’t perform and Angel is not one of those. He paid great attention to my problem areas and i left feeling like a new girl. I would absolutely recommend him for deep tissue. After this massage, I was influenced to get a membership. I then visited the West Loop location to get a massage by Printiss. He was also amazing and very detailed. This massage was different from the first one because Printiss was stellar with his fingers. He gave an excellent foot massage and released a lot of pressure from the knots in my shoulders where I hold stress. He also actually stretched me when I booked the stretch massage. I would absolutely recommend him and will return.

Update (1/4/25): It's been about 4 weeks since NOW Massage West Loop said that they would reach out to me, and I haven't heard from anyone. It's pretty clear to me that they don't take their customer's feedback very seriously, and I would strongly urge potential customers to avoid this establishment. Original Review: I sent this information to the massage studio after my experience, and I asked for someone to reach out to me, but I never received a response. I hope this information is helpful for others: First, I'd stated that I wanted a relaxing massage, and it was quite “active.” There wasn't much pin-pointing of muscles - it was more of a general full-body, rough rub that moved my entire body as well as the massage table. With all of the movement and shaking, there was very little relaxation. Second, while I understand the need for background sounds, the sound of waves playing on the speakers was incredibly distracting. They were very, very loud, and there was a clear stop and start to the repeating soundtrack that was jarring. For the last part of the massage, the massage therapist used far too much oil, and a large amount of it ended up in my freshly washed hair. A little oil in the hair is totally understandable. But this was a massive amount. The worst part is that I ended up with sticky bits of something in the fine hairs on my neck. I called the front desk immediately upon noticing the stickiness (which looked like little bits of glue or adhesive), and the woman that answered was dismissive from the beginning of the conversation. She said that it was just their massage oil because “it contains botanicals.” When pressed, she said that shampoo should remove it. I kindly mentioned that perhaps they should consider using a different type of oil if this is the result of their current oil, and she said, “We’ve noted your feedback,” and she hung up on me. At home, I tried to get the sticky bits out of my fine neck hair using everything I could think of - shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, make-up remover, baby oil, and even goo-gone. Nothing would remove it, so my husband ended up having to shave the back of my neck to remove the material. I really wanted to love this place, but I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it.
