Very disappointed with the customer service, I arrived to my scheduled appointment as suggested, 15 minutes early. I was then told 15 minutes after my appointment that my massage therapist was sick and we would need to move my appointment. I asked to speak to a manager, but they weren’t “available”. I called their office afterwards, asked to speak to a manager and was told they were currently on another call, they took my phone number and name and I was told I would receive a call back shortly. I never received a call back. My appointment was scheduled a month in advance. As a customer, I am expected to notify the office 12 hours in advance if I need to change my appointment, I would expect the same respect of my time and professionalism from a business.

Disheartening experience. I visited The Now for an 80min massage with the deep tissue enhancement on 12/2/24. My previous massage therapist had moved to another state so I was matched with someone new. My latest experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I called right after my appointment and asked for a manager to call me so I could explain my experience. It took 3 phone calls and an email before I heard back. The main purpose of my email was to have everything in writing and within that I asked for a refund and my membership to be cancelled. The Now's solution was to not refund me, but return my membership credit back to my account, which I will not use because I am cancelling my membership. My main problem now is how the business has handled this as it didn't feel like they took a serious matter seriously.

I’ve had probably 60 massages in the last year and a half: stretching, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. And the front desk is so friendly and professional. 10 out 10!

Wonderful place to relax. Great therapists especially Therron, he is extremely knowledgeable and just an all around awesome person, loves the work and it really shows! I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for several months, and I’ve always had a good experience. I can not say the same this time. My massage was ok, but my masseuse suggested I take my necklace off and did not give it back to me. When I went home I realized I didn't have my necklace and I called immediately. They said, “They did not find it.” It was a diamond necklace that was very dear to me, both financially and sentimentally. I can’t believe they did not find a solution. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend going to this place.

I’ve been getting deep tissue and trigger point therapy for almost 7 years, but had to find another therapist. I’ve been coming to The NOW for almost 2 months, but just had thee BEST session with Deidra. I just gave simple guidance where I usually issues and she just went for it. I have never felt more healed and aligned.

I’ve been going here for a few months and am really enjoying my membership. The front desk staff are so warm and welcoming each time, check-in is a breeze, and the space really is relaxing. The massages have been great too, although it can depend on who you get. The main con is that your massage time appears to start from your appointment time rather than when they actually start working on you. I’ve routinely gotten about 5 or so mins less than I paid for because it takes a few mins to get on the table and for the staff member to come back and begin. And I’m always early and don’t get taken back until my appt time-which is fine except that I’d like to be ready at that time since the clock starts then. There’s also some noise from the front overheard if you’re in the very first rooms that can be distracting. But overall I really enjoy NOW and am definitely keeping my membership. Edit 8/24: I finally cancelled my membership due to the continually shortened massages, even after being contacted my management after my initial review. My final massage (while fantastic quality) was short by 8 mins, even though I was early to my appt. The staff is great-this has to be some kind of timing pressure from higher up. I still recommend the Now theoretically, but this is a big negative to me.

Update: Alazae has moved, and it was a bit of a headache to cancel. Alazae is a miracle worker. 15/10, all the stars. She is wonderful at finding and releasing tension that I didn’t know I was holding in my body. She has helped me be more present in my body, and is all around the best.

It was my first time at NOW. The space is dreamy. Ive had a lot of massages over the years but Lillia was absolutely amazing. She asked a lot of questions going in. Honestly best massage I've ever had. You could tell each move she made was very thoughful. I will absolutely be going back. Do yourself a favor and go. You won't regret it.

Not your typical massage space as it has a great atmosphere and is incredibly relaxing! All massage therapists I’ve been matched with have been great. Highly recommend booking with Shannon! She’s so kind and intuitive! Really knowledgeable!!
