Have been going to NOW massage in Wynwood over a year. Keep coming back for massage therapist Rey. One of the best massages in South Florida. Drive from Fort Lauderdale he is so good. He balances massage relaxation and aroma therapy and stretching. His touch is magical. Great set of hands knows how to work the problem areas. You leave his table totally relaxed and your body and the tightness is relieved. Not every time I massage with Rey is the same he customizes the massage to the needs of the client that day. Rey is a true gentleman and professional. Very easy going. You can tell Rey takes pride in his craft. He sure has mastered it. If you want a fantastic massage got to NOW Wynwood and ask for Rey Best of the best

customer service has deteriorated significantly. I have noticed a constant turnover of reception staff, which undermines consistency and professionalism. The atmosphere feels increasingly commercial, losing the seriousness and care required for proper massage therapy. The most troubling aspect was the massage itself. It was unbearably strong, and despite my complaints during the session, the masseuse continued to apply excessive force. Massage therapy is a health service, and practitioners have a responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their clients. The amount of force used during my session, especially on sensitive areas like the neck and face, shows a complete disregard for the client . Be aware place is extremely money oriented and they don’t care about anything . Staff is very negligent and rude .

I had a fantastic experience at The NOW in Wynwood. Firstly, the front desk staff were so chill and friendly, and even helped me take advantage of a special promotion they were running. The actual massage spaces were so cool! I never knew I could feel like I was on a beach while indoors but they pulled it off. The aesthetics were very modern yet still warm and inviting. Emmett was my therapist and he was excellent. I opted for the Swedish style plus gua sha which was a great balance of relaxation plus a little bit of intense work. Emmett was very strong and I’m sure he’d also be amazing for deep tissue if that’s what you’re looking for. Thanks to the entire team for such a great experience!

I loved the experience! From the moment I arrived, María’s attention was incredible—she made me feel comfortable with a warm welcome, not overwhelmed like you might feel when trying something for the first time. Not at all! It was super relaxing. I had some water, got ready, and the massage was amazing. Plus, Mila and Jahya were so lovely—they took care of my luggage while I explored Wynwood a bit. There’s nothing like getting a massage after a long trip. Let’s make this a habit, ladies!

I decided to invite my boyfriend for his birthday to get a massage. Due to traffic in miami I was late 15 mins. I was told by the lady in the front desk that I will loose those 15 mins and I was provided and iPad to fill out some forms. I ask them if we can reschedule for a later time so we can actually enjoy a full massage. I even explain to the person in the front desk that I had a terrible day and my boyfriend birthday was that day. Unfortunately, I was reminded one more time about the policy, I was mentioned to me that they will deduct 50% of the price of the massage to reschedule, 50 % also will be deducted if I cancel. By then, I was already 20 to 25 mins short. We decided to go without getting the massage. Definitely never going to try The Now. The lack of flexibility and compassion is horrifying.
