Sherri Vaughn Gibbons is amazing! She really listens to your concerns, asks questions to understand your needs and is so skilled and talented! I am and will remain a return customer. It is on the more expensive side, but this is a full & excellent service salon. You get what you pay for and The Office and Sherri in particular, are worth every dime!

Amazing! Kevin - truly one of the best humans I have ever met & not to mention his talent. UNMATCHED. He is a true artist, and the most genuine person. All of the staff here are incredible and the atmosphere is comforting, clean & happy. My 4 year old loves getting a fresh cut by the amazing Annalisa as well. I just can’t say enough good things about The Office!!

Been coming here for a couple years now. Matthew is amazing. He doesnt tell you what you want to hear, but he also listens attentively and does his best to make your hair dreams come true. Not to mention he's funny and great to talk to. Did I mention they have alcohol at this salon? Haha. Highly recommend!

Came in with no expectation but at least was told 30-32 dollars. Then suddenly its 35 after it's done and I give my last little bit of money as a tip for 39 something and told "it's okay *fake smile*" lol. And made fun of during the haircut in a demeaning loud way so as to announce to the whole place they are declaring me trash lol. Will make you seem like you are getting what you want but make note of the things you say and check if they were actually done. Otherwise I got my long ugly hair cut down to something closer to my old service hair cuts. Which only would cost 20 bucks after tip. Haha.

Going to Victoria & The Office Salon was the best decision I could have made. Victoria has completely transformed my hair by recommending the right products and treatments for my hair type. I have finally found the best hair salon!! I see Sarah for both color and cut and couldn't be happier. She's always down for whatever and gets so excited for any sort of challenge, and my hair is always a challenge. She explains everything upfront so you know what your getting into. The products that they sell are vegan and smell amazing. Their little salon is so different and the decor and natural light is so unique. They've made a customer for life!

I have grown my hair out to shoulder-blade length & cut in a short pixie to donate 3 times. I have kept a pretty short pixie for several years & have been to at least a half-dozen salons here in the Valley trying to find someone to cut it right again. It’s almost as bad as bra or denim jeans shopping; if not worse! I'd been spoiled by my stylist back in Chicago, & 2 other stylists here - all of whom gone on to amazing careers with corporate hair product companies. I just moved into North-Central Phoenix from the FAR East Valley to be closer to work & it was time to start planning for a hair cut again. At this point, I just wing it - I have had no luck with referrals, I have tried barbers, unisex salons, "expert" & "professional" stylists in recognized salons & spas. Basically surrendered to trial & error - a craps shoot - managing & "getting by" with less than acceptable hair cuts, hoping & praying that ONE day, the perfect stylist would magically appear. It was about 4:30 pm on a Thursday, salon was busy, both male & female stylists & I think every booth had a client. It was small-office-like & had a friendly buzz. You'd never know the level of anxiety I was feeling when arrived after work - like a swan, gracefully floating in - but under the water, I was paddling like a mad woman - full of anxiety over another attempt to get my hair cut !! I was SURE I was going to leave with it shaved too short on my neck, too much trimmed over my ears, cut into a fade rather than a stack in the back, my long bangs... gone. I braced myself & prayed it would at least be bad enough to style professionally for work. I did my best to carry on conversation while Sarah did her thing, giving her a very brief glimpse into my anxiety, starting with a shampoo (& head message - ahhhhhhhh). Back at Sarah's station, I pulled out my phone & showed her some pictures of what I (wanted) liked. All the same cut - just a different model, styled a bit differently & 2 were the exact same photos I used with others. I felt a little assured by the fact that Sarah talked - extensively - about what was in the photos, what I wanted, asking questions, & what she was going to do before she ever even lifted the scissors or clippers - & thank goodness she never said "Oh you're going to love what I do", or "I am so good cutting short hair", or "I promise you won't be disappointed!" Sarah talked me through every step of my cut the entire time. Everything she was doing to my hair, everything she was going to do, she explained to me first BEFORE she did it, giving me the chance to say no or suggest something different each time. I tried not to watch in the mirror too much because I would surely freak out if I did (over nothing) but truth be told, the head message with the shampoo was the ONLY time I was able to really relax; I simply prayed she wouldn't hack my bangs off. Toward the end she started making comments about the cut. Then the stylist next to us made a comment. When she was done cutting, she put in some product, blew it dry & styled it then - she handed me the mirror…. I have got to say that this is the FIRST TIME in AT LEAST 4 years I have been happy, like - actually PLEASED with my hair cut & the job the stylist did. Sarah was amazing! Hands down - the best cut I have had in years! She has earned herself a returning client. The ONLY complaint - enough to give me a (brief) second thought - it was too hot inside the salon. I know salons (particularly those with a young team) likely don't think about it but - women of a "certain age" have the money to spend but many times we make a conscious choice to go where we won't break out in a sweat just sitting there. THANK YOU SARAH FOR AN INCREDIBLY AMAZING CUT!

After first working with Jaime as a bridesmaid in a wedding, I started booking with her for all my hair care needs and I haven’t looked back! We’ve actually developed a great friendship too! PS. If you’ve never had her famous head massage during a wash you are missing out on life.
