I arrived late and even more stressed but Jay calmed me down with her friendly and welcoming disposition -- I am AMAZED at how inviting and relaxing the atmosphere was when I arrived! This place is wonderful. Jay recognizing that I needed more than the service that was schedule provide me with a complimentary upgrade to my services. That alone is enough for me to return but walking away feeling like I just stop by to hang out with my girlfriend makes me a customer for life. Thanks again!

I have called 4 times and left 4 messages, one week later no one has returned my calls. I was gifted a deep tissue massage and would like to finally get it booked.

I have called, left voicemails (voicemail inbox is now full), texted, emailed, and even tried to go to the spa in person during business hours to set up an appointment and I have not gotten a single response. I purchased a facial on groupon and wanted to get the service I had already paid for, but the owner has not returned any calls, voicemails, or emails in the past month. It was closed during business hours when I visited. I finally got fed up and got a refund via Groupon.

I'm very disappointed in my experience, and I don't know how this place is still in business. I purchased a Groupon and tried to call over 10 times to schedule an appointment to use my voucher and never heard back. Honestly I don't know how people are even able to experience getting a massage if they can't contact the owner. I even looked up the place on Google maps because the website and information on Groupon seems to be invalid, and there was no signage or branding indicating via Google maps that it is an actual business. I would not waste your money because the voucher I received back from Groupon was $10 less than what I paid for the massage that I never received.
