The Om Spa - Naples, FL

I wasn’t as impressed as some of the reviews. There were little tweaks that could have made this place a lot better. First off the ambiance was very nice and it smelled great from incense. There were little sitting rooms all with like three nuts in snack dishes which made me question if the stuff gets refilled or is fresh since I got there at 9am. There was a lot of whispering at the front desk with staff which I found slightly unprofessional. I got into my room for my massage and Lana was lovely, I asked her to turn the music down as it was jarringly loud. Fifteen minutes into the massage I realized I was freezing and asked Lana if the table heat was on she apologized and turned it on. I always feel like when you have to ask for things before they are offered during spa services it takes away some of the relaxation. The massage was a 10 for sure. Then I had a body scrub that was ok. I asked for the Indian Head massage and it was like someone was rubbing my head with a feather, almost non existent and didn’t do much. I can’t pronounce that practitioners name but she was extremely personable and sweet. Here’s the biggest issue, I’m trying to pay and there is an employee speaking in another language to the receptionist at the front desk and it seemed like she was frustrated about something but I’m not sure. She couldn’t have told her to hold on?just not a five star professional environment to me :/ I paid the 600 dollars and then get out to my car and my partner asked how my birthday present was…apparently he called yesterday and gave his credit card. The front desk didn’t know that today and rang mine in. We are checking now to make sure we weren’t charged twice. Definitely not a relaxing experience over all. I can see that if you didn’t have these specific issues it could be a great place but I’m not sure I will return.

I was pleasantly suprised at the number of spa services Om Spa offers. I had an infrared sauna and felt like a new person. Just twenty minutes and worth every penny. Great value. Friendly staff. Nice quiet space. I will definitely return. My friend had a facial (50 minute) and her face is rosy and healthy looking! Try Om Spa!!!

Had a massage at The Om Spa with Isladis. The spa was very clean and well managed. The massage I received was ulta relaxing and Isladis’ touch was magnificent. I will definitely be back.

I wanted a facial and lash tint and there were so many choices near me, oy. I left about 7 messages and the replies I received had me so confused I almost gave up on getting something that felt simple but effective. Kamile picked up my call and explained everything with ease and got me in right away. She delivered a perfect custom facial after a quick evaluation. Very thorough microdermabrasion add-on! She used clean products that smelled great and my skin looks awesome. My lashes are tinted too!

My step sister and I had an awesome experience at the spa. I had a myofascial massage and she had a lymph massage. I felt like my massage therapist intently listened to what I had going on with my body. She was communicative throughout the session and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The massage itself was amazing. I feel like I could have laid on the table for hours. I will definitely be returning and referring anyone else looking for a location. Great job!

Om Spa’s recent expansion and remodel has taken the already wonderful experience they provide to another level. The calming, luxurious space allowed me to feel at home and on vacation at the same time. The masseuse Lana had magical hands and Maria left me glowing after my facial with baby smooth skin. Can’t recommend Om Spa and their staff enough. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience at this wonderful spa. I am visiting my friend who lives here and she found this lovely spot for us. We both had fantastic massages and facials. Staff was wonderful and efficient. The space is gorgeous and bigger than you’d think. Didn’t want to leave!

I recently had an incredible experience at the Om Spa with an esthetician named Kamile. She not only gave me an exceptional facial but also recommended a skincare line that has truly worked wonders for my skin. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, warm, and made sure to ask all the right questions about my skin type and concerns. Her knowledge was impressive !!! The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and she used a lift facial massage technique that left my skin glowing and rejuvenated. I also appreciated the environment, it was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Om Spa and Kamile for a treatment.

Update: terrific massage, and then anti-aging facial with Maria. Highly recommend. Another great experience at the Om Spa. I had the anti-aging facial with Mary, and then a Himalayan massage with Lonna. I have never had a massage like that, but it was phenomenal! One of the best spas I’ve ever been to! Recently had a Swedish massage and hydra facial with Maria. Just fabulous! Highly recommend!
