I highly recommend The One Clinic. I love their holistic, herbal, all natural approach and product line, as this is what attracted me to give them a try. My first visit I booked the Premium Facial with massage. To start off they provide you with a skin analysis and guide you toward the goals you would like to ultimately achieve for your skin's optimum health. The greeting upon arrival to the service provided are all very informative and professional. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, peaceful and welcoming. I have found my facial spa and look forward to my future visits.

I’ve been to ONE Clinic and Spa before, and it’s always been a great experience. But after trying Annabelle’s Korean scalp treatment, I can confidently say this is the best treatment they offer. Don’t get me wrong, the other treatments are fantastic, but this? It’s on another level. Annabelle uses all-natural ingredients, some she even makes herself, and pours so much care, knowledge, and love into every step. She explains everything in detail, making the entire experience not just a treatment but a ritual. Now that I’ve discovered this, I’ll be coming back even more often. Awesome acupuncture session and facial! I did the new client special that came with a facial analysis, tea, yoni steam, full body and facial acupuncture with a full facial. Was absolutely wonderful! Cant wait for my next one!!

I've been coming here for almost a year, I absolutely cannot recommend it enough! All of their estheticians/technicians/acupuncturists are all super knowledgable. Hiromi gives amazing facials and the scalp therapy with Annabel was wonderful, 10/10. Hope you guys are open forever!!

I had the most amazing experience at One Clinic! Hands down one of my favorite facials I’ve had. They were extremely accommodating. I loved Jamaica and Hsini. I’ve never had acupuncture done on my face before and I couldn’t breathe thru my nose before my appt. After the acupuncture, it helped relieve my congestion! I couldn’t believe it. They took their time and I had the best experience. Highly recommend. And my face looks amazing

My first visit here and wasn't sure what to expect. New patient special was just amazing! In a world of firsts I'm so satisfied with the services offered. I've not ever done Yoni/Acupuncture and don't know why I waited so long!! The tea was just amazing and the skilled practitioners are wonderful! I will return for a whole body experience again soon! I don’t leave reviews in general, but wanted to leave one this time. I took acupuncture services from Dr. Suji. She is truly amazing and gives special attention to her patients. I had chronic back pain and had done multiple MRIs, Xray, Physical therapy with not much relief or answers. Suji did a thorough analysis and asked me very specific questions before prescribing any treatment. I used to wake up every morning with unbearable back pain which subsided during the day. Dr. Suji went above and beyond and I saw myself improving and getting stronger with every visit. She also suggested me some OTC balms, other holistic remedies for long term relief. I got multiple benefits from these sessions such as better blood circulation and digestion. Please do yourself a favor and try the acupuncture sessions before you give up on living pain-free!

This place is simply amazing. It was my first time and I received the bliss scalp treatment and it exceeded my expectations. Not only was it relaxing, but the owner was super knowledgeable about all of the health benefits that results from caring for your body from the inside out. I highly recommend getting the scalp treatment. I left with a clean and healthy scalp, along with helpful tips on how to take care of my health. Wow. I’m absolutely floored by my first experience at The One Clinic. I have been wanting to do scalp therapy with the full scalp analysis like they do in Korea, and I’m so happy that I found this place! Annabelle was super sweet and knowledgeable. She just had the kindest soul and walked me through the entire process since it was my first time. She even spent extra time with me after I expressed my hair concerns to her, which I really appreciated because this is an emotional topic for me. I decided to do the add-on acupuncture treatment, and Emily also explained my treatment very well. I felt very cared for by the team, and I have already scheduled my follow-up! I didn’t realize there was a clinic like this in Austin! I came in for a K-fit facial to help with my jaw pain, and I’ve been feeling great since. I was given a detailed skin analysis that was super interesting and helpful, and my aesthetician, Jamaica, explained how to massage my jaw on my own to further help with my pain. Everyone here was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

Not much was done. Very light massage to my face, could hardly feel in. Random gels spread on my face, could not feel the steam. Worst facial I’ve ever received. It was 200 after tip. My pores felt clogged and my skin was greasy and not glowIng. The products smelled awful. Not a relaxing or satisfying experience. I suggest go anywhere else for a good quality facial for your money.

I've been a long-time client of The One Clinic (3+ years) for monthly facials. This week I was so excited to try their new scalp therapy service, after waiting for ages for something like it to be offered in Austin! It was such a relaxing, therapeutic experience and I also learned a lot about scalp health in general. They use top-of-the-line natural products from Korea and also ones made in-house. You are shown before/after live close-up images of your follicles and hair strands, which is very revealing to say the least! I look forward to making this service part of my regular routine!

The ladies at One Clinic were so attentive, and so knowledgeable about my skin. They made me feel so relaxed and at ease, especially as it was my first time trying acupuncture and I was a little nervous. The next day my skin looked noticeably different. It looked more full and more hydrated. Will definitely be going back!

This place is amazing! I immediately felt so relaxed when I walked in! The front desk girl was so nice and informative! She helped me feel at ease! Jamaica did an amazing job with my facial!! I fell asleep! That’s how relaxing it was! Hsini listened to my needs for facial acupuncture! I grind my teeth and have very tight masseters and helped me relieve the tension! It feels so good not to clench my teeth 24/7! Highly recommend!
