I love coming here! I have been three times and seen three different estheticians (Ally, Kenya, and Sloane) each one has been great and tailors the treatment to my skin. Great customer service and a great price for all the treatment you get in one facial!

I had an amazing experience with Gillian. From start to finish, everything was explained in details, so whether it’s your first time or not, you are in great hands. It’s a very welcoming place. The bed is even warmed up, and there’s even relaxing Christmas music! Each facial comes with an 11-step treatment plan with slight variations to suit your skin/concerns. I like that it’s one flat fee, and all my information is saved for next month!

Just had the best experience with Miracle!! Amazing I tell ya. My first facial experience left my feeling burning itching due to my skin sensitivity. I was afraid of that going in but Miracle made this the best experience thus far!! She was so knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. I am literally growing! Amazing!

This place was fabulous. It is definitely top 3 best facials Ive had and for the price YOU CANNOT BEAT IT! I booked a last-minute facial because I've been very busy and stressed at work and needed a little pamper time. I got booked with Miracle and she was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do during each step. She really cared to get to know me a little better and was incredibly nice. My only recommendation is I like relaxing facial and don’t want to talk so much. I also love that they don't try to upsell you on anything and the price includes gratuity so it really does take out all the worry and stress of checking out out of the equation. This is also a WOMAN-owned business which I appreciate so much! Cannot wait to come back!

This was my first time to visit Only Facial with Dominique! Outside of this being such a cute salon; I feel like their approach to learning your wants & skin needs before you are in a service- is really valuable. Not only did it put me in the mindset to think of want I want. It also gives them a view of you before walking in the door & under that bright light!! Dominique was incredible. She has a very light hand & checked in often. I’m excited to have another service & watch the changes happen!! Thank you, Dom & Only Facial!!

I went in for a facial the other day, and if you’re lucky enough to book with Miracle, you’re in GREAT hands. 🙌🏽 I’m pretty ignorant to the entire process of a facial, but that’s where Miracle stepped in. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time, and gently walked me through everything that she was doing. She made the entire experience fantastic. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve never had a facial in my life, but there’s a first for every forty-something man, right? From start to finish this was an incredible experience - all thanks to Kenya, who is absolutely awesome. She explained all the treatments to me as she was doing them - and I enjoyed every minute, she has an incredible energy and passion for her job. I’ll be back next month!

Talk about an amazing gem in Dallas! Chloe was outstanding and my skin already look so much healthier from just the few times the last few months I've gone. I HIGHLY recommend them and just love their entire concept of skin care at one price point and not having to worry about if I tipped enough or picking which add ons for that time. They are THE BEST!

This was my second facial at this place I had a new person her name is Kenya Taylor she was great and she listen to me. This was my first facial and it was awesome. Cierra was great. She walked me through every step explained everything to me. She made me feel so comfortable. I will be back in four weeks.

The Only Facial is changing the game. I’ve been to spas for facials in the past but always felt out-of-place - like I didn’t quite belong there. Not to mention the upsales made me uncomfortable. The Only Facial is the opposite! So comfortable, so easy, so accessible. Ally was my facialist and she was awesome! She took the time before the facial to talk about my skin concerns, my usual routine & products. The actual facial was so relaxing & wonderful! I love that she explained each step as she went along so I knew what she was doing & why. Afterwards, she told me which products I should discontinue & why. She sent me texts afterwards to remind me how to care for my face post-facial and gave me product recommendations (including links!) Even a week after my appt, I was able to text her questions about my new product lineup & routine. I will most definitely be returning & telling my friends about The Only Facial!

Recently in Dallas, Received a great facial by Ally at The Only Facial. She was great. She looked at my skin, suggested the best facial and then followed up via text not only to see how I was doing but also with after care instructions and even suggested products that I might consider incorporating in my day-to-day care. Mind you she was suggesting products that I could get at a beauty store, not something the place was pushing. I appreciated this more than you could know. Go here and you'll be glad you did.

I’ve been going to The Only Facial about 4 or 5 times now.. and I can honestly say that Shelbi is my girl ! I absolutely love her care of service. She’s so great at explaining everything step by step and telling me why we are using the items/products that we are using. The staff that I’ve run into at the counter and throughout the building have always been so nice as well. Overall the customer service is top notch and I love walking about and feeling confident about myself and my skin. I also enjoy the fact that there’s no hidden charges or fees.. it’s a base fee of $140. And that includes their tip/salary. It covers all 11 steps: 1) Cleansing 2) Brows 3) Dermaplaning 4)Microdermbasion (vacuum) 5) Chemical Peel 6) Massage 7) Extractions (yes please!!! Get all those black and white heads please) 8) LED Light Therapy 9) Microcurrent 10) Treatment Mask 11) Hydration/ SPF Most other spa places charge you $100 for the facial but if you want dermaplanning it’s extra, and this and that is extra and by the end of it you’re tipping them and you’re spending close to like $160 sometimes. So I truly love the combined cost. Overall great! I cannot recommend enough!!
