Worst haircut of my life. First, I had a Groupon which she asked me to cancel and pay her directly. Why do you have your salon advertised on Groupon if you’re accepting them? Back to the bad haircut. I asked for 2 inches off & to trim my layers. Well, she ended up cutting off ~4 inches off and all my layers are completely uneven. The appointment felt rushed and I never did receive a “style” -only a blowout and the blowout was mid too. Hair was still all frizzy so I asked her to go over it again so she could smooth it out… so disappointing, now I have ugly hair. Thanks :(

Groupon Customers don’t fall for the discounted price !!! Groupon customers are not treated well at this saloon. The owner firstly asked me to return the voucher and pay her directly. In addition mentioned it’s going to be an extra charge for longer hair. She also mentioned she had only 30 mins to work on my hair since she had another customer after me. When I reached the venue she was still working on her previous customer and then she said she could give me only 15 mins since there was another customer on schedule. I was ready to reschedule for the day but she said she has no slots. She said she can only wash and cut my hair and cannot blow dry. I agreed to it because I had an event that evening so just wanted to get it done. She didn’t ask me what type of style I wanted just kept cutting and got done like I was a burden! Honestly I have never seen a saloon treat a customer like this. One of the worst experiences I’ve had till date. I don’t understand why do they promote themselves on Groupon if they have made up their mind to not respect and value Groupon customers. Just because we buy vouchers on Groupon does not mean we can be disrespected.

I’ve been going to Nora for partial highlights/balayage over the past few years and she consistently delivers with giving my black hair a sun-kissed dark brown lift! She does a wonderful job of listening to what I want and making sure the color is natural and not too light - which has been tough for previous hair salons I’ve visited to achieve. Highly recommend her services!

Nora did a wonderful job with my highlights! I appreciate that she uses quality/organic hair formulations that really made my hair feel great! She also helped me learn how to better style my hair to make it look fuller! Highly recommend!

Nora is a perfectionist at what she does! Have been going to her for years. Love my recent cut and color! I told her I wanted something subtle to cover some grey hair and she delivered! Wish I had a before pic, because it was long, gross and boring. Thank you Nora!

As someone who has a history of being highly sensitive to chemicals and unclean products.... I've been pleasantly surprised and pleased with the hair color product that Nora uses!! Also have been very happy with each of her haircuts. Highly recommend working with Nora!

I recently visited this organic hair salon, and as someone with MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivities), and CIRS, I have to be extremely cautious about the products I use. I tried their organic root treatment and keratin treatment, both of which were gentle and didn't trigger any reactions. The stylist was attentive to my health needs and color preferences, resulting in a color I loved. I’ll definitely be back for a root touch-up and plan to get highlights next time.

I fully recommend it! Nora makes it easy to talk with and explain what you want. She is very professional to the fullest extent of the word. I’m very pleased with the haircut, partial highlights (balayage style), and the styling. The products must been great because my hair was soft and silky at the end. Place is nice. Clean and neat.

I started going to The Organic Color Salon about 2 years ago, and am so happy to have found this perfect place so close to me in South Austin! I love the cut, color , and styling I get from Nora! I hope she never leaves the area. Non-organic color can make me feel sick for days (headache and fatigue), so I had to find an organic salon. Nora only uses organic products and the results are fantastic! She is very experienced at what she does. I go to her for color and cut. She styled my hair for an event last year and I was extremely happy with the results! Nora is a tireless one-woman show at her salon. And she’s been very flexible to fit me in for “emergency” hair care.

I’ve been seeing Nora for years . Always walk out very pleased. I’ve loved my haircuts and most of all color . Her studio is peaceful and Nora is a sweet and interesting gal to talk to. I highly recommend her haircut and color to anyone looking for someone who listens well amd stands behind her work:)

The stylist I got made sure to tell me that Groupon customers are there least favorite because Groupon takes half of the money I felt cornered into giving a large tip that she did not deserve. The cut is cute don't get me wrong but it's not $25 tip cute

DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON FOR THIS BUSINESS - requested an appointment but never got a confirmation. Called multiple times and left messages but never responded. Very disappointing cause I wasted money and this was for my birthday styling :/

Found it through Groupon. Didn’t get it styled (which I should have) but I was pleased with the cut….Until I styled it at home and noticed how choppy it looked from the back. Such a disappointment.

I purchased through Class Pass and the salon was closed when I got there and no one ever showed up. I was trying to get this done before Thanksgiving and in rush hour traffic. A complete waste of time and unprofessional. Many people on Class Pass experienced the same issue. Would not recommend.

Nora is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job with my blonde highlights! I have very dark hair and tan skin and needed someone who understood the challenges of managing the red undertones in my hair, and could also give me highlights in a shade that suited my skin. She did a fantastic job and my highlights are *exactly* what I wanted. Highly recommend her.

This business advertises and uses Groupon so I got a voucher for a haircut and wash. When I attempted to make an appointment multiple times, the owner did not respond and did not confirm my appointment. I had stated that I have a Groupon voucher, which I think was the issue. If this business does not want Groupon customers they should not advertise on that site. Groupon was great and gave me a refund, but this business has no ethics and seems pretty terrible to potential customers. Would not recommend

Nora was amazing! She looked at a photo I brought in and did an amazing job recreating the look! Face-framing, new bangs, and I ended up getting color too - exactly what I was hoping for. She did a wonderful job matching the color to my skin tone, and I love that the products are organic. Thanks Nora!!

I called 4 times throughout the day with a groupon voucher and never got a hold of someone to schedule an appointment. The fifth time I called, someone answered but when I mentioned the voucher and they hung up on me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
