Giving one star because this should never occur under any woman's spa circumstances. Ever! Severe violation of trust and privacy. Absolutely not ok for this man to come into the woman’s locker room to refill towels, empty robes while we are in there changing clothes, showering naked and coming out of the sauna. Any reasonable person would have turned around and walked out. Instead HE TOOK HIS TIME. The towels were not empty and could have waited. Cringeworthy worrying a woman would walk out of the shower or sauna naked. Not ok! Completely ruined a spa experience of relaxation, feeling safe when the staff everywhere was completely 5 star. Shared with the young woman who checked us out. The gravity of discounting our massage by $20 did nothing. An investigation of this man needs to occur here because this is the behavior of a predator. Super creepy and felt like he was taking his time for a woman to come out of shower naked. Still bothered. Basic rights of a spa experience ruined.

I had a lovely experience at the Oxford Spa. I had the Ultimate Zen body treatment with Micheal and it was amazing! My skin felt smooth and hydrated for days the massage - so good! I thought the spa decor was so nice, I really loved the chandeliers and the black and white pictures. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting the Spa Director Miriam, she was a delight. You could tell she is very passionate about the spa and the team she works with. I hope to visit Denver again to enjoy the Oxford Spa.

My massage was terrific. Sadly, the “ spa” was awful. I have never been to a “spa” with a TV blaring in the changing room. Or smells like the old gym its attached too, also. Steam room was icky and moldy, and I was given a spray bottle (like home depot) with eucalyptus spray. Yikes. Also, to get to treatment rooms you walk (in your robes) through the main lobby. A loud, bustling lobby. Nothing spa like about this spot. Back to to brown or four seasons for me. The oxford “spa” is low end.

I am local, was staying at the Maven for a long weekend for my bday and booked a facial and prenatal massage at the Oxford Spa. It was a such a lovely experience that I am already booked to return in 6 weeks. I booked the Dr. Dennis Gross facial for 80 min (double mask, double light) that is safe for pregnancy with Emily and it was something to write home about. My skin was amazingly glowy and just felt so good. Emily explained to me that Dr. Gross is known for the best non-peel, peel and the models go to him before fashion show week in New York. I booked another facial right before my baby shower :) My massages at the Oxford are always great and deep tissue in a spa/luxury setting. With prenatal, therapists always must err on the side of caution with certain body areas and pressure points and just won't go as deep as when you aren't pregnant. I was so relaxed and Bethany provided me with so many sheets, towels, and pillows to make me so comfortable. I almost feel asleep! I had a lot of tension in my upper back, neck and shoulder area and she was able to spend a lot of time working that out. When the receptionist called to confirm she said to arrive 30 min early to have time to use the steam, get a beverage, etc. I think this is an important tip even though I couldn't use the steam due to pregnancy, I still appreciated being able to enjoy a hot tea and start to relax in the spa so I could go into my treatment calm and relaxed.

Had a wonderful massage with Nathalie. She is intuitive and thorough, addressing both tension you knew you had and things you were unaware of in your own body. Her technique takes the best parts of several massage traditions and uses them to great effect. Looking forward to my next session.

I do not like their salon at all, as there is not a single professional who knows how to do hair, but I absolutely love their steam room and spa.

I have gone to the Oxford Spa before for a massage and had a great experience, however this one fell short. I got a 80 minute deep tissue and although I spoke up twice about increasing pressure, It felt like I was getting lightly rubbed for 80 minutes. Super nice masseuse and great atmosphere, but this was akin to a massage you would get at a chain for less than half the price and I’m a little disappointed.

Love this spa, I have been her multiple times and am never disappointed. Sam at the front is so wonderful and Lori gives the best deep tissue massages. I will be back when ever I am in town.

Alright all you stressed and contracted folks out there. This is your go to place! After flying all day and then soaking up all the Denver traffic this place was great relief. I had a Swedish massage with hot stones with Lori. She knows what she’s doing. Everyone very nice and lovely showers etc. I had just finished bike month and everything very tight. She knew the exact amount of pressure. Highly recommend! Good luck.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with a hot stone add-on with Michael. I’d highly recommend getting the hot stones if you require some serious bodywork. The spa was clean and neat and I’m looking forward to my next massage.

My fiancé and I come here for monthly massages. This is the best place we’ve found in Denver. We both have seen multiple massage therapists here and love them all. Janet- is AMAZING. We are always given water, wine, mimosas, literally anything. They also have valet parking so you don’t have to worry about parking downtown Denver. We love this place and will continue coming back monthly :)

My friend and I got two pedis and massages (a Swedish and a prenatal) that we really enjoyed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The environment was calm and relaxing. The visit was exactly what I expected for a nice spa day.

Horrible Experience. Today is my birthday. We have been staying at the beautiful Oxford Hotel so we scheduled some services at the Oxford Spa, two weeks ago. We arrived 10 minutes early like I was told at the time of reservation we arrived to a younger employee on the phone with another guest. This is completely understandable since other guests need to be assisted. When she got off the phone we let her know that we had 3 massages booked at 12:00 pm. She said we were late and we had to go up now and take our clothes off and get on the table. I felt we were treated very unprofessional, and it should have not been the way you talked to guests or any customer wanting to use your services. The employee then called for the manager Myriam. She very calmly stated to us we were late and the we have to use the spa services after our treatment. We explained to her we were fully dressed and need to put our personally belongings in a safe place. While this whole situation was going on all the technicians were watching from above over the staircase. This should have been a more discrete conversation since we were hotel guests and we were here for a beautiful experience. Unfortunately, that is not what we had experienced. Since we are locals in the city, I thought it was really important to share this, so you don’t have the same experience.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages I have had in a long while at Oxford Spa today. Natalie tailored the massage to my specific needs giving extra attention to where I needed it the most. In addition to deep tissue, she incorporated some stretching to help alleviate pain in my hips and gave recommendations on things I can do at home. Also, front desk was awesome and loved the pre-massage steam, I will absolutely be back!

If I could give ten stars I would! The Oxford staff have been pampering me for almost 5 years. The Oxford staff have always treated me and my friends/colleagues with exceptional service. I’ve hosted “girls days” with colleagues and friends and have my own spa days regularly. Emily is literally the best aesthetician and has performed dozens of facials and treatments on me over the years, tailoring them per season. I always leave so happy and glowing. Michael is my go to for massage and reflexology services. When I don’t have extensions in, Leslee cuts and colors my hair and does wonders. Please know, the hair stylist are independent contractors of the salon so you have to book directly with the professionals but the front desk can easily refer you. The face and hair products sold at the spa are top tier! There has been some transition of leadership over the last year or so but Miriam has managed the turnover/transition well and working to train the new folks quickly. If you’re looking for a fun day with luxury vibes this is your place. I hope you enjoyed this review and the Oxford as much I have. Cheers! They also have complimentary beverages and a wonderful steam room. Be sure to arrive 45 minutes early to enjoy those, as appointments start promptly.

Kelsey is the absolute BEST! i just got a massage from her and it was hands down the best massage i have ever had (and i’ve had lots of massages in my day) i’m a hairstylist and need frequent (GOOD) massages! i will be seeing kelsey from here on it! very very happy (and relaxed!!)

Spa has excellent service, great spa options, with steam room. Michael is one of the most talented soft tissue specialists I’ve encountered. Highly recommend for those that enjoy deep tissue, look no further.

There is a lot to love about the Salon at The Oxford Club, like the beautiful styling, welcome drinks, fabulous products available for purchase, and most of all, my stylist. However, the salon chairs are absolutely awful. They are so uncomfortable that I literally leave with sore shoulders. I have been bringing my teenage daughter to my stylist, but I have had to pause her appointments because she's recovering from a surgery and the chairs are so bad that I can't make her endure that. It is so disappointing because everything else is lovely, but I don't know how many more appointments I can tolerate the torture. I sincerely hope these chairs will be replaced soon because I love my stylist, but not the pain!

Wonderful experience! Lovely and comfortable spa with a nice selection of services. My daughter and I had massage and facials and enjoyed them thoroughly.
