Unprofessional the only people left are the salon owner and her friend. I tried bringing up an issue I had with the owner and nothing was done. The only thing said was sorry and that I could get more dye for my hair but who in their right mind would return after a bad experience. On top of what they charge you, you have to pay for metered parking

I had come here to get a nice hair styling cut. I had really long hair and wanted some new hair style. To my surprise, the lady simply trimmed my hair without any fringes or style. She blew dry and thats it. I was very disappointed bcz I had cut my long hair for a simple bob cut. I have no idea what went wrong but I am still heart broken after 5 months.

I came into The Painted Lady Salon to have my hair done by Evelyn. She listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole experience was amazing. The salon is beautifully decorated and the whole crew is awesome. Definitely my #1 recommendation for your hair needs and don’t forget to ask for Evelyn ;)

Love this place. So easy to get to and parking is a breeze. I get my fantasy color and root touch up by Ella @fantasy_hairstylist on IG. She's such a pro and makes me look beautiful every time !

My stylist is Ella and I go every 3 weeks for a root touch up for gray coverage. I also get a glaze of a pretty pink/peach or highlights every 4 months. She charge $70 for the root touch up and does a full blow out with round brush which is nice rather than just a flat brush. My hair looks great and clean for 3 days! Shampoo is awesome - smells so good and feels like a head massage. I like the location - never had a problem finding parking at the meter on the street and it's affordable parking 25cents/15 minutes. The feeling of this place is so great the people are friendly and they know what they are doing. Amazing customer service and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive product that would destroy my hair. The actual salon is so cute and beautiful that you just sit there in wonder and awe as they happily attend to you. I am excited to go again.

I moved recently to San Jose from beautiful Seattle and it was my first visit to this salon. Liz did my hair and I absolutely love it. She is marvelous stylist and a very kind, professional and caring person. I can say I found a great place to do my hair from now on. Love It ❤️

This place is sooo cute from decor to getting my hair done. I loved getting my hair by Rosy, she did my hair so amazing and it felt amazing right after. I will definitely come again! Highly recommend!
