Megan was phenomenal! My last haircut was out of town right before a wedding that left me pretty deflated. Megan fixed my hair and also walked me through exactly how to style my hair. She was so patient, kind, and incredibly sweet. I highly recommend her and can't wait to see her after I have my baby!

I got my hair done with Megan and I am so happy with the result. I have pretty dark hair and was nervous getting my hair bleached where in the past it was left crunchy and dry. NOT TODAY!!! My hair is still soft and strong! I love the energy and environment of the salon. Differently will be coming back and I will be going back her my stylist. 100% recommend this place!!!!

I cute off 3-4 inches and Joelle made sure it felt good and I was comfortable every step of the way! She was easy to talk to and very attentive. I am definitely going back to her!

Ashley took the time to listen and understand my hair and future hair goals. A few years ago I had to chop my hair very short due to severe damage from a previous salon/stylist in another state and I’ve been anxious about going to a new stylist in a new city but she exceeded my expectations! She was kind, communicative, and realistic about my goals and timing for my hair growth. She was also great to talk to and I loved the end result (cut & style) and walked out feeling great. Highly recommend Ashley & I will be back soon!

Jill is a wizard with layers. She knows how to give long hair beautiful dimension. Always so pleased when she has an opening, I need to see her more often! Update: Jill has sadly moved on but I have seen Katie and she is very talented. My mom had a haircut recently with Kimberly for her curly hair and loved the way it turned out. I would say this place hires very capable artists, never a disappointment

My experience with Marko was fantastic! Literally looking forward to next time already, which I’ve never looked forward to hair appointments. Truly cared about my hair and he will be my ride or die hair wise for the foreseeable future. Long live Marko!

I made an appt 6+ weeks ago to have my hair blown out for a very large event before I flew out of town. I drove 3 hours from the mountains and woke up at 4:30am to make sure I arrived on time. 7 mins before the 8:30am appt I got a text from Marko that he cant make it because he had a training the previous day and to tired to come in. If you are looking for reliable hairstyle this is not your place, look else where. Hopefully someone doesn't cancel on you because they simple dont feel like working that day. Tons of other great places in Denver to get your hair done! If you look at the other reviews it sounds like Marko doesnt not hit the mark for a lot of other people too.

I am extremely disappointed with my whole experience at the Parlour, Highlands location. I had my first appointment on a Saturday with Marko. I showed him several reference images of what I wanted, and told him multiple times that I really wanted a bold change and to go much blonder. I hadn't been to a hair salon in over 4 years so I was very excited for a professional hair color experience. When Marko had finished, my hair was almost exactly the same color, if not darker. I told him I was hoping it would be lighter, and asked if I could come back in for some highlights. He told me to come back at 7pm on the following Thursday so he could fix it. When I arrived, he had forgotten about my appointment and had booked another client at 6pm. He seemed frazzled, and was trying to balance both me and his other client, and wasn't fully present to help fix my hair, - it felt very rushed. I showed him some photos again of what I wanted, and again, the result fell flat. I called the salon and spoke with Phil, the owner, and asked for a refund, but he offered for me to come back in and have another stylist to try to fix it. I showed her several photos of the look I was going for, and the result was not what I asked for and I hate how my hair looks. It doesn't look at all like my reference photos, and looks yellow and brassy. After three times, paying close to $200 for a color service, and spending hours at the salon, I would have expected to be happy with the end result.

I love Elle! I don’t normally do much with my hair day-to-day, so I just tell her how much I want off and then she works her magic so that it still looks good when it isn’t styled. She’s also easy to talk to, which makes the appointment much more enjoyable for someone more introverted like myself.

Kimberly is so sweet and easy to talk to. My hair looks great and I feel amazing after my balayage and hair cut. She can even do sparkle tinsels! I had so much fun with it!

Katie was so nice and spent a lot of time talking about how to fox my hair and is the first stylist who's ever evaluated the shape of my face to determine the best cut. This was the best haircut I've ever had! She's amazing!

My prayers were answered! It is the first time in a long time, that I walked out is a salon feeling like a million bucks. My hair color, cut and style were on point. Been going here for a few years now. Was recommended by a friend since I had really long hair. Katie took care of me and recently handle chopping off all my hair to donate it. If your a guy with long hair this place does wonderful work even with short hair too.

Kim is a magician when it comes to hair! I have course, thick, grey hair that is difficult to color, but Kim has always found a way to give me brilliant vivids. Red is always the hardest to take on my hair, and it usually fades within a few shampoos, but the color she uses remains bright and vivid for months. Kim is meticulous with her haircuts, always only taking off exactly how much I ask her to take off. She always listens to what I want and never fails to give me the hair I’ve been dreaming of!
