The Parlour is an amazing salon experience. From the moment you are greeted at the door and through your entire experience, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and professional. Emma is an incredibly thoughtful stylist with outstanding color and cut skills. Emma takes time to listen and to assure the cut and color fit your desires as well as your lifestyle. I highly recommend Emma if you are visiting the Lower Downtown location!

I’ve been going here for about a year and Emma is awesome! I mainly go for long layer haircuts and she crushes it. Salon is super pleasant too!

Emma was great! I’m super happy with my haircut! She really took the time to explain the different options for my haircut and which directions we could go for my length of hair. Would highly recommend her to any guy with medium to long hair.

This place is great. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have only ever had great experiences! Everyone is so nice. They give you a free beverage to drink while you wait but tbh I’ve never had to wait here at all! Emma Hansen cuts my hair and she’s wonderful. I never know exactly what I want to do with my hair but she’s super helpful with that and I always leave happy.

I came to Denver from Chicago for a wedding with a short haircut that needed serious help. Walking into The Parlour as a last-minute walk-in, I was blown away by their kindness and accommodation—they got me in within an hour! Kim was incredible. She listened, assessed my hair without a single negative word about the previous cut, and gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. Walking in off the street before a wedding and leaving with a flawless cut? Unbelievable. Thank you, Kim and The Parlour—you’re amazing!

Kim was a fantastic hair stylist who listened, asked good questions, and took great pride in the new look she gave me. Our appt was a last minute one because I was in town briefly and decided I needed a new look. She was the perfect person for me to work with and I am grateful for the recommendation I got from our hotel concierge. She is a skilled professional that I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! My stylist, Itzel, is incredibly professional and talented. She has been doing my hair extensions and color every three months, and I’m always impressed with the results. Itzel is meticulous in her work, taking the time to explain every step and answer all my questions. Not only does she deliver beautiful results, but she’s also a pleasure to talk to, making each appointment a great experience. Highly recommend!

so incredibly disappointed that my appointment was cancelled the day before it was supposed to happen with no convenient reschedule times (considering it was CONFIRMED 2 days ago)… especially upset considering the amount of people i’ve recommended to this salon, the fact that i drove an hour out of my way specifically for this salon, etc… don’t book with itzel in her allotted appointment times after 4pm if you don’t want to be disappointed and canceled:(

Today was my first visit to the Parlour salon and definitely not my last! I already made a second appointment with Emma for color. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and Professional.Emma was amazing! She listened to me and showed me pictures and we came up with a plan. She was very careful to make sure I was comfortable and knew everything she was doing. I'm very picky about my stylist and being new to Denver, I was scared because people lose their place in my hair. It's very thick and long with layers. After Emma finished with me, I felt amazing. I love the cut and the special attention to detail. Thank you Emma!

Itzel took the time to learn about what I wanted and knocked it out of the park with some suggestions of her own (with my input of course). I couldn't have been in better hands. The scalp and neck massage during the wash was a bonus. I wish I lived here so I could become a regular.
