I've been seeing Jerrica for a few years now and she's the best stylist I've ever had. I've learned so much about my hair from her! And most importantly, she always communicates really carefully before we start and makes sure we both understand what I want (sometimes I don't know what I want until she explains the options to me!) ... I appreciate the care she takes and I always have fun chatting with her. Thanks Jerrica 😊

Saw Jerrica and got several inches off my long hair. Upon returning home, I noticed it was incredibly even and only layered on one side. I didn’t say anything while she was cutting because I have no idea how to do hair & didn’t want to step on any toes, but it was very noticeable after the fact. I went back and saw Nick for a clean-up for no cost, which was nice, and he agreed it was obviously unevenly done. I will not return to this location but was glad they were accommodating and fixed it up for the most part.

I recently moved and was nervous about finding a new hairstylist. I ended up trying Jerrica and am so happy I did. I have curly/wavy hair but wanted a short cut without it looking triangular. She did a great job cutting my hair to suit the texture! Jerrica is also very communicative and gives opportunities to adjust anything while she's cutting your hair. The rest of the salon had a great vibe as well! Very happy with my haircut and would recommend Jerrica and Parlour Wash

I’ve been seeing Madeleine for the last three years and have always left feeling heard, cared for and beautiful. When it was time to find my hair and makeup team for my recent wedding, Madeleine recommended the team at Parlour. After chatting with Jerrica, their incredible makeup artist, I knew it was the right fit! Both her and Nick, their fantastic wedding hair artist, were so wonderful to work with! They were communicative, kind, prompt, and did incredible work!! I felt so gorgeous on my wedding day and they deserve so much of that credit!

I love this salon, the entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. It is always clean, chill atmosphere, and the products they use always smell amazing and leave my hair feeling soft and healthy. I see Jerrica, she is incredibly talented and always exceeds my expectations for my hair! I tell her what I envision and she really brings it to life and more. I highly recommend this place, make an appointment with Jerrica, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Jerrica was amazing! She was super sweet and gave me a great cut. I loved how she explained all the products she used, and she even went outside with me afterwards to take pictures of my hair for me. If I wasn’t moving, I’d come back to her every time!

Jerrica was great! She took the time to really hear what I wanted and made a plan that would work the best for my hair not just the most expensive option! Relaxing shampoo and wonderful head massage when she rinsed! Left feeling confident and already scheduled my next apt!

Very happy with my haircut on my long, straight hair. Loved the scalp massage during my conditioning. My stylist was warm and friendly, as were fellow stylists that chatted with me. My only complaint, and it's significant, is that my stylist was 40 min late getting to me. I only got a haircut so I spent nearly twice as much time at the salon as necessary.

If you are a male looking for a professional stylist, do not go to parlour wash park. Had to transition stylists after the first one due to being double booked and leaving with a botched haircut that looked nothing like the pictures provided. After confirming with the stylist that this was normal for her to double book appointments, I transitioned to another stylist and had a great experience until I was double booked...again…with the stylist going back and forth between clients while you just sit there. I am now leaving with yet another rushed and botched haircut, convinced that It's the result of being double booked. I've since confirmed that every one of their stylists at this location double books their appointments and don’t tell you until you get there. As a result, their attention is inevitably divided and time even more limited than it already is. Like asking a someone to paint two different pictures at the same time and expecting both of them to be their best work. Any artist worth their salt will tell you It's simply impossible to do. The result: you leave happy 80% of the time and borderline depressed the other 20% while they just move on to the next client without a care in the world. Not even an apology or offer to refund. Simply not worth the volatility and anxiety given the rates being charged. Would expect this kind of treatment at great clips, certainly not at the parlour… First image was before haircut, second image was example of desired cut, third image is what I left with… Response to owner: As mentioned in my review, I had a great experience with Nick until I was double booked and felt like he was having to rush. I specifically did not mention any names since I wasn't sure if the double booking policy was his fault or yours. The core issue you conveniently glazed over is asking professional stylists / artists to give their 100% to two clients at the same time. Even the most talented stylist in the world isn't going to produce their best work in these conditions, no matter how much you pay them. At the very least, you could tell the client ahead of time so they can choose to reschedule if they want. Or charge a higher price so you can afford not to double book. Worst case scenario, you have experienced and educated stylists making rookie/careless mistakes as a result of their attention being divided and time being even more limited than it already is. Case and point - see images below. I would have paid 2-3x what I did just to have prevented this...

My first time seeing Nick. He took time to talk to me about what I was looking for. Also, what I liked/didn't like about my previous haircut. He was very personable and professional. Office staff were also very attentive and friendly.

Really enjoyed my haircut from Melissa! I got a basic trim but Melissa made sure to ask plenty of questions based on what I was looking for. The Parlour had great atmosphere and good prices! Would definitely recommend getting a haircut here.

Melissa took great care of me during my visit. She was honest and consulted with other stylists if she wasn't sure about something to make sure my hair goals were met. The salon itself is well kept, and the ambiance is what's expected at a hair salon. I would have given five stars, except that my hair appointment took much longer than what was scheduled.
