I love this place and the staff. They made me feel at home. The Dexa Scan was quick and easy. They really educate you on what’s going on with your Dexa Scan results, and this is important to me as a Bodybuilder. Thank y’all! And will be back in a couple months to get my next scan.

HRT changed my life for the better. Doc tested me, found out what I needed and gave me the right kind and dose of pellets and progesterone. I love her knowledge and sense of humor. She makes you feel like you're talking to your best friend and that is special. I have dropped 45lbs without trying in the 1st year. No more hot flashes, mood swings and I'm sleeping good again. Her staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me and my husband!

Extremely kind staff, feels like I'm coming to visit with friends. Dr. Bhatia offers so many services to women nit just to include my annual gynecologist exam. I appreciate their flexible schedules! Dr. Bhatia has saved my quality of life! I went in for my annual exam and I instantly felt comfortable with her and told her about how my primary physician said my tiredness, fatigue, brain fog, loss of libido, and weight gain was all due to my age and was normal (I'm 44). I told doctor that I've jogged 3 to 5 miles since high school and now struggled with making it 1 mile. Dr. Bhatia instantly knew what I needed and ordered some labs to prove it...I needed a little (microdose) of hrt. Let me tell you, it made a world of change! She saved me and I highly recommend her 💯! Ps I was really nervous about this but I don't regret it at all! I let all my patients know about her when they vent my similar story. Thank Dr. Bhatia & staff for all you do and all your friendliness but even more so your expertise! See you all in 4 months!

Dr. Bhatia is an amazing doctor, good doctors like her are hard to find now a days. She listens to your concerns and offers different solutions that fits your needs. I had a biopsy done recently and let me tell you that it felt like I was just chatting away with next to no pain at all! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Bhatia is a great doctor, I have been going to her for years. She helped me get pregnant and now I have a beautiful baby girl. She is very direct in her treatments and has good communication with all her patients. If you are looking for an experienced OBGYN and a great med spa go to her, you won’t regret it. 😊

I had the o-shot and was skeptical about how well it would work. I am pleasantly impressed by the results. My urge to use the restroom has decreased. I had trouble reaching Orgasm after having a partial hysterectomy. After having the o-shot it has definitely helped in reaching orgasm. I recommend to anyone who has having similar issues.

Dr Bhatia and staff are wonderful. She is one of the few Doctors I have met that actually listens to you and truly wants to help. I have been getting the BioT pellet for over a year and absolutely love it. It has balanced my mood and all over mental health. I also love I don't have to deal with pills or patches. I would definitely reccommend Dr Bhatia to anyone.

I was very hesitant about getting the pellet but talking with Dr. Bhatia was reassuring. She answered all my questions patiently. The results were great! I not only lost weight and gained needed energy but, also, my husband expressed how much my mood elevated. My muscle tone improved, as well.

#1 Best Med Spa I've been to - Go Here! Dr. Neera Bhatia, MD and Nurse Rhonda are top notch. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience and I look almost 10 years younger after a few Exion and Dysport treatments. WOW. My Décolletage (chest) and face have never looked so good. They have a wide variety of treatment options and amazing skin care products to choose from. I am new to San Antonio (Oct 2023) and was looking for a good Med Spa for the normal Botox, fillers etc I've received at others. I went to The Pearl Med Spa based on the proximity to the Pearl District (LOVE this area). Don't be misled by the building itself, the Med Spa is amazing and Super high quality. I will be returning again and again. Thank YOU!!!

Dr. Bhatia is an amazing and attentive doctor. Her staff are very competent and polite as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a better hormone replacement therapy to try out the hormone pellets at this Spa. It's much more convenient to have one appointment every six months as opposed to administering weekly shots. The hormone levels stay much more even without the roller coaster associated with shots.

Dr Bhatia suggested getting my hormone levels checked and I decided to try the testosterone pellets to supplement my low level. It has transformed my life as I’m a mom of 3 boys and Lea’s an active lifestyle. I’m able to workout and complete all my mom-duties start to finish. I finally feel like I know I should. My energy is up, my mood is better and I went from skeptic to a total believer. Also, I love their office. It’s a comfortable, even fun, environment. A great experience overall! I got a little Botox too :)

Dr. Bhatia and her staff are all so welcoming and knowledgeable! Everyone takes the time to answer questions and you never feel like you’re trying to be rushed out for someone else to come in. Not to mention Dr. Bhatia is so down to earth and has a great sense of humor! With her focus on overall wellness she offers a wide variety of services designed to meet her patients' needs at various stages in their journey. She focuses on what you actually need and doesn't push services you don't. She encourages her patients to make informed decisions about their health, leaving decisions in their hands but guiding them with best practices, her wealth of knowledge, and attention to the patient's specific health needs. Dr. Bhatia is detail oriented, she goes the extra mile for her patients, and she is sassy in the best way. I wish I had found her sooner and I'm so happy to have her as my provider.

I attended the open house to learn about the Em sculpting that was offered at The Pearl Med Spa. I had my first facial rejuvenation treatment that day and later that evening, surprisingly I noticed my frown lines were decreased. My husband was in agreement, there was definitely an improvement. I was sold! I’ve had three more treatments with definite improvement with each one. I am eager to see the progress at 12 weeks. Dr. Bhatia is a fabulous and caring physician, a skilled surgeon and stays abreast of new medical technologies to help improve her patients lives, I truly feel blessed and fortunate to call her my doctor. She has a wonderful staff who will help in whatever way necessary to make your care complete. I’m extremely happy with the results of the Em face treatments, definitely worth the investment in myself.

I came to Dr. Bhatia in a moment of crisis, I had a condition that required surgery. Not only did Dr. Bhatia show knowledge and professionalism but she showed compassion. She got to the point and took action which I am very thankful and appreciative for. The kindness her staff have shown every visit is very refreshing too. I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy May 31, 2023 due to a grade 3 prolapsed uterus. I had been going to the same gyno for years and they NEVER told me this, had they, i definitely would have had the hysterectomy sooner than later. I stumbled upon Dr Bathia as I was looking for a weight loss program since I needed to lose some weight, fast forward, 7 months , I had a hysterectomy, and have started the BIOTE HRT pellets. OMG, they have got to be the best decision I have made for myself. I am going for my next insertion in December. They last about 4 months and are mirrored towards your natural hormones. Sure, insurance doesn’t cover them and they are a little pricey but hell, I spend that in a month going out to eat. Dr Bathia is very thorough in her diagnosis, treatment and after treatment. She really cares about her patients. I feel I have a good rapport with her and can speak to her about anything. I am so glad that I stumbled across a great physician and a great staff. They are very nice and accommodating.

I highly recommend The Pearl Med Spa! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they answered all my questions. Dr. Bhatia was super friendly and had great bedside manner. The Emsculpt neo non-invasive procedure is painless and pretty relaxing actually. The machine can be used pretty much anywhere on the body, for those trouble areas we all have. They offered affordable and manageable payment plans and asked me what worked me. Anyone looking for that edge, this is for you. It's like working out without all that pesky sweating.

Since 5 stars is the best y’all allow, I would have given 10. I have been telling everyone about the awesome staff and amazing results… well worth the investment. As a teacher, mother of three and always lifting more than I should, bladder control was an issue. How, after my treatments I have quit waking up as much at night for restroom trips and more importantly, I have quit “peezing” on myself. 😅 Thank you for EVERYTHING!! P. S. The facial made my face so much smoother… and less under eye bags. AMAZING!!!!!!
