This is the place to goto for pampering yourself with an extremely knowledgable and professional staff! Their customer service is exceptional and their services are top notch. Dr. Al is amazing to work with. I definitely recommend this business.

I am having PRF jell injections. I love the r esults under eye and above my lips. The staff is very attentive to my comfort and desired results. They always offer me a little bubbly to help me relax. Dr. Tenorio is very attentive to my care and desired outcome. Have just completed my third visit and looking forward to my next visit.

I had a great experience at The Perfect Image Med Spa! I have suffered from acne scars and dark marks for years and after only 2 sessions of laser skin resurfacing I have noticed a huge improvement! My dark marks are significantly less noticeable, even by other people, and I still have 2 sessions to go yet! The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable, and will personally tailor a plan specifically for you to reach your skin care goals. Highly recommend!

Before I came in I called to asked if they accepted ALLé and they told me yes. When I came in I told them I just wanted some preventative Botox in my forehead, Stacy put me through a machine to scan my skin condition and told me that overall my skin was in great condition and that I was not going to need much. When the doctor comes in he told Stacy 16 (I was guessing 16 units) Dr. Tenorio started to inject me without telling me how many units I needed -He kept dropping the Botox liquid into my face and eyes because his hands kept shaking but I didn’t make a big deal out of it because I didn’t really care for it. Everything was okay and I was happy with the customer service I was provided by Stacy until it was time to pay; the doctor told Stacy he had injected me 40 units (which I know for a fact was inaccurate) in which she repeated herself with an amused voice and asked him “40 units??!” and he looked at her rudely and told her “yes 40!!!” . When she proceeds to charge me I told her that I had a $50 credit I wanted to redeem from ALLé she tried processing it in the system and then Dr. Tenorio came and told me very rudely they couldn’t redeem it if the system wasn’t processing it the right way. I got upset because in my opinion I was already overpaying and refused to pay the additional $50. Stacy did take the $50 off at the end. It’s been over a month and the results are very minimal (please note this is not the first time I get Botox in my forehead so I know my expectations) I just scheduled an appointment with my usual doctor since I was very dissatisfied with the results. Overall Stacy was super nice, the clinic was nice and clean, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone specially if the sketchy Dr. is going to overcharge patients. I don’t think I can get my money back but I would like to tell others about my awful experience so they don’t go and waste their money at this place.

I haven't done Botox injections in over 2 years as I never had much luck and the technicians that did the injections said I have a strong face and muscle and because of my metabolism, it's going to burn the botox much quicker and I'm not going to have long-term results; usually about 5 weeks. Though it has only been 2 weeks, I can see a huge difference between the injections that Dr. Tenorio and the past technicians. The injections were more precise and purposeful: I would assume that's the difference between an actual doctor doing the treatment and a nurse. I have to say, and I mentioned this to Stacy when she followed up on me last week: I looked in the mirror and said "damn, I look good! My wife keeps looking at me, and I'm surprised she hasn't figured it out yet but she will.

I decided that I wanted to get some botox to correct and The Perfect Image helped advise and point me in the exact direction I was looking for. It was the first time I’ve chosen to get anything like this done and it was such a positive experience, they helped alleviate the worries I had about the process. Their environment is fantastic and the customer service is wonderful. They made the process so much easier than I thought it would be and I will be back for more, as I’m very pleased with it all!! :) thank you!

The Perfect Image MedSpa is wonderful! The customer service from Al Tenorio, Stacy, Heidi, and Nicole is top notch. I've had two treatments with IPL and ResurFX (have two more to go) and I love the results. My freckles and sun damage are slowly going away and my skin is amazingly soft! Al does a great job with Botox, just had my second treatment and my skin looks smooth and healthy! And I had my first Classic Facial yesterday, it was wonderful!!! The spa is wonderfully decorated with calming colors, amazingly clean, and the technology that they use is state-of-the-art! And, they always have a glass of bubbles or wine ready to drink when I arrive!

I am so thrilled about this new med spa in Katy. Dr. Tenorio is a veteran surgeon. I was glad to know I was getting a highly skilled surgeon for any procedures I do. I had an IPL treatment done and am very pleased with the results and very caring bedside manner. The office staff is very kind too.

Love this place! The staff is excellent and the place is so welcoming. I had a photofacial with IPL and resurFX together. Quick and easy. Oh and you get a complimentary skin analysis too that you get sent to your phone.

Found my forever med spa place! I just had my first session of PRF done and I am so pleased with the initial treatment. Dr.Tenorio showed such concern in providing the very best treatment results.Stacy and Heidi were so welcoming, that I felt very comfortable going to this new med-spa.Love this place because there is so much knowledge and skill, and it is so very personable.
