Absolutely amazing experience and I can't wait to come back. This was my first time at this Med Spa and I was so impressed with the level of knowledge, professionalism, and comfort that Irene made me feel. The salon is super luxurious, lots of professional equipment, and very comfortable.

This was my first time getting any sort of injectables and Irena made me feel so comfortable along with the rest of The Perfect Secret team! The office was so clean and inviting. Also the red light therapy and latte or mocktail while you wait made me feel even more pampered.

I had only been at this Med Spa for no more than 10 minutes and I was already blown away. The ambiance, the customer service, and the amenities at this location are unbelievably exceptional. Irena has always had an eye for detail and her Med Spa is a reflection of that. I came in for PRF injections as my under eyes have been looking lackluster as of late, I noticed almost immediate results and am looking forward to coming in again. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Job well done Irena! It’s The Perfect Secret is the best Med Spa in all of Arizona.

The Perfect Secret is a wonderfully relaxing Medical Spa. The atmosphere of this spa is beautiful, sight, sound and smell. 5 stars all around. Alex provided an excellent experience. She was professional, she explained the whole process and I left feeling pampered and beautiful. This was my first facial. I picked the PERFECT SECRET because it was in walking distance from my hotel. I wish the Perfect Secret was located in Florida, I would definitely be a repeat customer. I have nothing but amazing words for this med spa! Very accommodating from the time you walk in —with complementary lavender lattes and red light therapy. Irena discussed skin care options with me during my consultation and really helped me tailor treatments I was comfortable with. So far I have received three sessions of peptide therapy with microneedling and WOW. What a difference already! I will definitely continue seeing Irena for all my anti-aging secrets! 🤫

While I’ve not actually received services from Irena before, my wife goes to see her multiple times per year. I was always hesitant about my wife getting Botox and fillers, but Irenas methods are very natural looking and I am so pleased with the results. I’ve been to appointments with my wife in the past and love the ambiance of the facility and the staffs overall politeness and demeanor. They make you feel very special. Irena talked her way through the services of what she was doing so I’d have a better understanding of it all. For anyone considering these types of services, I would recommend The Perfect Secret every time!
