Multiple times my appt was either cancelled or now-showed. The communication for appointments is lacking via call, txt, & email. It takes her more time than other lash ladies to complete, but her work and studio are clean & good. Keep in mind the parking garage cost also.

I get compliments on my lashes all of the time. Kendra always takes special care that my lashes look perfect before leaving.

I took my 13 year old son to get a facial. Kendra did extremely well and educated him on how to take proper care of his skin. She also recommended some of her awesome products. My son said he felt like he had a new face once she finished.

It was such a pleasant experience. Kendra was very professional and informative. I was able to learn about different products and services that are suitable for my skin type and condition. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Never would I have thought a facial would be so therapeutic. Thanks a bunch Kendra! You have gained a new client. I believe it was The Perfect Spot for my first facial. :-)

Kendra was very professional the entire process. Everything was very relaxing from the smell the music and the lighting. I actually fell asleep during my back facial and I’ve already booked for next month. I can’t wait to brag to my boys about this new spot.. ”The Perfect Spot” that is.
