The nail job is a 2 got them Friday didn’t notice till sat night tht the nail wasn’t covered . The owner was very unprofessional, nail technician was decent but was not happy with service first it was 2 colors mixed I wanted blue but instead it’s blue n pink (middle finger) then the purple was also 2 different shades once the color started to dry she was shocked then tells me oh look the box says two different shades not even offer to change to the colors I wanted not only that what Really bothered me was at night the pink glows in the dark n with the sun it turns . I told her it’s fine because she didn’t even seem to care n wanted to leave it as is which I shouldn’t have she was already half way done . Not only did I not get colors i wanted after we had a set price after the service was done she wanted to go up 10 more dollars i should of took 10 off for paying for colorsi didn’t get . So no one let me know it was only cash till after service and I only had card on me well owner said it was my fault for not mentioning it them about how I was goin to pay but because it’s a nail and hair salon I didn’t think much of it to tell them how I was goin to pay well I payed after my service and was getting called and sent ugly messages saying I need to do better and check on my payment which I showed them proof of messages n videos of me reaching out to the bank it was just waiting to get process and tht the payment is pending was getting accused I didn’t pay, YES the payment went through and I won’t be goin back for businesses after all tht for a few days I’m ok taking money else were . The problem I had was the colors &’ payment was pending showed the lady my bank account (to prove their money in their 😡) showed my email receipt that the payment was made she said ok thank you 5mins later blowing up my phone with calls and text messages and they KEPT ASKING ME TO DO MORE THEN WHAT I COULD. YES THE PAYMENT WITH through I don’t work at the bank to push or speed the payment up also wish I can load videos up

My daughter needed a haircut and I called they made my appointment for the day I needed it even though it was short notice. Frances was very friendly. Elvira did an awesome job on my daughters hair. Looks amazing. Thanks ladies! We will definitely be back 😊
