Terrible experience, I booked at one hour and they made me wait about 40 minutes, when they attended me they did a different style of nails than I wanted, and they did it wrong because they had more appointments accumulated. They did it to me the hard way. That place is only looking to schedule appointments and not give good service, and still the price they charge is high for the result and the treatment.

I just got my nails done here and they did a great job. My nails were super damaged and weak and now they look super cute. The ladies there are very friendly and welcoming. The place is very cute too

Worst place ever!!! Too bad that it’s located in a cool area in Wynwood but it’s a waste of space, they’re not professional no good customer service. They cancel your appointment with no explanation on the last minute very unprofessional. They have their service open to schedule through ClassPass but for some reason, they don’t take people from ClassPass even though I tip really good for poor a service, if you are unscheduling your appointments that are made through ClassPass don’t offer you service through the app them, this is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, and very unprofessional!!! Is not like I don’t pay for your service through the app makes no sense!!!

I went in for Dip nails with tips and the nail polish (gel) put on top of the dip nails came off within 2 days. The girl only put 1 coat so 4/10 nails have no nail polish so the look dull and matte with ugly texture and to add on my pinky nail is lifting already. What the point of paying to do dip if it's not going to last 5 days. Can't Believe I even tipped the girl. Worst nail place ever should really teach the nail techs how to do nails. Pedicure the gel polish is coming off (peeling). Just want to add my normal nail place my nails last 4 to 5 weeks and my pedicure gel last 4 to 5 weeks. If it wasn't for me just trying to use my class pass credits I would've never came here

Hello! I did my nails (gel manicure) at this salon today at 9am, and already by midday, the tip of the nail on my middle finger was broken (as you can see in the photo). I went back after work to get it fixed, around 6:30pm, and they were already closed, even though they’re supposed to be open by 7pm! What a waste of time and money…

After years of trying many other places; I finally found a good nail place in Miami! The decor is adorable; pink everything, and the Ladies are accommodating, helpful and fast. It helps to have an appointment but I’ve seen them take walk ins too. Their prices are reasonable; $25 for a gel manicure! Which is a pleasant surprise for Miami.

Amaba ir a este lugar! Todas super lindas pero la ultima vez me fue horrible! La chica que me atendio me corto de mas 3 uñas y le dije me esta doliendo, aun asi le valio, tuve que regresar al otro dia porque no podia del dolor, me enterro unas en mis manos y mis pies! Y cuando volvi NUNCA VI PEOR ACTITUD!! Me dio el ganchito para que yo solita me buscara lo enterrado porque no me creia!!! A pesar que mis dedos estaban sumamente hinchados!!! Me hizo un drama de una niña chiquita y es una lastima porque era un excelente lugar! Pero no lo supieron manejar y aceptar que me habia cortado de mas y sacarme lo que me dejo ahi y ya, tan semcillo que prefirio hacer drama y luego diciendo lo mal que le hable que se puso a llorar y se fue a su casa, dejando a todas sus clientas sin cita!! Cuando podrian muy fácil preguntar a las demas manicuristas lo que paso o chequear sus camaras! Terrible!!!! Ojala confien mas en lo que les dicen las clientas!

update: its been 5 days since I did gel manicure and it already started to chip I went to do brow lamination and manicure Brows: I don't know why the girl decided to dye my brows but they ended up being extremely dark. It looked really bad. I arrived home and looked at myself and cried. Literally. Tried to wash it and I couldn’t remove it. She did her work but I hated how I look. She cant decide to dye with no criteria Nails: the girls was on a rush, skipped steps of the manicure and also i left with nail polish in my fingertips

For pedicure: They called and told me to come 30 minutes early only to make me wait over 30 minutes to start. Dirty and reused tools, you hold up your own feet for them to paint and put it on the dirty ground after each paint layer to dry. I could do my own nails at home better. Its wash , rub your feet around with a brush and paint, thats all . Respone: I booked 6 PM and they called and told me to come at 5:30 PM only to make me wait 30 minutes until 6 PM so I booked the right time and ClassPass was correct. The owner ended up arguing with me over text messages because of my review so great service there. She claims putting your feet on a thin napkin on the ground is cleanly, even though your feet are wet after being in a bowl of water , and weren’t on a napkin the whole time. All I’m saying is don’t get a pedicure. Maybe the manicures are better.

I finally found a nail place in Miami that I love and it only took living here for 5 years! 😆 The salon itself has a beautiful, calming and feminine aesthetic and Heydi always does an amazing job with my gel manicures and gel pedicures. She pays attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect and she also works quickly! Highly recommend!

Sol es muy buena manicurista pero no son organizados con los horarios! Me dijeron que podia venir a una hora y solo habia una persona atendiendo con una fila de dos clientes, asi que perdi mi cita! Ya antes he tenido no tan buenas experiencias con el lugar y quería darle otra oportunidad pero no me parece que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas. Las manicuristas si muy buenas y queridas pero deben ser mas organizados
