I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner ! I went in there extremely stiff and sore after a 13 mile run the day prior, I came out feeling super amazing and hardly any stiffness or soreness ! I did the Cryotherapy as well as the Normatec and I felt amazing ! I definitely would recommend and definitely plan on going back ! The owner is so nice and respectful !

Super excited and thankful that I finally walked in to The Polar Lounge! I had walked by thinking it was something else for a while… been going consistently now for weekly sauna sessions and cryotherapy! It’s the added bonus to my self care routine. I’m embracing better days with improved moods, clearer skin, digestion, and better energy. Scheduling was super easy. The facilities were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and informative. An added and unexpected perk was the personal flat screen smart tv in the privat sauna. Nice!

Where do I begin...from the first telephone exchange with Nikki, it was most apparent that customer service was highly valued and generously extended. Once we visited and experienced most of the modalities it was a game changer! Not only because of benefits experienced but also because of the consistency of the professional, warm and genuine reception from the ENTIRE staff! We're SO elated we've found this GEM of a place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking to relax, spoil themselves or simply recover.

I had no idea how much this place would help me. This is not only a place to heal your body but also one that can transform your mind and life. The people who work at the Polar Lounge have been at least 50% of the reason for my recovery and likely much more. Morgan, Conner, and SL are amazing human beings and it's hard to articulate just how much hearing about their lives and journey through life have helped me on my journey.

I truly enjoyed my experience from start to finish. Nicci was an amazing and gracious host from start to finish. I truly felt like my time was valued. I was blown away by the amount of detail Nicci was able to give on each piece of equipment and the process that is involved with each. The Polar Lounge truly exceeded my expectations.

I visit this sauna studio about 2x a month. This studio has always exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of amazing. The studio itself was beautiful, with a calming and serene atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the sauna itself was the perfect temperature. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and eager to return. I highly recommend this sauna studio to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience. You won’t be disappointed! 😊

It is a great place to get introduced to cryotherapy, but I'm not a huge fan of how the membership system works. There is no cancellation button on the website, so cancelling whenever you want is a hustle. The number of appointments you have left does not always reflect correctly and sometimes the system won't let you use your credits even if you have them. You also cannot pay for your membership on your own, it has to be auto-renewal. Unused appointments also don't rollover to the next month. So the whole membership system has been getting on my nerves the whole time but I wanted to see if I'll see any effect in 10-15 sessions, so I kept going. The staff is really nice and great at explaining how cryotherapy works if you have doubts or feel a little nervous to try. I initially decided to try it for weight loss and cellulite but it doesn't seem to have any effect in this regard (I've had 10 appointments so far). However, it definitely boosts your immune system. Just came back from New York and my husband has caught a cold there. I was taking care of him all week and did not get any symptoms at all, even though usually in a situation like this I would be sick already. So it worked great for me as a way to prevent flu/cold but I haven't seen much effect cellulite/weight-wise. Will probably do it from time to time to support my immune system.

Popped in to do Cryo before a big night out on the town. SL was amazing!!! Walked us through everything, was so patient, and distracted us during the freezing temperatures. An amazing place with so many great services for awesome prices.

So I decided to google a nearby cryotherapy facility after working out today and decided to visit after reading the reviews. Nikki was so awesome, very knowledgeable, put me at ease, and provided EXCELLENT customer service! The facility is also very clean and I will definitely come back. 10 out of 10 experience!

Everything you could want from a wellness and physical recovery center. A one stop shop. Nicci and Chad, the owners and their staff are incredibly informative and caring. The Polar Lounge kept me from getting sick when I worked nights for two months outside- I had the unlimited membership and never felt healthier. All treatments are incredible.

This has very quickly become my personal escape and absolute safe haven. It just feels good to be there, and not just because it’s clean. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely make you feel that they want you to be a happier and healthier you. Nicky is literally the sweetest, but the rest of her staff is just as kind! They all go the extra mile to ensure your comfort and well being. I’ve been going off and on since April and just fall more in love.

I love coming to this place for all my skin needs and more! Kristen has been doing such a good job with wonderful results with my acne prone skin. From the moment I walk in Nikki and Molly make me feel at home, always personalized service and they go the extra mile to make sure you get all the benefits from the visit. Love this place! I’ve been a few times for the infrared sauna. It’s so clean always. It’s convenient to the belt line too. I haven’t tried the cryotherapy because I’m a wimp. But Nicci- one of the owners- is so friendly and makes you very comfortable while you’re there. Highly recommend it.

So glad we were referred to you by our neighbors and just sad we didn’t come visit you sooner! Our experience with the Light Bed, the Normatech Compression, and PEMF services were all positive. As a practicing Acupuncturist I can confirm the benefits of all the therapies. Very much looking forward to visiting again and trying more!

I signed up for a facial with Kristen at the Polar Lounge - what an awesome experience!! From the welcome at reception to the bottle of water post treatment, I felt pampered and relaxed. We started with a quick consult on what my skin challenges were and I felt like she really listened to me - she provided feedback on my skin throughout the facial. During the treatment, we started with cleansing and a steam. Next was an exfoliating mask with light circular massage. Then the extractions which were much less painful than other facials I have had. The treatment included a nice shoulder, hand and foot massage while my mask was doing it's thing. In the end, I left feeling rejuvenated with well hydrated skin. Best of all, no pushy sales pitch to buy product at the end of the treatment. The next day my face felt really clean and well exfoliated. Most facials I have had in the past felt like a necessary evil (super painful) but this was a relaxing treatment and I am going to make 2020 the year of the Polar Lounge facial!

I’m quite the active girl. I like hiking, going to the gym, and pretty much anything that requires physical activity. One of the downsides is that I do get aches and injuries once in a while and I thought why not try Cyrotherapy. I’m a big bargain shopper and I found the Polar Lounge vía Groupon. Let me tell you what a wonderful delight it has been! The customer service is on point. Greeting you with a warm smile from the get go. The establishment is fabulous, has an amazing aura and vibe. They give you little cute polar bear shoes to wear while doing the procedure, which goes to show their attention to detail. I was told to pair it up with the infrared sauna. It’s an amazing experience. Cold than an hour of warmness. You get to watch television while in the sauna if you desire. Thus far I’ve seen improvement in my sleep as well as my skin. I did the eight sessions and I’m most likely going to be doing more. It’s safe to do once a day, and they explain to you all the details & benefits. As well as any concerns you may have. If you care about your body I would check out this place. Treat yourself! ❄️❄️❄️

Love this place! I've tried most of the services and thought they were all great- especially the saunas and infrared. The cryo is super unique too! It definitely game me a ton of energy the rest of the day. Most recently I went there to sit in the sauna for 30 minutes to sweat out some groggy allergy meds- I felt like a new person after leaving! Nicci is the best!
