Amazing facial! I went in to calm redness and focus on aging. My skin was glowing, firm and calm with zero redness when I left. Very relaxing and all my stress melted away.

I got a wax from Ashley T and she was great! I have always chickened out halfway through previous appointments at regular waxing salons because of the pain, but sugaring with The Portland Girl was a bit easier. Not only did I actually make it through my appointment, a lot more of the hair was gone and still has yet to grow back a couple weeks out. It went great and she worked with my pain levels amazingly! I felt super comfortable with her and plan to come back soon!

I've been to the Portland Girl twice. The studio is very clean and appealing. Britney is very professional and kind. I feel very comfortable with her service. I plan to continue my sugaring there.

Pretty disappointed. My appointment was canceled the day of and they weren’t able to fit me in that day or the day after. I had rearranged my schedule since there are certain things like working out that you can’t do right after. I’ll probably try to find a different place next time. This was meant to be a treat for myself before the holidays

Go here. You will understand why they have such good reviews. I went here for my first ever sugar/wax experience and it went flawlessly. My friend recommended I go here, and when I told them they offered us both a discount. I was also given a mimosa. 5 stars. Will return.

I scheduled Honey Lavender CBD Facials for myself and a friend for a girl's weekend, and I highly recommend getting a facial here! The studio was clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the estheticians were very knowledgeable and prioritized our comfort. It was a relaxing experience tailored to my skincare needs. I’ve been seeing Sarahi every 5 weeks for about 3 years now. She’s thorough, thoughtful, kind, and a lot of fun to talk with. Logan (I think that’s her name- sorry!), at the front desk, is also just amazing! I went to my usual appointment last night and had had a really trying and life-sucking kind of day- the two of them brought me back to life, for real! 🩷 I can’t say enough about this place and their staff. Love the complimentary Champaign too! 😉

I swapped from waxing to sugaring when I started going to The Portland Girl and have been pleased with sugaring for bikini hair removal. Staff are always extremely friendly upon arrival, during services, & afterwards too. I never feel rushed here. Online booking is a little clunky, but manageable.

This place is SO cute! From the moment I walked in the customer service & ambiance was kind, warm and friendly. Gabi did an amazing job walking me through the process and explaining what was being done. Where to begin! This is such a cute boutique studio that feels like such a cute little oasis of a moment in the hustle and bustle of inner Eastside! Sarahyi is such a talented esthetician and takes so much care in all of her work. I’ve been sugaring / waxing for 10+ years now and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time at The Portland Girl! My esthetician, Christy, not only did a fantastic job but gave me a warm welcome. Both locations are ADA accessible, but I will be going to the Pearl District location for my second visit, simply because it is more spacious and I use an electric wheelchair. Thank you Christy for a fantastic first experience!
