I LOVE the powder room. It’s a total experience! They make such an effort to make you feel special. I’ve been many times now. My gel builder nails have lasted weeks in perfect condition. I also get my hair cut, colour and blowout done here. I get so many compliments on my hair. Will be back 💕

I was getting a blow out and the owner was being so mean to my hairstylist I almost felt second hand embarrassment- no one deserves to be treated that way.

a vibe as soon as i walked in the owner offered me Champagne she was so welcoming and attentive. JoJo glossed and gave me a blowout and he was amazing best blowout ever my hair looks shiny and incredible and he glows his energy is amazing. i got a pedicure and it was amazing she took her time and it was truly a relaxing experience. the employees and the vibe is just perfect. found my spot in miami

I LOVE The Powder Room! This is not just a nail salon; this is an experience! My nails always look amazing after an appointment. The Powder Room offers additional services as well: waxing, blowouts, lashes, eyebrow lamination, etc. Ela is the most hospitable owner. She always makes sure I have a full glass of bubbles. Such a great atmosphere. I highly recommend The Powder Room!

The salon is beautiful and staff are nice. I was a walk in and they assisted me immediately. You do have to pay for street parking so if that’s not something you’re into then go somewhere else. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the polish started to come off on day three. I usually go to a different place and the polish does not come off so I’m not sure if the technique is bad here.

Came here for a dip manicure. And am amazed. Such amazing atmosphere, great service and amazing technique. Worked with Mauri, and she was so attentive. Really enjoyed the overall experience, would 100/10 recommend this beauty lounge.

I had the most amazing experience at The Powder Room. From the moment I walked in, feeling like a complete mess and running late, the team there immediately made me feel at ease. The ambiance of the salon is like stepping into a pink Parisian paradise, and it instantly transported me to a place of relaxation and luxury. Despite my tardiness during the busy Basel season, Ela and her team were incredibly accommodating. They greeted me with grace, and champagne on the most fabulous gold beverage cart - it just doesn't get better than that. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. And the blowout? It was absolutely superb! Jack Daniel is skilled and an overall delight. Even after 24 hours, my hair still looks as if I just stepped out their doors. Whether you're in need of a quick touch-up or a complete makeover, you can trust that Ela and her team will go above and beyond to make you look and feel fabulous.

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews as I own multiple companies and understand that not all negative feedback is genuine. However, I reluctantly feel compelled to share this experience. My girlfriend recently had a manicure at this place for $160.00, and within a week, her nails started breaking and falling apart. She's only 25 and doesn't have a job that would put such strain on her nails. We had to go to another salon to fix them. Considering the high price charged by this place, one would expect quality, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for my girlfriend. When other establishments offer a manicure and pedicure for $90.00, providing excellent service and results, it raises the question of why someone would pay $160.00 for just a manicure with subpar quality and service. I strongly recommend exploring other options. This review is an honest and truthful account of our experience. Additionally, I want to note that the owner wasn't present during our visit. As a business owner myself, I understand that operations may not run as smoothly in the absence of the owner, potentially accounting for the difference in standards we experienced. The photo and video attached were captured two days following the manicure, and the condition of the nails has worsened since then. A total of 4 nails broke.

this was my first time here i really wanted to love this place as it’s aesthetically pleasing ect and i enjoy how they offer complimentary drinks… but i spent $200 including tip on a gel mani/pedi + ( i also got gel removal because my nails had polish from a previous salon ) i got french tips for my mani they used only one layer of the base coat .. so you could still see the marks from removing my previous polish i’m not a complainer at all so i wasn’t going to make a big deal since i honestly really don’t care as there’s more important things in life but as i got home after my appointment i noticed one nail on my toe had a big bubble? as if the gel polish didn’t dry or something i was very disappointed but i don’t like to make a big deal like i stated before but now im noticing the polish on my mani is chipping its just disappointing because for $200 i should not have bubbles and chipped polish not even a full day later the quality in the service isn’t there honestly the work isn’t matching up to the prices but besides that the customer service is good and she did do a good job with my filing my nails square for my mani also i watched the whole sanitation process before and after and i was pleased most salons don’t take it seriously atmosphere 10/10 though if you are looking for the relaxing princess vibes ✨ don’t think i’ll be returning though
