$350 later I was left with brassy hair, no ombré, and a super harsh line. I was the only Asian in the salon and everyone felt very cold to me and not very welcoming.

Do not come here !!!!! requested for something got something completely different , ORANGE HAIR !! customer service sucks and I did not feel welcomed in the salon !!!

I was really disappointed and literally cried on my way because I had asked for an ombré , well walked out with orange hair. I tried to convince myself that maybe the color would look different in the sun …. and nope! I have never not liked my hair. I paid in full and out of courtesy still tipped. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Scheduled an appointment and the salon was closed and no one answered the phone when I had a scheduled appointment. So glad they never touched my hair. The owner is rude and very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Do not waste your money! My mother has had her extensions and color done by this “salon” for the past year. She had her hair colored on 1/13 and reached out to her stylist on 1/15 mentioning that she had red in her blonde hair (this is the second time this has happened). The stylist offered 2 dates for her to return (both of which my mom had to work on). Now she is being told she will need to pay for the color correction bc she could not afford to take off ANOTHER day of work to sit and have her hair fixed at the stylists convenience. Absolutely terrible service and artistry.
