I had another wonderful experience. She’s professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about natural hair, and always on time. I just love my hair every time I leave I get so many compliments about my natural hair and I’m so pleased. Also, she has helped to strengthen my hair and my hair is now shiny, healthy, thick and growing.

Getting my hair done at ThaSpot Salon is always a relaxing and educational experience. Stylist is knowledgeable on healthy hair practices and my hair is already improving. Salon is clean, service is prompt, and she has a joyous kind spirit.

The in salon experience went well & I was pleased with the style. My curly cut was corrected which was my goal. However, I did not understand the purpose of the social media that followed a week later.

I am on my 3rd visit with Lachae! And we both can see the growth in my hair since my first visit in December 2023.I do monthly visits by the way. During this we talked about what process I am doing at home to maintain the current state of my hair. I take notes each time and am sure to be conscious of what not to do to slow up my process. She continues to make me comfortable in this growth journey and I can't be more thankful. Update: June 2024 I am still on my healthy hair journey with Lachae. I have more fullness and growth. She is consistently educating and offering recommendations during my visit. Very pleased.

My appointment with Ms.Lachae was awesome! My hair is growing healthy and I owe it all to her. She created a hair care regimen catered to my hair needs. I have been natural for 7 years and throughout my journey my hair suffered tremendously because I did not know how to take care of it but that changed when I met her. If you are looking for a hair care specialist who really cares about your hair, you have to book a consultation. My experience was absolutely amazing!!! From the conversation to the cleanliness of the suite to how comfortable I felt in the chair. I went in with an appointment to have my hair trimmed and twisted. Ended up making the brave decision to cut a few inches of dead hair off and started my healthy hair journey! Beyond happy I booked and will be back in 2 weeks for a protein treatment.

Very knowledgeable in the hair field and always has me leaving with a smile. She has grown my hair from shoulder length to almost bra strap length! Definitely has blessed hands. 10/10 recommended
