Lauren did a fantastic job with my microneedling treatment! She answered all of my questions and ensured I was happy with the results. This was my first experience with a lip flip! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I just wanted something very natural with a slight difference. I’ve been doing research for almost a year and once I found the refinery I read the reviews and had a lot of hope! The process was quick and efficient! Sarah answered any questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable! I drove 3 hours to her specifically due to all the amazing reviews! Sarah did not disappoint!! Will be going again! And side not the environment is beautiful & so comfortable!!

If you’re even THINKING about seeing Sarah, GO! She is literally so educated on her craft and makes sure you are too. She does my micro-needling and this is the first time I’ve had any cosmetic work done. I was nervous about doing this, but she eased all my worries and made sure I knew exactly what would be done. No pain, she’s quick, and makes sure you’re comfortable. On top of knowing her stuff, she is seriously the sweetest!

Sarah is THE BEST, I’m so very loyal to her because of her work, her expertise, and her sparkly personality. However I just had micro needling from Lauren as I progress on my melasma journey and she too is a gem. She’s warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the experience was too easy. The Refinery is such a happy, lovely, and judgement free zone, never had a bad experience or treatment.

Sarah is incredibly talented and knowledgeable in what she does! She has such a warm, inviting and bubbly personality and makes you feel so comfortable in her chair! She does my Botox and helped me switch to medical grade skincare. I love that she educates you on what she’s doing and is constantly learning and sharing her knowledge with her community/followers! Lauren is equally as incredible with the same sparkling personality! She recently gave me a wonderful Microneedling treatment and educated me every step of the way on what she was doing so that I could remain comfortable. This one treatment transformed my skin and I will definitely be back for more treatments with Lauren! These ladies are the dream team!

Sarah at The Refinery is the best! Extremely knowledgable, professional, and kind. Sarah explained everything thoroughly and left me with no questions, I felt very confident going into it. I’ve been looking for someone who could give me the natural results I’ve wanted for years, and Sarah did that. She gave me a lip flip for the results I’ve been searching for. Very minimal pain, and she explained what she was doing every step of the way. Whole thing took 15 minutes, and it was so affordable compared to my expectations! Would definitely recommend. I’ll update in a couple weeks with results!

Sarah is a dream! I went to her looking for some boost in my cheeks and face. She went over my options and talked about all potential side effects. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Sarah is amazing at what she does. She doesn’t push services or products on you, but is always happy to answer questions and give you honest recommendations based on what you’re looking to have done. I go to her for Tox and I’ve loved my results every single time. She’s also so sweet and accommodating. One time I had to bring my toddler last minute to an appointment and she was so accommodating. Sara is excellent. I’ve seen several other injectors and none have her level of expertise. She actually injected different areas than I typically have done and my forehead and brows look amazing. Her little suite is also SO pretty! I have plans to see her for Kybella and Sculptra in the spring! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy and talented injector.
