Excellent place to get your hair done if you want it done right! Pearline does the best. You don't even have to tell her what you want done. She has the best taste in styles. She knows how to make anyone one look like a movie star. 10/10 recommend . Very clean and professional atmosphere.

Long story short, Pearline SAVED my hair! I butchered it at home using box color and she not only gave me the look I aimed for, but she brought my hair back to life!! It was so dried out and damaged and I left her chair with bouncy, shiny, HEALTHY hair. Her professionalism is top tier to say the least. I didn’t know much about the process and was very nervous for the outcome. She made me feel at ease and educated me on what was being done as she went through the process. The salon presented very clean and has a GORGEOUS, earthy authentic. You just KNOW Pearline was made for this job and loves what she does. 10/10. She’s gotten her a forever costumer!

I came here looking for a new stylist and I found her.. I’m SO glad I met Pearline! She did an amazing job on my hair from the color and cut, my hair has never looked so vibrant and healthy than it does now. Not only is she an amazing stylist, She’s sweet and down to earth, and I love her vibe! She also gave me some good recommendations on hair care products, hair supplements, etc. After seeing how well she did with my hair, I booked her again for my daughter. My daughter hasn’t been feeling the best or taking the best care of her hair since becoming a new mom recently so I booked her an appointment for some hair TLC for her Bday. Pearline was able to squeeze my daughter in before her Bday and she absolutely loves her new hair! She FaceTimed me when she left the salon with the biggest smile on her face and feeling so much better about herself than she did when she walked in. Thank you so much Pearline!

I called to book an appointment yesterday and pearline got me in the next day! I’ve never left a review for anywhere but I think this amazing women who deserve one. She did exactly what I asked her to do and she did an amazing job❤️not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, the appt flew by just because her energy was amazing. I’ve been struggling to get closer to God and it’s like I was meant to have a conversation and connect with her. Some of her story’s were inspiring while others made me want to tear up. Not only did I get new hair I got a closer connect to the Lord. She is amazing definitely 100% book with her!

This place was a game changer for me. Not only did i walk out feeling confident and beautiful but very relaxed! What an amazing place filled with amazing people! Pearline was so kind and welcoming and she made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had my eye on getting purple highlights for awhile now and she killed it.

My stylist was very kind honest and open. She made me feel welcomed and not judged. I had a bad incident with my hair and she worked with trying to get it where I can be satisfied again. It's always scary taking a big chop but change is what I need most definitely. I would go again in the future and I recommend you do too!

I went from super fine, stringy hair to luscious locks in about 2 hours! Pearline is absolutely wonderful and made the experience great! I have wanted sew in extensions for a long time but was worried about if race is an issue. I have worn wigs and tried the bead extensions, but my natural hair is so thin and fine my hair broke off so much I got them taken out. Plus with bead extensions the top of my hair still looked thin. I had been researching salons that do sew in extensions and watching videos on Facebook & instagram. I decided to swing by The Refinery Salon one day to ask about what I wanted. Pearline was very welcoming, explained the process, we ordered the hair and I got it sewn on today. It is so beautiful! 🥰 I would 100% recommend Pearline!

I would give a thousand stars if I could. Pearline colored my hair & gave me a great style, she gave me advise & chatted like we were old friends. I walked away feeling amazing! I immediately made an appointment for my 87 year old mom. My mom has been wearing wigs for years b/c she has thin spots & just hasn't had a good cut. Pearline gave my mom the best cut & style, we were both blown away. My mom walked out feeling like a million bucks. She was beautiful & beaming all the way home. Pearline is incredible!

If you haven’t checked out her salon yet, you def should. My old hair was dull, hair, had 5 diff colors. She took my hair from hell and made it look like heaven. Would highly recommend.

(Kimberly McGee) The Refinery Salon is a gift to me. I have dense, fine 4b/c hair, and I needed a loctician who understood the assignment of locking my hair. Pearlie is a gift from God because she is, "that," person. She looked at my hair, and knew interlocking was best for me. Where my locs were started by another, she made the needed corrections, as we interlocked. Pearlie is not just a stylist, she is a visionary. Show her a picture, and the task is completed. Thank you for all that you do!

Edit: Changing my review from 1 star to 5! Just because, after 8 months, the new management reached out to me and are giving me a free service! Something I wasn't expecting at all. I honestly forgot all about leaving this review. I have an appointment for next week. Customer service alone is worth 5 stars imo.

I called and the owner was out of town, but the Voicemail sad you could leave a text message and they would text you back. I text and the owner text me back saying she was out of town and gave me a number for another stylist named Chay. I talked on the phone with her and she agreed to come and cut my hair. She was so great right off the bat she listened to me she even let me show her a picture of what I wanted from an artist that I liked. She was personable and funny and had a great attitude, it was the best haircut I have ever had. I would recommend this place hands down I will be back!!

I can’t say enough!!! My hair was in such horrible shape after having it over-processed for about 15 years!! It had started to fall out and was beyond severely damaged! I took a break from getting my hair done for about 3 years to let it recover. A friend told me that I needed to come to the refinery and although I’m at the beginning of the journey to make my hair healthy again I feel extremely optimistic and grateful to be in such capable hands!!

I recently started visiting this amazing hair salon, and I must say I was blown away by the outstanding service and results. The atmosphere was luxurious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The stylist (I booked with pearline) took her time to consult with me and gave me wonderful suggestions that suited my hair type and face shape. The cut and color were perfect, and I left feeling happy and confident. Overall, I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to experience top-notch service and stunning hair results

The owner of this place just automatically gives off a very welcoming and good vibe! Pearline did an amazing job on my hair 💜 she was definitely more of an hair stylist to me. I was able to open up and talk to her like I said very welcoming!! She actually knows what she is doing. Very reasonable price and will work w you!! Love my hair and highly recommend!

The owner was very nice and helped me right away. I'm preparing to donate my hair and she helped me measure and estimated how long it would take for my hair to grow out enough. I will be going back to get my hair cut for donation in about 2 months. Very polite and great customer service.

I called short notice today to see if I could get someone who specializes in curly hair. That’s how I met Pearline! She got me in super quick and listened to all my worries with my hair! She gave me tip on how to better take of my very curly hair. She was so sweet and personal and I love that because I am personal. My hair felt amazing after and I was feeling so much better! Thank you girl for everything today! Can’t wait to see you again in 8 weeks! You rock :)

I love this place been going for 2 yrs. I'm always greeted with love, friendship and wisdom. I just wanted to brag on this gem for a little bit. My hairstylist (Pearline) is always a bright and shining ray of sun shine 🌞 she is always very resourceful and trying to help others and she radiates love in her environment. If you are looking for talented hairstylists with yrs in the game, not messy but really respectable and caring energy. Go ahead and do your self a favor and treat yourself to this place. They are truly awesome and constantly growing. I look forward to every visit she gets my crown right in more ways than one as she's also a life coach. All decent people from all demographics are welcome as long as they have good energy and respectful.

I took my niece to Pearl to get her hair cut and colored before her senior pictures. My niece loved her from her vibe and energy, to how her hair came out! She was so knowledgeable about my nieces hair and how having it box dyed previously would affect the outcome of her hair color and was able to suggest an alternative that would come better . My niece came out saying that she feels so much more like herself with her new cut and color! 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

The wonderful owner Mrs.Pearline has always taken care of me. I first started seeing her when I moved to Oklahoma in early 2022. No matter have impulsive my hair changes have been she has always made my hair look amazing and make me feel so so good. I am honored to consider her a dear friend. She is the most wonderful person ever. Her salon is the epitome of peace and joy. I will always always always recommend her!
